Vägglöss och annan ohyra i mitt rum (204). Fick ett annat rum där jag inte såg någon ohyra, men bytte ändå hotell dagen efter. Sängarna var inte bra enligt mig men gillar man stenhårda sängar har man hamnat rätt. Personalen gjorde vad man kunde förvänta sig på alla sätt. Hotellet är gammalt och slitet och verkar ha varit med om ett par jordbävningar då allt är snett och vint. Läget är helt ok men då byggkvaliteten är undermålig så hörs allt både utifrån och från korridoren och andra rum. Enligt mig borde stället rivas och något nytt byggas där.

The location is a huge win! you’re right in Little Italy, so everything is walkable and super convenient. We barely needed a car and anytime we did, Ubers were quick and cheap. It made exploring so easy. Also a 10 min drive to the airport! What really stood out though was the staff. Every person we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, which made the stay feel way more welcoming. I even had an issue with my reservation through a third-party site that accidentally booked an extra night, and they fixed it immediately and refunded me with no hassle. The room itself was clean and simple, nothing fancy but definitely comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet from other guests, which I appreciated. You will hear some outside noise since it’s close to the freeway, but that’s pretty typical for the area and didn’t bother me. A couple things to keep in mind: the beds and pillows are definitely on the firmer side and the towels are very small and thin (child size small lol). Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of if you’re picky about those things! Overall, this is a great, no-frills hotel in an amazing location with really great service. You really can’t be the price either. I’d definitely stay here again.
