Days Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

I didn't stay because the first room had no cable box then got moved to a dirty room so I just cancelled my reservation and left

The room was not clean. The amenities were not maintained. Had to ask twice for towels and toilet paper. The staff was very nice and courteous, but the property needs maintenance.

The pool was closed and it wasn’t listed or posted anywhere. The tv didn’t work and no one ever came to fix it. To top it all off the breakfast had one cereal, coffee and prepackaged muffins only.

Claimed the pool was open, the pool seemed to be under works. Even after we called to confirm the pool was open. Our rooms had to towels OR toilet paper upone check in. Our smoke alarm was broken and held together with paacking tape. There was 2 needles ourside of our window. The floor was not vaccumed and we were finding pieces of food everywhere. The chair for the desk area was completely broken to the point you couldnt even sit in it. This was the worst hotel choice for our vacation.

The first room had no towels stains on the wall boogers on the restroom wall crumbs in the chair and stains on the curtains. When I went to the desk to request a new room desk clerk was on the phone talking loudly on speaker and said “we don’t have another room why?”to which I replied about the boogers on the bathroom wall and suddenly she had a room available. The second room had crumbs stuck to the bathroom floor splatter stains on the walls and under the counter and no wash cloths.
