The pictures online fooled us. When we walked into the lobby, the smell of smoke was overwhelming and continued into the dark hallways. While the rooms didnt smell like smoke, they were unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The beds had no bedskirts which made them look cheap. The dresser was pretty banged up and the bath tub wasnt exactly clean. There is no pool, fitbess center or ice machine! The free breakfast is actually a bookcase with coffee, instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. One good thing is that Parking is free.

Staff wonderful, rooms are clean, and comfortable. Elevator broken, homeless sleep in the parking-lots, multiple “ stink bombs” set off in stairways, and common area hallways nightly. No security presence properties are not monitored. Coffee, hot water, and limited cereal bars provided .

elevator out of service about 24 hours bad for people (like me) on 3rd floor with foot pain. don't know how often it happens. room was well sound proofed facing highway so noise not a problem. good highway access S.R. 78 and I-5. had to ask front desk for comp shampoo and non-dairy creamer?

I wanted to shout out Sahara, too. She’s been nothing but kind to me and has made it easier for me to survive a very difficult time for my family. Thanks Sahara for you kind and professional demeanor. Again, the whole staff has been amazing! The laundry room is so convenient! It’s clean and I like that you can use coins or card to pay. Thank you. I find that it’s best to notice great things, not only the complaints. Inga

The room needs repairs door handle to bathroom would come off. Booked queen beds but they are actually full beds. When checking out the person who was working late was not happy when we called to checked out. He actually said im never going to get my work done. But change as he notice l was standing at the counter with my wife. No working ice machine's at a hotel is ridiculous.

I appreciated the ease of check-in, free and easy parking, and the location close to so many restaurants, stores, and the golf course. The downside was that the bed seemed more like a double than a queen, and nearby people were smoking MJ/cigarettes. I would stay there again and hopefully it won't smell like smoke next go around!

As you enter the corridor, there’s a strong fishy smell which is horribly to tolerate. The kitchen stove is not very clean. More disappointing thing is the breakfast. This property had the breakfast included but they provided coffee and some muffins only. We ended up getting the breakfast outside.

Everything is dirty, especially the floors, which is why we had to have housecleaning come back and clean the room after we checked in, as the floor had sticky stuff on it. Additionally, we found an empty bottle of sex-jelly between the mattress and wall. There was also inadequate towels, noise coming from the roof, and the continental breakfast they advertised, is just cheap nasty coffee with old stale muffins or oatmeal-soup. By far the worst value we’ve experienced from a hotel in a long time.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the front lobby is nice but the hotel smells really bad. This hotel has odors that run deep. Walking down the halls it smells like smoke and mold. Im amazed how the entire hotel smells so much like smoke. It’s just smells dirty. The room looked clean aside from the smells but the bathroom was overlooked. I found dried up shampoo and hair on the shower walls. I noticed that the hotel is quite occupied and I just can’t understand how people are ok with the way this hotel smells. It just doesn’t smell clean. And if you take the stairs you’ll smell urine and smoke. I like the size of the room and the location is ideal but not sure I can get used to the smells.

NOT a good value for what they charge. Place is very dirty. We had to have them come clean something sticky off the floor, and we found an empty bottle of sex-jelly between the mattress and the wall. Also, on the third floor, we could hear the roof fan non-stop, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, their “continental breakfast” was nothing more than some old stale muffins and some nasty coffee. They really don’t care about their guests, or even trying to provide service, let alone a clean safe room. Just terrible… awful even.

Kitchen area was pretty old, dated, beat up. Glad we were not there long and wasn't looking to take advantage of that amenity. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. It worked for a short stay along the way during our trip, but would not want to stay for long. Staff was great and very pleasant.

I don't mind this place for the price but the walls are paper thin. I had to listen to a couple talk, and giggle and have s*x in the next room, granted it wasn't long, aye-oh. But still she was making all noises and the bed was hitting the wall. It was feet from where I was sitting. And conveniently the tv signal went out so I was sitting in a quiet room on my phone listening to people make it while I try to relax.

Cleanliness, staff and experience was great. The only opportunity for update is the WIFI upgrade. Had to use my own Hot Spot to take meetings. The Front Desk issued me a refund right away. They were also able to accommodate a late check out for me, super helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in last few years and it is always a good experience. The staff is always nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only criticism I have would be the lack of an onsite restaurant, but there are restaurants close.

It’s a decent hotel. I liked that it had a kitchen in case you needed to cook. There was some stuff that was outdated and it was in need of repair. The kitchen cabinets were peeling from the bottom. The bathroom vent was coming off. The countertop for the restroom was bad with stains on it. The windows didn’t have screens and they didn’t close right. The restroom sink faucet was broken. I took pictures before we started using anything. The roof had popcorn ceiling it looked old. The fire sprinklers looked like they didn’t work. The place is quiet even though is next to a fwy. Close to stores. Receptionist was friendly. It has a laundry room and vending machines. Vending machines were a bit expensive you could drive down to Walmart or target or winco for cheaper snacks and drinks. No smoking but it smelled like smoke not sure if the smell was coming from outside. Had a good night just needs some updates and repairs on certain things

It was a good stay. Front desk was an easy check in. When I called they were always friendly. I did find a cigarette but in the window sill. I threw it out. Location was quiet for being close to the freeway. We had a view of a golf course, nice bonus.

I came to the extended stay to take a test and for that I needed absolute quiet and for no one to interrupt me. Initially when I went down to get the breakfast as advertised they only had oatmeal and some muffins and they didn’t even have the hot water for the oatmeal. Additionally, as I was testing the front desk kept calling me and some staff member walked into my room as I was taking my test. I had no other choice but to shout at them to get out, and after I went downstairs to confront the staff about invading my privacy and the license of using the room. They told me that i put in a request for the smoke detector in the room. When I told them that was not the case they did not justify entering into my space and disrupting me on a timed exam which did deprive me of five valuable minutes. (The exam is administered in increments of an hour). Not only were the beds uncomfy, but when I went into the bathroom there was clearly dirt in certain aspects of the room. I sincerely had one of the worst hotel experiences and I will definitely never come back.

