Der Raum lässt sich in 2 Bereiche teilen und bietet 3 Schlafplätze. Die 1 Z. Wohnung von MINI HOUSE Tokyo South verfügte über eine Kochnische, Waschbecken Dusche getrennt von der Toilette. Den TV haben wir mangels Kenntnissen japanischer Schrift nicht genutzt. Alles ist penibel sauber, modern, neuwertig und vollständig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Allerdings gab es beim Check-In erhebliche Probleme, da vergessen wurde, den Code für den Zugriff auf den Briefkasten zu liefern, in dem sich der „physical Key“ (2 echte Schlüssel) befand. Nach über 24h unterwegs ein Horrorszenario, wenn man mit seiner Familie am Ende der Welt nicht in seine Wohnung kommt und einem das Call-Center in Indien, über den der Check-In läuft, nur mit Komplikationen weiterhelfen kann. Ausreichende Englischkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation mit dem Call-Center und dem Zugriff auf seine Wohnung Voraussetzung. WICHTIG: Nachfragen, ob für die Wohnung ein „pysical-Key“ benötigt wird! Wenn ja muss der Zugangscode (Zahlenschloss) zum Briefkasten UNBEDINGT VOR Reiserantritt per Mail zugesandt werden.

Room was clean and location was close to the metro station as stated in reviews. However we had trouble with the shower, which was in a shower room. This room filled with ankle deep water which spilled into the sink area and then into the foyer, requiring me to use the towels to create a dam and mop up the water. I believe the shower drain backed up, either because of a hair collecting device or because of a partial blockage further downstream. I emailed the owners and a woman showed up within an hour to bring us more clean towels and to help me clean up the mess. This was the first time we had used the shower. After she cleaned it, it drained ok.

スタイリッシュなお部屋で、快適に過ごせました 設備も充実してるし、駅からも近いし、色々なお店が駅前にあって便利です 短期もですが、長期滞在でも良いなぁと思える施設でした また次回も利用したいと思えました

Located in the quieter area of Ota City, this is an excellent location for first timers looking for easy access to the popular tourists spots whilst being able to reprieve away to a quieter area, to get away from the noise and crowds of the tourist spots. Very well presented and equipped for all your needs for any length stay for up to 3 people, the rooms feature all you need from self catering to buying in. The area features several combini's and supermarkets to cater for all your needs. Located a mere 2 minutes walk from Ōmorimachi station, access to Shingawa takes only 20 minutes. An excellent accommodation for first timers as well as return travellers to Japan. Highly recommended.
