We stayed at this hotel in their off-season period. The Winter Park Resort area, of which this hotel is a part of was closed. The hotel bar was not open. Most of the restaurants and shops were closed. The scenic gondola ride was not operating. The room was not air conditioned. It was 90 degrees, or more, during the day and still warm at night. The hotel provided a fan, but it was noisy. The main town of Winter Park has a wide variety of places to eat. but not much in the way of shopping. We have stayed at other Colorado resort towns during the off season (Breckenridge. Vail) and everything was open.

Property is okay. Staff is great and very friendly. Rooms are “average” and clean which is nice. Linens and beds were clean and comfortable. No AC and had to rely on windows, which were broken and didn’t work right. Window screens were in terrible shape - did nothing to keep out bugs. Outside needs LOTS of maintenance. Hot tub had missing tiles everywhere. But, at least it was indeed clean. Just feels neglected. Could be VERY NICE if it’s was kept up.

Hotel is slightly run down as many of the mountain resort hotels are at this point. This was relatively affordable, so it was okay. It was clean and decently comfortable, which was what we needed. Big disappointment was that the swimming pool was ice cold (and I’m not exaggerating) and the hot tub was barely lukewarm. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub access.

Liked large handicap room. Liked gas fireplace in room. Liked bay style window in room. Liked pool and hot tub. Liked pet friendly. Disliked lack of breakfast. Disliked lack of exercise room. The Vintage is always good. Good prices, friendly staff, accommodating of special requests, free Cabriolet Gondola from hotel to the Winter Park Ski Area base. Room clean and quiet.

Beautiful rooms and views. Right next to a little free gondola that takes you to the village. Pool and hot tub looked very nice. Pool was freezing cold, staff says it’s heated but it apparently doesn’t heat the water to 85 degrees as advertised.

Nice property. Location outside of town and restaurant at property is closed for summer so be ready to travel to eat. Hot tub at property needs lots of work. Concrete was peeling off and could feel the gravel on your feet. Overall a very nice property but needs some upgrades.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good water pressure from shower. The free cabriolet offers a quick ride to the mountain base. Also, the free parking next to the hotel was great. Hot tub was really appreciated after a day of snowboarding.

It was a very tired a hotel. . It showed a lot of wear and tear. Our room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed and the cleaning staff had left by the time we checked in so she gave me a vacuum so I could vacuum the room myself. Tiles missing on the Jacuzzi, the entire hotel looked like it was ready for a remodel or big face lift. I would NOT stay here again

This hotel needs to be remodeled. Excellent staff, but it needs a remodel. It’s not clean. and it’s not well ventilated. Wallpaper peeling bugs on bed. It just needs a remodel. Excellent location. Very unfortunate whoever owns this property won’t reinvest in it.

Very bad service, We found hair on the bed sheets and pillowcases and requested cleaning on day 1 but were told we only get one cleaning during 7-day stay. We stayed for 4 nights. So we asked to change our towels they said ok, but never did! Overall Room is outdated and not very clean, liquid stain on ceiling of room, wallpaper coming up around bathroom. Never will I recommend or stay here again.

When I first came to this property it looked like it needed renovations, however, I was totally surprised in my room. It was very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated! I do plan to stay here again. It was worth it. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean. It is dated but not necessarily in a bad way. The bathroom is clean and fine but not modern. The room was big which is a gem in a resort. Overall it was great. It’s the off season so a lot of things, especially the gondola, were closed. I would have liked to see that prominently displayed on the website. Overall, I will be back.

The Vintage Hotel rooms need to be remodeled and upgraded. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is the most important thing, however the carpet, walls, kitchen and bathrooms are all very old. We got a room with a fireplace, and it didn't work which was such a disappointment for me because that is main reason why I picked that particular room. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located right next to a small 2.5-minute gondola ride that can transport you free to the village square next to the hotel which is very nice and convenient.

We had a nice spacious room with a small kitchenette. The beds and pillows were great. The shower was hot. We were surprised that there was no a/c and the windows wouldn't open. Cooling was a box fan. Desk clerk said nobody there had a/c.

