Only positive, Reception staff Betty was great and a comfy bed. Room was okay very old bathroom tough. Very difficult get to town only paying an Ubber No concierge or anyone willing to tell you what to do as a tourist . $40 has been taken from my account and I am unsure why , have sent a couple of emails and still haven’t heard back :( Gym equipment did not work. I suggest you to pay little bit more and stay in a better hotel. Disappointed.

Employees were great. The rest is terrible. It said it has a pool. Not such thing. Breakfast not good. They ran out of things early and wouldnt reestock. They charge you so many fees and $20 parking a day. So bye bye deposit. Its a ripoff. Avoid it if you can. Nothing fancy and the rooms are small. Never coming back again

We had a great stay and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with many choices. The downside was. Our bathroom sink ran brown water for a few minutes. The hot tub needed chlorine. I informed the front desk.

I like the fact that the pool and the spa is open even though it's the middle of October when a lot of the hotel operators would make excuses and say it's out of season and close it. I also like the fact that hard breakfast is included. I don't like the fact that they're charging me extra $20 for parking. I'm deducting one star for the extra $20 for parking. Also I only see one desk clerk working to chech people in and because of that I was being delayed in checking in for i's 15 or 20 minutes. The first room I was given only had one bed and one sofa when I reserved two green beds. Also the same room has problem with the battery in the lock causes causing my key to only work one out of 10 times when I try to open such lock.

I was hit with an additional Airport fee of around 8.00 USD per day because hotel is near an airport. What a scam. It's no longer consumer friendly but profit driven. That was total disappointment. Also I got bite about 3 times by a spider. Saw it when I walked into the room. Tried to kill it but missed, that night the spider feasted on my back and legs. Very painful, so I took pictures. Breakfasts were good and good quality.

Everything was great until the last two morning we were there. Our room was FULL of ants. On the night stand and in the bathroom and even coming in through the door and vent in crawling bathroom. I had to get my own ant traps just to sleep. We throw 90% of our garbage away outside of the room because we don’t like leaving it for housekeeping so it was just very unsettling. I know I should have talked to the manager about it but there wasn’t any time I could this was a PACKED trip and I was only at the hotel to sleep.

Convenient, inexpensive. But the beeping-backup trucks at 4am and 5am on a Sunday morning? It's as if the hotel doesn't realize people actually need to sleep. I was on the top (4th) floor and the noise was loud enough to wake me. Ask for a room with a view of the road, not the back alley.

We called about the airport shuttle the day before. A recording stated a shuttle runs every 30 minutes. After landing, we waited 45 minutes and got through to someone at the hotel who told us the shuttle only runs in the morning and after 5:00. They suggested we take a taxi or uber. The gal at the front desk never made eye contact or smiled when we checked in and was outside the front door vaping throughout both days. The breakfast was great- well stocked, the staff did a great job there. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Internet is terrible. Goes in and out interupting whatever you're trying to do/watch.

It's decent for the price. What was truly annoying was that our room faced the McDonalds right next door and those golden arches shone through our window all day and night. The curtains don't close all the way so we had a great golden glow coming through our window all night long! There's a bit of sound from the street nearby that also comes through. We were there for a work conference and spent very little time in the room other than to sleep so being faced with noise and light was fustrating. For the price, it really helped our travel budget. You get what you pay for!

hotel very nice, but in the back of hotel were some kind of warehouse. trucks backing up starting at least 7am making tons of noise. spoke to desk people about it, said they are not supposed to start till 8am. if you stay at this hotel, make sure your room is in front and not in back

It was alright. Not too bad but but not amazing either. The carpet and bathroom were at least 10 years old - no upgrades. Also no USB charging ports in the room. But overall it was ok.

Great location, clean property, and free airport shuttle. Wifi did not consistently work for me throughout the entire stay. The front desk gave me a phone number to call to get help with connecting to their new server. Initially this solved the issue, but I got disconnected again. This time, the service number that I called kept disconnecting. The new lady at the front desk that I spoke to insinuated that no one else had complained about the internet and that it may just be my computer. I know this isn't true because the first staff member I spoke to mentioned them getting a new server which is why they have a service number that you call to specifically troubleshoot connectivity issues. On top of all of this I just saw that I was overcharged for a small purchase at the front desk. I would love to understand how 2 packs of Mrs Fields cookies and 2 packs of gummy bears results in a charge of more than $60. If you do not need internet and can afford to be accidentally overcharged then I highly recommend! (:

Staff need training for when fire alarms go off. Ours went off(ended up being someone burnt popcorn) but nothing was said to guests. We were all standing around in lobby & outside and then finally asked the two at the front desk and they let us know it wasn’t an emergency. Also, charging for parking seems like that should be included in your stay. Overall, good stay. Hotel was in good location for airport.

