Parking is a nightmare. Spaces too small even for a midsize SUV. Car got sideswiped and the cameras don’t see the whole parking lot so we couldn’t get any evidence. Homeless and trash are all over the front as you enter and make it less than appealing. Very loud place to stay, also. Heard the elevator and the stairs each time they were used. My recommendation would be to drive on into downtown and find a place to stay there.

Pool pictures are deceiving. The full super small and in the shade, which is the only reason we booked this hotel. Staff were not very helpful and the area was a bit sketchy and unsafe. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights, and Would stay again! It was clean and had lots of towels and wash cloths! They had a variety for breakfast: cereal, scrambled eggs, links, fresh fruits, muffins, bagels & toast. Parking is an issue. Limited and VERY small spaces, even for a compact. Got a ding on my new car...

the pool was not in working order and the grounds around the pool area was full of leaves and debris. The free breakfast should last longer than 9:00 a.m. since check out is at 11:00, some of us don't get up and get dressed just to go down and eat and then come back up to get ready to check out. other than that, it was a very nice stay and we will continue to stay at Comfort Suites and Inns in the future.

The room smelled stale and musty. There were hairs and makeup on the supposedly clean towels. There were blood and dirt stains on the sheets. The shower was so icky looking, that we decided not to use it at all, just moved on to our next destination to shower. The neighborhood was so sketchy, we couldn't wait to leave early the next morning. Decided to never even take a look at the breakfast buffet because we didn't trust the cleanliness. Would not recommend. Hoping to get our money back

The property was clean and well kept. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was clean, and the area was quiet even though there was a highway close by. It was pretty close to events and downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Cockroaches ran over me. Even with the lights on. Dead cockroach in the bed. Bed was terrible-my back was sore for five days. Bad area-lots of homeless share the streets and next door. Never again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Comfort Inn. My experience was marred by several major issues that made my stay uncomfortable and distressing. The room was nice and the hotel was close to what we wanted to do. At checkin our original room tv was not working. We eventually asked to get switched to a different room and everything was cool after. Overall, it was just what we needed.

The hotel was very conveniently located and had great access/egress by freeway and local streets. Check-in was quick and easy and staff was polite and friendly. The morning breakfast offered many options (sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereals, bread and bagels for toasting and a waffle maker), with coffee, juices and water. Checking out was quick and easy too. The room was large, and had lots of seating in addition to the bed. Mini-fridge and a microwave rounded out the amenities. A very comfortable stay!

As others pointed out, the suites do not look as advertised. The beds look smaller than a queen and the couch is just a two person size. Water pressure is just ok. My suite was mostly quiet. The beds were comfortable. The scrambled eggs were good and I enjoyed the toasted bagel. The doors, floor, and furniture were dated and banged up a bit. The 24 hour Arco gas station next door was a little sketchy, but convenient if you need something or in my case bought a couple of beers. A very grungy homeless man grunted for money. I was glad that the hotel parking lot had an electric gate.

We landed in Sacramento early, we asked for an early check in. Staff was able to accommodate us (thank godness because it was 98 degrees outside) The front desk staff was Amazing! The room was very spacious, we got a king bed, it was so comfortable. Loved that it felt like our own studio with a couch and coffee table. The clean was very clean! The breakfast was delicious!! Thank you for making our stay great! Walking distant to Sutter Health Park, we walked to the A’s game! Everything was perfect, will definitely stay here again!!!

Front desk attendant is pretty unhelpful and dismissive. We called to ask about how to operate the TV and he cut my wife off mid-sentence and said “press OK twice” and HUNG UP. Doesn’t really effect us but twice as I have been passing the front desk the phone was ringing and ringing and he was out front vaping.

We were there for SacAnime Summer and we checked in extremely late because of travel time we didn’t get there until 10pm almost. We were tired, overwhelmed and had so many things to unload and bring in that it was almost dreadful but walking in Troy at the front desk had not only made us laugh in the first few minutes of us getting there but to say the least was definitely the highlight of our stay. My friends and I were in mutual agreement that we’d definitely come back to stay at this hotel just for him. It was never a dull moment when we saw he was the one at the front desk especially since we’d come back in full cosplay and he always had something to say to us to make all that walking around just a little more tolerable. He was the type of real that all of us appreciated just being honest and straight forward cause sometimes that’s what you need. Even on our last day there we were sad that we weren’t gonna get to hear his comments or his stories again once we left. So we highly recommend this hotel it’s like 8-10 minutes away from the convention but it would be an understatement to say that he wasn’t the best part of this trip.

We came in on Amtrak Coast Starlight at 700:am and after arriving at hotel, the check in person found an unused room and asked if we wanted it for an super early (no additional charge) check in. And she told us a little about the area too. Nice folks.

I stayed 2 days at this property, it is conveniently located, and close to a fabulous Mexican place. Everything was very clean and the breakfast options outstanding. The best was that, i forgot my kindle in my room ( i was there for a medical procedure at UC davis) i called a few days later about it, and they had it. It was sent home to me ( at my own expense) which is understandable in perfect condition. I would absolutely stay here again. Plus they have gated parking so it feels safe. The staff was also outstanding.

This hotel is not downtown. There are homeless people all around. I walked to McDonald's because the only other food was convenience store food or Denny's which had no cook! McDonald's was closed at 7 pm because it's too dangerous to be open later. I had to walk under a bridge where men cat called and others were smoking crack. Cops were frisking a half naked guy. But my hotel room was pretty good, clean, quiet. Still. I had hoped to walk to a restaurant and have a nice meal. It's not downtown.

Hotel Beds were great as were the pillows. For a one night stay it was fine. Area is a bit sketchy at night. We walked during the day from hotel to old town and baseball stadium. We took an Uber back. It was fine.

Sadly the property was located near a Homeless Shelter and there were unhoused people all over the area. There were even people in the secure gated area of the property in the bushes surrounding the parking lot. We canceled as it’s a very unsafe area would not ever stay there.

Our stay was excellent, check in was a breeze with Kevin, he was professional and friendly and made our party feel welcomed with positive recommendations. Rooms were clean and staff were all friendly. Breakfast was awesome and very clean eating area. The parking is a plus because your car is safe behind a key card gate. I would definitely do another stay in the future. Another plus is the gas station right across, perfect for drinks and snacks!

We needed to be walking distance to the SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity and this seemed to be the best choice. Happy with the room and service except it would have been better if breakfast was available a little later than 9 am. Especially on a Sunday. I would not hesitate to there again if I needed a hotel in that area.

Centrally located. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. A little award upon arrival only 2 spots in front, however once you're checked in, you use your room card to access a gated parking lot. Breakfast offers eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, english muffins, fruit, juice, cereals, etc. Room offered 2 sections bed and sleeper couch, and price was very reasonable, no complaints.

Fantastic free breakfast, and great location. Only a 15-20 min walk to Old Sac along the Sacramento River Trail. Room was super comfortable, and had good water pressure in the shower. Only downfall was having a room right next to the elevator and the fluorescent light in the bathroom flickered intermittently. Other than that, no complaints at all!