This was our second stay here. We were disappointed to find a vibrator was left in our room by the previous guest. The staff did not seem overly concerned about this when informed. We will probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Was approached by a drug addict that wanted to start problems with me and said he had a weapon on him Called the front desk to tell them about it and they said it was a customer and pretty much ended the call Concern was disregarded and clerk question my concern not the situation Reservation was for non smoking room and got a room that had a extreme odor tobacco

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in last few years and it is always a good experience. The staff is always nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only criticism I have would be the lack of an onsite restaurant, but there are restaurants close.

The room needs repairs door handle to bathroom would come off. Booked queen beds but they are actually full beds. When checking out the person who was working late was not happy when we called to checked out. He actually said im never going to get my work done. But change as he notice l was standing at the counter with my wife. No working ice machine's at a hotel is ridiculous.

We never stayed as they gave our reservation away, said I hung up on them (which I didn’t), and were unwilling to help. Made it easy for me, as I will never stay in any of your hotels. Simple.

My wife my pet and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We like the people in the front desk very nice and helpful and the hotel is in very good location close to markets food places parks and close to the ocean.Service is great we love the room definitely we will be back to this same hotel. Quick overnight stay while visiting family in the area. Convenient location. Check in was seamless, friendly and effecient staff. Room was clean as were the halls and common areas. Pleasantly suprised for what is basically a 2 star motel.

I appreciated the ease of check-in, free and easy parking, and the location close to so many restaurants, stores, and the golf course. The downside was that the bed seemed more like a double than a queen, and nearby people were smoking MJ/cigarettes. I would stay there again and hopefully it won't smell like smoke next go around!

It was a good stay. Front desk was an easy check in. When I called they were always friendly. I did find a cigarette but in the window sill. I threw it out. Location was quiet for being close to the freeway. We had a view of a golf course, nice bonus.

Sometimes unsheltered people hang around the parking lot. Uncomfortable to walk your pets. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Such nice people!

The pictures online fooled us. When we walked into the lobby, the smell of smoke was overwhelming and continued into the dark hallways. While the rooms didnt smell like smoke, they were unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The beds had no bedskirts which made them look cheap. The dresser was pretty banged up and the bath tub wasnt exactly clean. There is no pool, fitbess center or ice machine! The free breakfast is actually a bookcase with coffee, instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. One good thing is that Parking is free.

As you enter the corridor, there’s a strong fishy smell which is horribly to tolerate. The kitchen stove is not very clean. More disappointing thing is the breakfast. This property had the breakfast included but they provided coffee and some muffins only. We ended up getting the breakfast outside.

NOT a good value for what they charge. Place is very dirty. We had to have them come clean something sticky off the floor, and we found an empty bottle of sex-jelly between the mattress and the wall. Also, on the third floor, we could hear the roof fan non-stop, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, their “continental breakfast” was nothing more than some old stale muffins and some nasty coffee. They really don’t care about their guests, or even trying to provide service, let alone a clean safe room. Just terrible… awful even.

Everything is dirty, especially the floors, which is why we had to have housecleaning come back and clean the room after we checked in, as the floor had sticky stuff on it. Additionally, we found an empty bottle of sex-jelly between the mattress and wall. There was also inadequate towels, noise coming from the roof, and the continental breakfast they advertised, is just cheap nasty coffee with old stale muffins or oatmeal-soup. By far the worst value we’ve experienced from a hotel in a long time.

We were disappointed that the breakfast was very minimal and had to be eaten in our room with as there was no breakfast room. The microwave was faulty. In short - no personal touch!

Overall, this hotel really wasn’t bad! The room was pretty clean, and we felt safe, which is always a huge plus. Now, the bed… 😂 It wasn’t horrible, but it definitely wasn’t winning any awards. If your partner rolls over, prepare yourself because the entire bed moves like you’ve just experienced a 9.5 earthquake. There are pets on site, which I’m totally fine with because, well… ANIMALS! They were absolutely adorable. The barking in the middle of the night, however, was a little less adorable. I'mI’d suggest asking guests if they’d prefer a room farther away from the furry residents when possible. I also wouldn’t consider the property very ADA friendly, and some of the exterior doors could definitely use a little TLC. Breakfast consisted of some pretty dry muffins that had clearly seen better days. 😂Not exactly a five-star breakfast, but hey… free is free, and we didn’t go hungry! Now, let’s talk about the staff because they were WONDERFUL! The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had absolutely zero issues with the staff. So, would I stay here again? Absolutely! Would I request a room farther away from the animals? Also absolutely. Were the animals adorable enough that I still wanted to pet them? 100% YES.

i booked a room and got my confirmation email and everything. I decided to double check and call to be sure, and they said they couldn’t find my reservation. The guy gave me another number to call so i did. The number said they were closer and to call between 9am-6pm , it was 5pm. I called the hotel back, he said i just spoke to them i said well they said they’re closed. He ended up hanging up on me. so i tried the other number again just to be told they’re closed again. So i called the hotel again and he said “oh i see your name now but im going to cancel it because we have no rooms” THE DAY OF. So unprofessional, so unhelpful. I had to find another hotel very last minute.

Our room smelled like food when we walked in, it looked like they might have been trying to air it out because the windows were open. There was weird hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The bedsheets had a bad smell, thankfully we brought our own. It was just an uncomfortable experience, thankfully we were only there for a couple of hours.
