The Pipers No 7 Lomond Castle

Beautiful property and location, very clean and very well equipped, great communication, will definitely be returning in the future.

We chose this property based on its location and this did not disappoint, it was stunning! Sadly when we arrived the apartment was not serviced, there had been a misunderstanding by the cleaning service but Liz at Auchenheglish was outstanding. We were moved for the first night to another stunning property and The Pipers was serviced the following morning. We then moved again back to where we should be. As said, the location was stunning but feel the apartment, as lovely as it is, needs some TLC in areas to be carried out to complete it. In addition, the management company for the entire building really need to clean the public areas more often than they do, it is the first impression that counts and it really needs a good clean! We would definitely book with Auchenheglish again but choose a different property to stay at.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pipers. Great flat in a wonderful setting. Liz was very helpful and friendly.

Accommodation was first class. Starter pack was a bonus. Only complaint, the entrance road is in poor condition.

We had a brilliant stay at Lomand Castle. Liz was incredibly helpful and ensured that we had all we needed throughout our stay. We wanted to use the sofa bed which was no problem and extra linen was provided. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and I'd highly recommend a stay.
