Coyote Mountain Lodge

Yikes! Checked in online....but it didn't work. Check-in at front desk assigned room114. Open the door and it clearly wasn't changed. The room keys (yup metal real keys) were on the dresser and the bed was used. Yuck. Reassigned to room 134. It was clean and ready.....or so I thought. Door has a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom. Allowing the wind and weather in. Shower has a 3-in-1 soap,shampoo, conditioner dispenser. Alas it was empty. Notified front desk and crickets. We had some soap, so we made it through that day. Again notified front desk and 3 hours later housekeeping dropped off VO5 shampoo. Lol 45 minutes before check out. Did I tell you I was charged for both room114 and room 134? They blamed "the 3rd party booking agent." Ok the frozen mini waffles and sausage with egg biscuits were acceptable for breakfast.

This was a great place to stay for my trip. Close access to everything in Estes. Especially close to the Lake. Great views, friendly staff!

The breakfast has not many options and hotels tub was there but not very clean

Did not use hot tub. Breakfast was easy, but limited, prepackaged items

The location is very convenient, and the facility was very quiet.
