Great property for relaxing. A variety of pools and we enjoyed outdoor restaurant. Condo was spacious and well appointed. We would consider taking our grandchildren and their families as there was a playground, pools of varying depths, splash pad, waterfalls, lazy river, sand volleyball, ping pong, corn hoe, etc. Easy access to laundry facilities. Beautiful landscaping!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The two bedroom room has so much space! The pool area is amazing, the lazy river is a huge bonus we loved it!

The place is nice, and they had activities to entertain the guests at the pool. Room is spacious and well designed/decorated. The lazy river was nice, but they should have an employee there collecting the tubes that get stuck in the middle of the course. We waited a long time for some tubes just to see a bunch of them stuck at another part of the lazy river. Food was a disappointment. They only had a few options at the pool bar, but once the bar closes (and it closes early, I think at 6 or 7pm), you have no other option for food besides ordering from outside, or going out. Ice cream shop was closed when we went. I would recommend you bring some snacks/food. They are losing a big opportunity by not having a restaurant there. Overall, we liked it and will come back.

Had a great time, the pools and lazy river were more than welcome on the hot days. The water shuttle to the private beach is a great feature, just be sure to signup in advance. Having our own vehicle gave us the chance to explore more of the areas activities and restaurants. The Only downsides were communication with having our room being cleaned or fresh towels, and the pesky room keys that would randomly stop working. Would visit again and had a great time.

This property is beautiful. They are still doing work since the hurricane hit. The only down fall is this property is not on the beach. They have a small shuttle that takes you to a boat which then takes you to Pelican Island. The shuttle is small so you have a big group you may have to take 2 trips. The shuttle only runs Thursday-Sunday. Other than that this place is great for kids and adults. A beautiful pool area and we love the condo feel of the rooms.

The property is beautiful and the amenities are great.... but the rooms reek of mold!!! They must've sat vacant w/o AC after hurricane IAN. Had to switch rooms bc the first one was so bad. Switched to another building and that room seemed better but then we went to the pool all day. Once we came back in the evening it also reeked of mold. It was too late with kiddos to switch again (and most likely just get another moldy room) so we sucked it up for the night. We could not wait to get home and shower and wash our clothes. The rooms need updating and remediation. Also so upsetting you can't use the waterpark at the Hyatt next door anymore. That was always the perk for staying at the condos. We will NOT be back. Staff however were very kind and accommodating. It's not their fault the condos are mold ridden.

Property/pool area was awesome. Front desk employees were very nice and informative. The only negative issues was resort was cashless. We did nothing here other than sleep and sat by the pool a few times. Room was misrepresented. By the pictures it looked like a condo. It was a musty smelly hotel room. We kept the balcony door open while we were there. Room seemed clean but our socks were filthy everyday.

For the price of the room (nearly $500 for a single night) I expected for it to at least be clean. The showers were moldy, every light switch had a thick layer of dust showing they hadn’t been cleaned and/or sanitized in a LONG time, furniture legs were broken, grout in the kitchen and entrance was black, dust and fingerprints on all surfaces, and the entire room had clearly been given a “landlord special” remodel. It was like a cheap motel in Orlando.

The property was nice with the pools and lazy river. Outside areas felt clean and fun. However the rooms were outdated and falling apart. We had two rooms, one of which was so dusty my son had allergies and croup the entire time he was in the room. The second room had ants all over the kitchen and we had to call front desk because the kitchen sink literally fell from the countertop. Needs some work.

This is our family’s go to place for our staycation for 9+ years when it was called Coconut Plantation. Hyatt Coconut Cove is well maintained and you can always see employees doing something around the property. The pools and common areas are clean. The front desk personnel are friendly and professional. In our recent stay, when we walked into our one bedroom villa, we were surprised nothing had changed in years. Even though there has been no updates to the villa, they are well maintained and clean. The only negative I can think of is the shower head. The shower head is terrible, there is no water pressure and the spray functions are worthless. If there is anything that needs a desperate update is the shower head. I know the employees need to sell timeshares but we are locals and don’t need a timeshare within a one and half hour drive. I don’t want to be stopped on our way out and given the “sales talk” especially when they know we are local, have visited their location in the past and heard about their specials before. My family and I will always recommend Hyatt Coconut Cove to anyone looking to stay in SW Florida. It will always be our first choice for a staycation.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Coconut Cove in Bonita Springs. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly well maintained. We have been staying at this property for years. It is our go to summer trip. This year we were saddened that the room we got was run down. Our sink sunk, it literally came off and fell off from where it was previously glued to. The sheets in the room were stained. And lastly, there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Sad that our room turned out this way this year.

The person who helped us at check in was AMAZING, and all the staff we had interaction with were amazingly nice. The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The Bedroom light did not work. Pool area was amazing, and the resort overall was relaxing and peaceful. I would 100% stay here again.

Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to inform them off anything is needed or wrong. Unfortunately they didn't respond to us during our stay. Beside that we still will consider going back here :)

The property was nice with the pools and lazy river. Outside areas felt clean and fun. However the rooms were outdated and falling apart. We had two rooms, one of which was so dusty my son had allergies and croup the entire time he was in the room. The second room had ants all over the kitchen and we had to call front desk because the kitchen sink literally fell from the countertop. Needs some work.

