Casa totalmente attrezzata con griglia, terrazza e giardino | Vista sul mare

Ein echtes typisches Mallorca-Haus. Am besten für die Jahreszeit (März) ist die Heizung, endlich mal nicht kalt abends. (Kleine Extragebühr fällig) Auch das es mal richtige Bettdecken (reichlich vorhanden) gibt anstelle von Laken ist sehr positiv. Das Haus hat drei Ebenen, entsprechend hat es viele Treppen. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, für uns jedoch abends zu kühl gewesen, um dort zu sitzen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind unten im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Fenster, bzw. Tür raus zur (Treppe) Terrasse Nr. 2, im Hochsommer sicher von Vorteil, uns war es etwas zu dunkel in den Räumen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, endlich mal eine Arbeitsplatte auf guter Höhe, um Essen vorbereiten. Im Parkhaus ist es, wie von anderen erwähnt, etwas eng, mit einem Seat Ibiza aber kein Problem, ich bin immer rückwärts eingeparkt, das geht problemlos. Kontakt lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp mit Luis, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, schickt Videos, wie wo was zu finden ist. Er hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, schnell geantwortet. calme et très sympathique

Très bon accueilli maison agréable et facile à chauffer. deux chambres avec bel vu mer dont la terrasse. commerce de proximité et bus 202 direct pour Palma.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans ce très beau village et dans cette maison, dont le point fort est le 2e étage avec sa chambre/terrasse vue sur mer ! Au niveau confort, des améliorations peuvent être apportées et quelques défaillances réparées... Cela améliorera le séjour des futurs vacanciers :-).

The overall location of the village in the mountains where this house is located is amazing. The house is very close to the village centre in a nice place. The house suited us well as a family of 5. The AC unit was on the third (top) level of the house but it did manage to cool the rest of the house to a level that we found comfortable when the internal doors were left open. Outside was over 30 degC most days in our August stay. Everything was clean. We felt the kitchen could have been a bit better equiped. The kitchen, etc are not modern but that suited us just fine. The correspondence from the company that manages the house was in German. We had to cut and paste into Google Translate, which worked well enough though. We had to pay the tourist tax and a 200 Euro deposit to the local agent, which is always a pain. The parking space was very useful. Like most of the mountainous areas, parking and driving is in very narrow spaces. We had a medium sized car, which was really the maximum you could have. The view from the top floor terrace was beautiful. We loved the location. We liked the house and would happily stay there again.
