Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms could use hair dryers and the property could use ice machines

Floors were dirty, sink didn’t drain, microwave plate was missing. No ice machine!

This was not as advertised. The pool is filled w/ cement. The room had ants, damage, sketchy AC, and 3 week old banana bread (date on package) in the microwave. The kitchen has zero utensils or anything. We were able to ask the staff and got most of the things we needed and said they might get some more the next day or two to come and check back. There is dog poop and garbage all over the parking lot and in common seating area outside. Just know if you’re going to go here this is one of the places that people “live” on government, vouchers, and such. I would like to strongly say that the staff was amazing. They were all very sweet.

Parking was easy to find..

The smell of the lobby and the stairwells consist of cigarettes, weed, and mold. Elevator was out of service so anytime you enter or leave the place you have to breathe in those smells. The rooms have cockroaches. Our sink had pieces of chicken from the previous guest who stayed there. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom and on the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pool was also closed which they don't mention on the website. Overall it was terrible.

this chain is always my favorite to stay in san bernadino area, its a hidden gem, the staff is always very nice and welcoming, we have yet to stay long enough to use the kitchette but everything is always wonderful here, parking is easy and always available

The hallway and elevator were not clean

Well had to change rooms cause ac didnt work, then the hotel rooms are still dirty, theres no shower head , ppl are loud af, theres NO breakfast , pool is closed and theres cold coffee absolutely waste of money to top it off the elevator doesnt work and im on the 3rd floor its a trashy place

it is an extended stay they should have basics like a coffee pot or coffee ,no ice machine ect ..

Floors where dirty and the property did not smell clean. No coffee from the time they said they would have coffee. Dryer eat my money and staff didnt help to get it back. Staff didnt know times when pool would be open or closed.

It’s started rough and ended up horrible. I only needed one night due to an event But once I woke up to bugs in the bathroom Im requesting a full refund.

Roaches

I was not happy with my 4 night stay here. It wasn’t clean & had a horrible smell throughout the hotel.I was in the room for about 20 mins before I noticed there was roaches & mold in the bathroom. I do not recommend booking here!

This place was infested of cockroaches super dirty.

Checked in late from our trip. Got to the hotel very tired. Only to find bed bugs. Do not recommend.

Not the cleanest room I’ve been in & cockroach in the bathroom was too much for me.

The location of the property is perfect and the staff is great, however the conditions within the rooms are disgusting. Roaches can be seen in the kitchenette’s and bath tubs. I had to cut my stay short due to this.

Not so good. We had cockroaches and small black bugs, throughout the room, discussing. I motioned it to the desk clerk, she said she would let someone know but there nothing she could do about it. This will be are last visit to any Extended stay at that location, for sure.

Next to the 10 freeway noisy. Smells bad… My standards are not high but american standards are just so low theyre beyond “third world”! And yes…I am an american but I have travelled all over the world and What you pay for a room in america for what you get is horrible.

The hotel premises are dirty (entrance and hallways), and there were many suspect individuals in and outside the building. While my room was clean, when I went to take my shower after I did my inspection, I noticed the drain was clogged, so I had to take the shower in intervals to allow some of the water to slowly drain out. Apparently there were no other rooms, as I did try to get into a different room. For this hotel to be in fairly nice part of the city, it does not match the aesthetic of everything around it. I will likely never book here again.

The hotel is not bad for the price. The room was clean and functional. The only issue is a smell which sort of goes away when you turn on the air. I would recommend if you are on a budget!

Checkin staff were great. The lock on the room wouldn’t open and my key got stuck. Took 20 minutes after checking in to get in the room. Fridge was filled with spoiled food that I had to ask to have someone clean it out. Room smelled for the rest of my stay. Trash was never picked up

Old beat up room . Toilet seat falling off..smelled really bad.. We left and went to another hotel. Just not for us.

We rented this room because it had a kitchen in it. When we checked in the cabinets were empty. There was no shampoo , conditioner or hair dryer in the room either. I had to go to front desk to get things for the kitchen and the shower. Carpet had a lot of stains and very noisy from the highway being so close to building. We will not stay here again!

It was pretty much good only to sleep. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Older room, the night stand was broken.

The breakfast was coffee and granola bars. I'm not sure if we needing to request housekeeping during our stay to get our room cleaned/towels changed, but we we there 5 days and housekeeping didn't come. Which was ok for us. The bathroom was very small, when we opened the door, it barely cleared the toilet, and it was kind of difficult to move around/ get out of esp if you were getting out of the shower. The room had a kitchen, and a pamphlet saying we could order a utensil package with plates, frying pan, etc if we needed it. There was a good amount of storage in the room, it had Dish TV I think, and it looked like you could plug in a DVD player or your phone if you wanted to watch a movie. The bed was a little firm, which is fine for me, the pillows were perfect. The bedding was thin, but it was clean. We slept well. Most of the towels were clean- but there were 2 that looked like they had maybe fallen off the laundry cart because they had black spots/dirt on them. The hotel was right next to a bus stop, and was within reasonable walking distance to the arena (about 20 min) and about 5-10 min walk from restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly, and a lot of people had their pets with them. We felt like the parking lot was adequately lit and safe at night. Thank you for the comfortable and safe stay.

Kitchen sink had rust on the drain. The bathroom toilet lid was too big for the tank, couldn’t get any hot water in the bathroom sink and the tub/shower was poorly repaired with caulking showing around the faucet and black marks on it

Upon arrival we were told that our paid booking for two rooms meant nothing and they had no rooms for us. We were on our own to find a new place to stay. How is this possible in this day and age? Out of the kindness of another guests, we were able to get one of their rooms. A room with one queen bed for 4 people. Shame on both Extended Stay and Hotels.com for letting this happen.