Over all it was fine. I wish the unit had AC because it was very hot and almost impossible to cool it down even with the box fans and window open at night. Also the photos need to be updated because the second bed was a Murphy bed and wasn’t another queen as shown in the room photos when selected.

Room was lovely and fully equipped. Location was convenient. But the Mattress in the left was TERRIBLE. We ended up sleeping on the fold out couch instead(which was quite comfortable) but we did have to find the bedding and make it up ourselves since it was after midnight when we decided we just could NOT sleep on the regular bed.

We loved our specious lofted room but it was unbelievably hot to sleep since property doesn’t have AC. Barely got couple hours of sleep. We will try this hotel at winter time because they have amazing pet policy but avoid in the summer time for sure. Everything was super clean and staff was great.

We had booked a studio with a kitchenette at the Vintage Hotel. We were very satisfied overall and would come back, also because of the - at least in summer - pretty good price/performance ratio. The studio was very spacious, with an almost fully equipped small kitchen and a nice dining area for 4 people. Small problem: the stove exhaust is loud and powerful - and blows the exhaust air directly into the face of the cook standing in front of the two hotplates. We didn't use the dishwasher, which is also available, because there simply weren't enough dishes. The lighting in the room could be improved a lot. We liked using the floor lamp and carried it around the room - as far as we could, because the plug for the lamp was behind a cupboard and the cable was only a limited length. The internet worked perfectly and the bathroom, especially the shower, was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, there was very little shower water - they exaggerate the cost-cutting here. We were a bit unlucky with the location of our room 216 on the 2nd floor. Directly in front of the room is the whirlpool, which is loud and used extensively by the guests. This is particularly annoying because the rooms here do not have air conditioning and so we had to open the windows in warm weather - as far as possible, because since you can walk right in front of the windows, they could only be opened a little for safety reasons. So you should avoid getting a room with an even number on the 2nd floor if possible.

We enjoyed our room and are glad we opted for the one with the loft bedroom. It was very large and comfortable. Things that need impromenent are updates to the bathroom, Fireplace didn't work, the lounge wasn't open, there was no cleaning service between nights. Some of the staff wasn't friendly (but some of the staff were friendly).

This property was not the first in mind, we had plans elsewhere that turned south really fast. They person working the front desk was super helpful in finding us a stay considering it was about 1030PM. they were welcome and friendly with our dogs and gave them a goodie bag. Great hotel and great staff.

The front desk staff was horrible. Rude and unwelcoming to our family. The upside here is the location, it is ideal. The rooms are below average but for the price it was fine. The only other thing I’d mention is there is no AC. Maybe in years past this would be ok, but it’s now 2023 and it get HOT in WP. it was 80 and our room was sweltering, to the point where we could go to sleep until nearly midnight with the fan on. Not ideal.

Staff is always exceptional while we stay there. They are always willing to work with you and help you on your morning skis or keeping your bag so you can ski all day and not put them in your car. They are so friendly always and I can take my dog and three kids with zero stress. Seriously my favorite ski Hotel.

Very nice place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and isolation in the summertime.. I was very impressed by how clean it was in the front desk. Staff were very kind and helpful.. just keep in mind you’re gonna be isolated from most things, including food.. There’s a Domino’s that will deliver here but otherwise Monday through Thursday you have to either walk really far or wait a long time for one bus to show up.

Chose for location, dining and pool. Pool was full of baseball kids upon arrival. Was supposed to open at 830, was closed due to maintenance due to night before so that was disappointing. It didn't open back up till we. Had to checkout . Then no dining I guess cause off season? Only coffee was Keurig. Had to drive back into winter Park for dinner and breakfast at least it was only 3 miles but when you are tired from traveling, 3 miles feels long. Upside clean and friendly staff. Downside, kids baseball tournament had to knock on wall to quiet them. They stopped so just kids having fun.

Nice room with kitchenette, had everything else needed. Pet friendly. Even the dogs get a welcome gift. Personal was friendly & always happy to help the restaurant and bar aren't open during the week but plenty to do in town.

there was no restaurant or food available in the hotel. We didn't have a car so shuttle was the only option to get to town or the base village. the town shuttle didn't stop at this hotel so it wasn't clear hoe to get to town. getting food in the base village was ok. but not many options and they were shutting down by 7pm due to lack of people.
