I made a reservation over a month before our stay. When we checked in at around 3:30 PM I asked for an upstairs room and they told me that they were completely booked and we could only have the assigned room. When we got to the room it was their special needs room. The beds are practically on the floor, mattresses are not plush so too hard. We are senior citizens so hard to get in and out of bed. The floor in the bathroom had two drains. Both looked dirty the screws were rusted and the metal covers scraped and dented. There was shower spray over the entire floor even though we used the curtain. Floor was slippery and one small mat. There was a tiny countertop surrounding the sink so no room to place much on the counter. There could have been a couple of shelves placed in the room. There could also have been hooks to hang clothing. When air conditioner on [outside temp 104 ] the room smelled horribly musty. It smelled like the filter needed to be changed. Would not recommend this place. Room and grounds looked poorly maintained.

One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at! The bed was super comfortable, and Seth was really nice and welcoming. The bar also had really good food. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend — 10/10!