The room and staff were nice. The property was beautiful. The lazy river and kids pool were a highlight for us. The main issues we had were: -Despite calling ahead and being told that a crib would be in our room when we arrived, we did not get one. Not only that, but we had a room that clearly had been smoked in. We were able to get a new room with a crib, but that whole process took a long time and a lot of effort with a screaming baby. -The main children’s amenities were closed. This was not advertised or disclosed. Had we known this we wouldn’t have stayed here. -This is a timeshare property, so be prepared to receive a hard sell to attend the presentation repeatedly during your stay. Not a huge deal, but it really takes the steam out of your vacation.

i got the 2bed 2bath suite, nice place for sure. i unfortunately was next door to a drunk loud family, so that didnt help my feelings about the place the pool was great, however, the service was horrible. the bartenders were understaffed, and the front desk service wasnt much better. i cant imagine how they sell these properties as timeshares when if you did purchase one, the service youd be paying for is not acceptable.

At check in the lady said check back to get a late check out, I did in morning and was denied so I took my work call from the car. The property is in an Internet and Phone dead zone (T Mobile) so if you have kids they will hate it. The "sales girl" kept pushing on wife having to be present which is a very personal reason as to why and in front of my daughter she pushed asking questions that made us both uncomfortable and literally ruined our stay. This was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Pretty pool and nice lazy river and views to provide positive. We will never be back and my daughter goes to school at FGCU

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sam at the front desk, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic visit. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a Florida getaway. Everything from the rooms to the amenities was top-notch. A special shoutout to Adonis at the bar—he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented, he truly made our experience unforgettable. His great attitude and excellent service went above and beyond and added a personal touch that made our stay even better. Had a great time, the pools and lazy river were more than welcome on the hot days. The water shuttle to the private beach is a great feature, just be sure to signup in advance. Having our own vehicle gave us the chance to explore more of the areas activities and restaurants. The Only downsides were communication with having our room being cleaned or fresh towels, and the pesky room keys that would randomly stop working. Would visit again and had a great time.

This property is beautiful. They are still doing work since the hurricane hit. The only down fall is this property is not on the beach. They have a small shuttle that takes you to a boat which then takes you to Pelican Island. The shuttle is small so you have a big group you may have to take 2 trips. The shuttle only runs Thursday-Sunday. Other than that this place is great for kids and adults. A beautiful pool area and we love the condo feel of the rooms.

Honestly we will never return to the hotel. It was very far from everything at least 30 minutes to anything. Very limited staff and they don’t clean your room every day. I’ve never experienced this, usually you receive clean towels & if need soap, shampoo etc. they clean every other day and no delivery of anything needed. Hotel gave us 1 tiny bar of soap to use between sink and shower & acted like that should have been enough. We will return to Florida, a few areas we scouted would be better suited looking forward to next season!

Wonderful stay!! My only negative feedback, check out is 10am and the latest they will accommodate for a late checkout request is 10:30 no matter if they have the availability or not and room service was disappointing. Order took over an hour and food was cold but they did provide a credit to remedy the situation. Otherwise beautiful room, beautiful views, wonderful pools, just an overall great getaway.

The place is nice, and they had activities to entertain the guests at the pool. Room is spacious and well designed/decorated. The lazy river was nice, but they should have an employee there collecting the tubes that get stuck in the middle of the course. We waited a long time for some tubes just to see a bunch of them stuck at another part of the lazy river. Food was a disappointment. They only had a few options at the pool bar, but once the bar closes (and it closes early, I think at 6 or 7pm), you have no other option for food besides ordering from outside, or going out. Ice cream shop was closed when we went. I would recommend you bring some snacks/food. They are losing a big opportunity by not having a restaurant there. Overall, we liked it and will come back.

We Loved our quick stay. And will take advantage of the 4 day 3 night stay in the near future. Only down side was the the bar/restaurant. We order a deliver / take-out dinner 45 minutes before they closed at 6:45 and the text from them stated it will be delivered at 7:17. It never was delivered. I called at 7:30 to front desk and was instructed that the computers went down and have since closed. We were out the food and time. We had to drive out into town for dinner.

We loved staying at Coconut Cove! It was clean, well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. My kids and I both loved the lazy river and the many pools to choose from. We also loved the restaurants on property and the delicious drinks. We would definitely go back again!

The property was pretty and had a lot to offer. We thought there would be more events for kids, but none really happened. The most frustrating part was the pool and bar closing so early! We went on excursions during the day then couldn't come enjoy a drink and the pool at night.

The vacation club is a good experience. The rooms are spacious and very clean with huge Lanai. The pools are nice and the lazy river fun. The food is not great. They have 1 outdoor restaurants and it's crowded most of the time. The food is ok, at best. Breakfast is very limited. I asked to be taken to the regular Hyatt and it seemed like something no other guests had ever asked before. We also couldn't use the beach shuttle because it was full for every trip. That was disappointing.

I would love to give this resort 5- stars but the a/c issue with my unit is the deduction of the star. The property is immaculate. The landscaping, club house, pool area, lazy river is a 10/10. The unit I was in had issues with the a/c and would not cool down. It progressively got worse each night. I reached out to the front desk and maintenance came by. He shared that this was the fifth time that a service call was made to this unit. Management had refused to repair unit. Maintenance came by and brought me a portable unit for the bedroom. I ended up cutting my trip short by a night.
