This review is not about the property itself but rather the managing group, Evolve. On Orbitz, my final booking for two days was lower in Orbitz but Evolve charged me higher. When I first checked, they said the extra amount was on hold and would be refunded, but they never returned it. When I checked again, they claimed it was a cleaning charge. The company managing the property appears to list lower prices to attract customers. The cabin itself: The cabin was nice and clean. It had the quaint cabin atmosphere we wanted, complete with hot tub and hammock swings. We had a few minor inconveniences (bathroom sink was clogged, no curtains on the top floor, the hot tub headrest was melted and got on our bathing suit irreparably, loud roof during rain) but the rest was really nice.
