Okay hotel conditions. Needs a little tlc. The hotel was in the process of renovating the entire first floor of rooms. The stairways were filthy and the carpeting needs replaced. All the way up to the third floor. Our room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. Alot of hair in the bathroom including a huge wade of beard hair on the floor. The amenities were nice, but varies places in the room and bathoom needed upgrading and repainted. Assuming they are renovating the entire hotel eventually, it definitely needs it. But they are pet friendly and have a very nice view area around back to walk pets. Including views of mountains and a stream. But there was some piping along the ground that was popping up, a definite trip hazzard. Overall decent hotel, just needs some renovations.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was rainy when we arrived, but the kids were able to walk over to the indoor pool at Holiday Inn and gain access. Great family experience.

The kitchen and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool is an outdoor pool, and we stayed in March and had to use the much smaller and crowded Holdiay Inn pool. The web site did not make this very clear when booking. Also there were complaints about the doors slamming, but this could easily be fixed if the door hinges were replaced with the proper slow closing hinges.

No AC in lobby, hallways, or our room. Very uncomfortable night at 78 degrees. Our room, lobby, and back deck need maintenance. Chipped paint, chipped furniture, decaying fireplace on deck, ripped furniture cushions. Really run down hotel.

I really liked the property but the hot tub was not working. The outside hot tub with the Mountain View was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Breakfast was better than expected but the weekend breakfast hours are later so we had to leave before breakfast was ready.

This hotel is great for families as it is comfortable, has a great breakfast buffet, large pool and hot tub, and convenient kitchenettes. The hotel needs to be updated quite a bit. The hot tub was missing quite a lot of tiles and everything looks very worn out. Other than that, a very nice and easy place to stay.

The staff was nice at check in and after we never saw them again. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there. We only had one roll of toilet paper. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The manager Scott was friendly and helpful. The location is amazi g! We were transitioning to our new home and needed a place that accepted dogs. Plenty of safe space for them to get some excercise! The suite had plenty of space for us. This property could use some TLC. There were two vents that were VERY dirty. One in the bedroom one in the shower. I complained and they were both cleaned the same day. Should have already been done, but at least it was remedied. I would stay here again.

We stayed in room 311 and had to get up in the middle of the night because my son said he felt a bug. Sure enough it was a BED BUG! We had to wake our 3 kids up pack everything and switch to a different room.. the staff was very empathetic to us and polite and we understand its not just one persons fault. We were staying 2 days and said they would comp us the points for a free nights stay at any of their IHG hotels but we really only recieved enough points for a discount. Safe to say we will never be back.

The view off the back balcony is gorgeous. This hotel needs updating which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Not all the lamps worked in the room. The lighting in the room was bit dim. Also, only cable TV. Most hotels provide the option to use steeaming services and this does not.

This was our favorite hotel from our week long Colorado trip! Staff is amazing, breakfast was so delicious and there was plenty to choose from. And the hotel is very clean and well kept. We loved our room, it was very clean and spacious.

Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. We love to stay here but the rooms are beginning to show their age. For example, our room didn’t have a proper safety latch. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

Trains going by wake you up several times during the night. An alarm was going off in the adjacent room from 5 am for a full hour. Only went off after I banged on the wall!!! Not a great stay. Probably won’t stay here again

Small hiccup on arrival, but other than that our stay was wonderful! Rachel at the front desk is very organized and confident in what she is doing! All staff from breakfast to housekeeping took care of our every need!

The staff here was awesome! From check in to checkout, simply great. The breakfast was a good breakfast with great options for both hot and cold food. Gotta say, the GM here was very accommodating with the couple of requests for help. As far as the room, we had a 1 bedroom suite and it was great. Nice comfy space and for the most part, pretty quiet. Unfortunately, there were a few cosmetic issues in the room but nothing to get worked up about. The property itself was ok, several repair items that were visible. The roughest part was finding the property at night. The place id behind another motel, Holiday Inn Express i believe, and the sign for Staybridge was not on and the front of the property was dark/ poorly illuminated. Outside of that, not too bad. I would definitely stay here again and i do recommend.

We LOVED our stay. We upgraded to a suite for more room traveling as 6. To our surprise they serve continental supper 5:30p-7p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Food was great especially being continental. Located within 20 minutes of everything wanted to do and see.

Breakfast was consistently good, usually cooked egg/meat/potato in 3 pans plus usual bread/cereal, there was yogurt/cottage cheese and toppings including blueberries and other fruit. Not so easy to spot and not many walkable eateries. Mountain view was nice, on that side you also hear trains. Seems to be a lot of dog owners, got surprised twice by dogs coming out of elevator. Outdoor pool not available and most of the parking is in the back at lower level than lobby so if you need to use the single elevator might be inconvenient unless you qualify for handicap parking.

It was close to the places we wanted to go(Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and more). Nice and clean. Very kind front desk and breakfast workers. Best of all, the location. Very spacious rooms.

This was our favorite hotel from our week long Colorado trip! Staff is amazing, breakfast was so delicious and there was plenty to choose from. And the hotel is very clean and well kept. We loved our room, it was very clean and spacious.

I really liked the property but the hot tub was not working. The outside hot tub with the Mountain View was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Breakfast was better than expected but the weekend breakfast hours are later so we had to leave before breakfast was ready.

The room was great beds were comfortable. For what we paid I feel like breakfast could have should have been better. I was also excited about them having dove products but I did notice it was only the dove bottles most likely getting filled with other products all I use is dove and I noticed it really wasn’t dove products in the bottles. Over all for a good nights sleep I recommend

This is where we stay when we come to the Springs. Beyond dog-tolerant, this hotel is actually really accommodating to dogs. Outdoor relief areas, and it backs up to a trail and green space for walks. You can sit on the deck and sometimes watch the AFA flight training and there's a nice view of the Peak. Staff were all great, especially our desk clerk (Tatiana? So sorry if I got it wrong) Breakfast is one notch above average continental spread and the dining area is nice. Our room was also quite clean and comfortable and the little kitchenette had all the basics we needed. My only critique is the carpeting in the common areas could be refreshed, the stairs are pretty grimy and smelly.

Hours after we arrived and unpacked into our room another guest in the laundry room/gym area using every washer/dryer shared that her room had bed bugs. (She was staying an extended period of time) She shared she had went to the doctor that day (she was visibly bit up) and they deemed possible bed bugs. The hotel staff confirmed this suspected event with me when I asked. We demanded a full refund and left that same night. The hotel did give us the full refund.

The view and location were great and breakfast included. Friendly staff. The not so great parts: Needs maintenance and more cleaning. The patio where we ate breakfast had an over flowing garbage with pizza boxes and beer cans spilling out for the last 2 days we were there. One set of washer/dryers was out of order and the laundry room was a mess with dryer sheets and bits of Kleenex everywhere for 2 days. It was actually tracked out into the hallway too. The pool wasn’t open until noon. Garbage all over by the the dumpsters.

We were unable to access our room with our keys, and after four trips up and down to the lobby, the front desk finally sent someone upstairs to help. They were also unable to access the room. When we finally got in, our bathroom was brand new, but installed in a way that wouldn’t even close. The front desk did help us move to another room at that point. We made it to the pool, and discovered the hot tub was drained. They offered for us to use the neighboring hotel’s pool and hot tub, but their’s was also out of service. This stay was more work than relaxation with two young kids in tow.