Failed to properly check me in and the Night Manager called my room at 9:30 PM and asked for my last name which is a major security protocol failure. I would never give my last name to a unknown person over a phone at a hotel Good thing I had not already gone to bed. Unbelievable lapse by the management team

My card was charged before I checked in. When I called to ask why I was told to make sure I had the money and was still coming. I felt offended because if I didn’t have the money or was not going to arrive I would not have made the reservation. I had to call the front desk for a remote to the tv, I was told all the places it could have been after checking multiple times and letting them know it was not there and after 20 minutes had to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, and was made to feel like I was interrupting them. I was charged more than I was quoted on the hotels app. I was down there for a same day surgery and when I asked about gov. Discounts since I work for a government clinic I was denied that option. I just feel that the desk girl could have been a bit more considerate.

Convenient, inexpensive. But the beeping-backup trucks at 4am and 5am on a Sunday morning? It's as if the hotel doesn't realize people actually need to sleep. I was on the top (4th) floor and the noise was loud enough to wake me. Ask for a room with a view of the road, not the back alley.

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay but we were very disappointed with the extremely limited airport shuttle since the main reason we picked it was for the shuttle since we had a 26 hour layover. We didn’t find out about the shuttle until after booking. So what we thought was a reasonable price for an average hotel ended up costing us an additional $64 in Uber costs for a round trip drive to the airport.

hotel very nice, but in the back of hotel were some kind of warehouse. trucks backing up starting at least 7am making tons of noise. spoke to desk people about it, said they are not supposed to start till 8am. if you stay at this hotel, make sure your room is in front and not in back

This hotel is a basic no frills place. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but dated. The shower rod was rusty. The bathroom faucet had the finish worn off. The breakfast was good but basic. If you are planning on using the shuttle service from the airport make sure you check in advance, they have very limited hours for pickup and return to the airport.

The airport shuttle has a TERRIBLE schedule starts at 5:20-9:40 AM and 5:20-10:35PM. Our flight is 3:10PM we have no choice but to get Uber. Before you check-in call the hotel and for the airport shuttle schedule so you won’t end up pay Uber.

The hotel was great but we were do upset when we landed when we say the shuttle didn’t run after 20:45. We landed at 11:00. Had to pay exorbitant Uber for $39.00 yo get there when it was advertised in your website for hotel that they had a shuttle! Then today when we went to check out soon, there is NO shuttle back to airport for connecting flight after 9:30. Now we will have to pay for Uber again. False advertising!!!! My husband and I always use Hotels.com for our many trips but will most likely go to other venues now after we have three more hotels booked with you for this trip to Singapore and Bangkok. Very mad and would like at least a few extra points to our account for this.

Lobby houseflies flying in the air. Breakfast punctually at 9 am everything including the beverage, water and juices were either stopped or removed disregarding whether there are guests still eating and drinking. The food removed are being eaten by the staff themselves in the kitchen.

It was the best IHG hotel that we have stayed in todate and we stayed in quite a few. It was a an overnight stay from the airport. The only thing is and it was actually kind of funny and not a problem was that our room view was into a parking lot that had lots of cardboard boxes, and pallets.

If you want to be woken up at 6am by the very loud sounds at least forklifts, blasting their horns, the constant beeping of them driving in reverse, and the voices of the drivers yelling at the top of their lungs, then this place is awesome. Oh, and they do this from 6am all day until 6 pm, even weekends. The hotel was pretty nice. Staff was rude. Breakfast was 2/5. The none stop sounds from the Goodwill warehouse immediately next door made this possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. I’ve stayed in the heart of S.F. where you hear car horns and alarms all night but that pales in comparison to how bad this was.

Very clean property and pleasant stay! Staff is very polite. We love the free breakfast in the morning that has several hot and cold items. It's only minutes away from the city and a short distance to the airport with shuttle service.