We got this holel very late about 1am. And because of we got late, they put us as "no Show", and wasn't able to get a room. After negotiating to Hotel.com online help support for an hour, finally they removed "no show" and this hotel was letting us to stay the room we already booked and paid. It took us another extra one hour, so finally we were able to get a room to sleep at about 2am.

There seemed to be only one employee so the checkin line took about 30 minutes. While waiting, a guest complained that their room was not cleaned and the employee said he would clean it after checking in the guests. They room out of rooms (for reserved guests) and had to turn people away. The bathroom counter had stains, the hotel smelled like cigarettes, guests were playing loud music, the walls were thin, beds were stiff and freeway loud.

Lonnie, Faith and Keven provided excellent customer service during our stay. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot it was turned into the front desk with all of my cards and money inside. I was called by the management to report it was found. It can’t get better than that.

Courtni the lady who works front desk ,was the best ,very attentive welcoming and made my stay a great one I definitely recommend you go see her ,she will make sure your taken care of.

Elisha made this whole experience wonderful! There was an issue with the machine and checking me in. She was professional, funny, and keep me updated. She asked me about me comfort level as to what floor would I like. Just great customer service!

This was a terrible decision, I booked my room just before midnight and 35/40 min later I called as I was driving there and the lady that answered the phone told me I was a no show and she WOULD NOT Check me in even if she could. I explained to her that made reservation about a hour ago so not sure why should call me a no show. She should’ve realized that the reservation just came through and put the keys to the side for the person that paid to get the room but instead she said and said get your refund from whoever you booked it through and go somewhere else.

Close to Toyota Arena . We were attending an event so walking from the hotel was an option . This place is run down It used to be a nice place before the pandemic , not any more. People live there , some smoke weed in the rooms , very sketchy people, Very limited on services . Needs an urgent renovation .

Arlene is the best!!! She took care of me and made sure I didn’t experience anymore stress because up until I saw her my arrival in California was full of issues. The hotel would have a 5 but my tub and sink were filthy when I checked in. But staying there is wonderful. It is close to shopping malls Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens. Plenty of places to eat and I was able to grab groceries from Stater Brothers! It was great

Rooms are run down. Killed a roach within 10 minutes of arriving. And the freeway right next to the window was quite loud.

Shabby, run down, dirty, disgusting hotel! Super noisy. Apparently there’s a lot of theft there so you have to ask for dishes, etc. the silverware was filthy. But, of course, they didn’t have any dish soap. A cockroach ran out of the coffee maker they gave me. The place is just gross!!! The staff was nice & helpful!

The price was good and the bed was pretty comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room was bad, hair in the shower and bed. Weird smell near the bed. The heater/air conditioning was loud. I could hear noises in the hallway and outside all night. The front desk person entered my room with a key while i was in the room, but i had the slide lock on. She said she heard my window was open? But just walked away quickly. The "breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. Overall very poor!

Several things to consider… We happened to be there on a night the fire alarm went off. We followed our instincts to evacuate. The firefighters got there. Moments later they left. No communication, while this is happening, or whatsoever from any employee. We kept waiting outside for a “safe” to go back. Nothing!! Pass by the reception to see if there was any information. The attendant was on the phone, careless about our presence. The breakfast bar is hot water and a mini muffin. Infested, roaches in the room. Wi-Fi lowest speed unless you want to pay extra. Would not recommend it at all.

Negative hospitality atmosphere, Negative professional sanitation, Negative security property and guests hallways overnight. I was on a 3-day stay business r&r, First thing as I got there I was charged up to $100 in hidden service fees early check in when I arrived at approximately 11:00 a.m., was charged a cleaning deposit for my house train service pet unregistered (entered the room and realized it was not clean from the last pet that was in the room wreaked the smell of cat urine within the restrooms the floors were stained carpet) There is a trash room located on the floor on each floor with open trash cans and garbage spread on the ground. Management treats guest as suspects, and has very little control over her staff. The room that I had was unsanitized spot cleaned only. The key point of interest areas had not been sanitized such as the people on the door, no remote control working properly, the dishes that I received were dirty with food residue, I asked for a scoring pad sponge and was given an Old rag, I requested for my garbage to be taken to the dumpster and was told to take it out myself, I went to go recline on the recliner to realize it was busted and not openable. The list can go on the breakfast that was served was no more than just two thermoses and 99 cent store packaged items. Just kept creating chaos and stereotyping and the personnel would reflect on their slander and deformations of customers. Lack of hospitality value

Pick the hotel due to its location to the Toyota Arena. Check-in went fine, but once we got to the room, it was not what we expected mold in the bathroom, toilet backed up on first flush, always were dirty. It appears that they allow pets, sleeping with barking dogs and rooms next to you was difficult People yelling at each other in the middle of the night. Would not stay here again there is a La Quinta close by that I will stay at next time. I travel for a concert at the Toyota Arena by the way the breakfast breakfast was couple, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Coffee service Was just a pot of coffee with no cream only sugar on both days that we were there when asked that the front counter they said they’ve been out of creamer for some period of time nobody seemed to care.

The room was dirty blood on the curtains floors were dirty bathroom door was filthy cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom no complimentary breakfast no shuttle bus to the concert very disappointed in that hotel filthy I slept with my tennis shoes on that's how dirty it was I deserve my money back stay there for 2 days we were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but there was nothing no juice no cereal no waffles no eggs there was muffin and if you're lucky you got a little tiny cup of coffee that's it I will not recommend this to anybody very disappointed I work hard for my money I expect to have a clean room and complimentary breakfast I would like a refund of my money
