Super 8 by Wyndham Longmont/Twin Peaks

My fave place away from home

This was a cheap, unsophisticated hotel. However, it was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was extremely strong (both in heating and cooling). The included breakfast, which was oatmeal, biscuits w/sausage gravy, a waffle iron, toasts, jams, juices and yogurts (and a coffee and tea station) was more than enough for us. The staff was also extremely nice. Excellent hotel. Probably some of the best value I've ever gotten while traveling.

Rooms with windows on road side of building had audible traffic noise. Breakfast offerings were minimal. Property looks recently renovated.

The unexpected $50 deposit upon arrival really through a wrench into our plans! It would have been nice to know that ahead of time and plan accordingly! It caused quite a bit of consternation!
