Desert Isle Resort

Magnifique resort. Nous avons eu un appartement en rez de chausse avec petit patio table chaises, chaises longues et barbecue. Appartement 1 chambre 2 salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Magnfique cadre, 2 piscines, plusieurs SPA. Une salle de sport très bien équipée et 1 sauna que je n'ai pas eu le temps de tester.

I am writing regarding my recent stay at Desert Isle of Palm Springs on March 27–28, which I booked through Hotels.com. During my stay, I encountered numerous cockroaches inside my room. This was not an isolated incident—I recorded multiple videos documenting the issue. The presence of pests made the room unsanitary and effectively uninhabitable. This experience falls well below basic hospitality and health standards and is not consistent with what was advertised at the time of booking. Given the severity of the issue, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I have also opened a case with Hotels.com and will be providing them with my documentation. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this matter promptly.

Staff is amazing and stay couldn’t have been better.

The apartments for rent have a view of the alley, but other than that, you get covered parking and the rooms are clean and furnished well including the kitchen. Not beautiful but functional
