I was on the 3rd floor. They have 1 microwave on the 1st floor. No refrigerators. The phone in my roon did not have a dial tone from friday ,sat,sun,mon.

Very spare rooms. No amenities.

This hotel is bare minimum. No fridge or microwave inside the room. The sheets were stained and the whole place was stuffy and stale and gave me kind of a gross vibe. The bed was uncomfortable as hell and the pillows were like half a pillow--flat as all get out and sunk underneath the weight of my head. The bathroom just looked dingy and I didn't want to walk barefoot type of situation.

The only ice machine and microwave for guests are also on the lobby floor. The only time you hear your neighbors will be in the hallway walking to or from room. Despite the room facing the main road it was very quiet. Walking or a short drive to many restaurants or lounges.

Cheapest hotel in DC! It’s not fancy and doesn’t offer special perks, but it’s affordable!! It’s also a smoking hotel so if you don’t like smoke… Totally worth the price!!!

Roaches are unacceptable in my book... They need to shut down and exterminate.

Walked into a room that someone absolutely smoked in even though we were in a non smoking section. The fire alarm was covered in our room.It reaked. It is as if the staff didnt even go in and clean after the people before us. In the lobby were people who were kicked out of the hotel just hanging out talking about they were not allowed to rent a room. The door to the bathroom was completely busted. The TV only had one channel. Will never stay again.

The room was in deplorable condition. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and to top it off we found a broken crack pipe in the air conditioner ( which was also in horrible condition ) . Do not stay here !

The room was dirty, only 1 light for the entire room, no outlets near beds, no dryer, not enough towels, bathroom door was falling apart, bath tub was dirty.

I’ve stayed in some questionable places before, but this one takes the cake for being the dirtiest places ever. First off, let’s talk about the room you get what you get for $144 a night – I think the last time it was cleaned was the day Motel 6 in Washington DC first opened. There were marker scribbles all over the walls like a toddler got loose with a Sharpie. Cigarette burns on the bed sheets? Sure, it was a smoking room, but come on The next thing was a huge water stain on the wall that looked like it had been there since the last ice age. I’m not even sure what it was – some sort of ancient drip formation. Maybe a secret message from the past? If you think the wall is bad, wait till you spot the baseboard – it has a mystery wax splatter, more so a mystery fluid that we have yet to figure out for sure what it is. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom. I’m pretty sure someone used the tub as an ashtray. But no worries, there’s more fun: A hair perfectly placed on the top towel – just in case you wanted to start your day with a surprise. The window had clearly never been cleaned, not in this century anyway, and I’m guessing the surrounding area had been left in a time capsule. All in all, this place is a "surprise" – if you love discovering new ways hotels can surprise you with dirt and neglect, this place is for you. Maybe I’ll come back... but only if I’m on a reality TV show about survival. Avoid if you value your sanity.

The room is in terrible need of an upgrade. Half of the baseboards are absent of any paint or finish. The room is very reminiscent of a college dorm room. The bed was quite comfortable tho, and since it was just a “lay over” for one night, completely tolerable.

The hotel is old and dated. The were two outlets in the room and both were worn out and wouldn't hold the charging block needed to charge our devices. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. Registered as two adults and one child in a double room and the didn't want to provide bath towels and wash clothes for all three guests. I would never stay there again!

The shower curtain rod would not hold the shower curtain so that it actually stopped the water from getting on the bathroom floor. No additional blankets were available at the hotel. The lighting in the room was very poor. There was no comfortable seating.

Door was in very poor condition and could not be opened without banging it.

The room was nothing like the picture on the website, The room smelled like smoke, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small It was Old and run down, it was rust around the toilet paper dispensir.The Shower wall was falling apart. Planned to stay 2 nights but decided to find a new hotel after just one night.

Bed was horrible, toilet had sewer smell drifting up from it and AC would not cool room. TV was fine. Best word to describe it - dingy.

The outer corridors smelled strongly of marijuana. To the point that I literally got sick, only one channel of the television worked, roach in the bathroom, key would not work after returning to my room. Front desk personnel was really nice.

I was told they were sold out however I was charged for my room and traveled over a hour to get there just to be sent away. And I was not refunded

The sheets were dirty and there were bugs in the room. Additionally, checking in was difficult and the staff were quite rude.

The woman at the desk took all day to check me in. There was no freezer and the microwave was downstairs in the common area. But for a motel 6 it was very clean

We paid and they tried to tell us that we didn’t pay and on top of that used a different card than we had on file, had us call customer service and wait for a response. They took an hour. We just got off work with our child it was a convience yet they decided to try to push us away, as well as tried to make us pay again when money was already taken out of our account. Customer service couldn’t even contact the landline they said they had. Customer service stated that they weren’t a real hotel. They couldn’t be found on their website.

They really worked with us in a crisis i only had one rude employee who kept hanging up on me as a casemanager who had 13 rooms at one point

The area is nice, quiet, actually the motel was the lousiest building in the neighborhood. The room was damp, visibly worn out, scarred, the door full of cigarette burns, the sheets clean but stained, the AC very noisy, only the functioning bathroom made it viable. The staff was nice, but the residents did not give a good impression. All in all, never want to go there again.

Horrible area around. Noisy crowded and ghetto

Do not stay here! When I arrived the police was outside investigating a disturbance. Then inside it’s ghetto AF. And ALL the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. After I told them I couldn’t stay due to mainly my asthma, they would not refund me the 2 night stay. Please do not stay here and Expedia this shouldn’t even be an option on your list.
