Parking was easy and secure and it was an easy journey to the ski slopes

Staff was amazing

The staff was very courteous with our late check-in and the room was clean; however, the "process" to get hot water for a shower was not explained at check-in. There didn't seem to be any hot water in the morning. We were told later that night, that the faucet was just reversed. So move it over to hot, then back to cold and then (this part is hard to believe but was key) flush the toilet to get hot water. To turn the TV off, hit Mute then power. No information for this is anywhere in the room.

Clean, comfortable room. Room was nice and warm even in the snowstorm! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Well taken care of property. Would stay again!
