Das Personal war durchgehend super freundlich. Wir konnten bereits bei Ankunft früher ins Zimmer, lediglich Kleinigkeiten wurden später fertig gemacht. Dies wurde uns aber vorher mitgeteilt und somit mussten wir nicht bis zur Check-in Zeit warten. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, aber das wird wohl überall in den Riads der Fall sein. Die Klimaanlage hat Anfang Februar bei 5-20 °C auch super als Heizung funktioniert und war sehr ruhig. In der Innenstadt ist alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

A fuir, arnaque. Nous sommes arrivés dans l’hôtel, on nous très bien accueilli jusqu’au moment où nous avons décliné l’offre proposée pour avoir un guide avec un prix exorbitant. Le Riad est très beau dans les parties communes mais les Chambres sont très bruyantes, pas propre et sans eau chaude, avec invasion de fourmis. Pour clôturer le tout, à notre départ, on nous a demandé de payer 800 dirhams sans aucune justification. Après avoir demandé au réceptionniste des explications sur ce montant, il nous a expliqué que ça arrivait souvent et que la plate-forme de réservation en ligne ne débitait pas le montant de la chambre. Je lui ai montré la facture mais rien ne changeait. J’ai dû demander à un ami local de venir pour discuter….le réceptionniste nous a ensuite demandé de payer la taxe de séjour d’un montant de 100 dirhams, qui ne correspondait encore une fois à rien. La taxe était en réalité de 50 dirhams. Il a enfin abandonné au bout de 30 minutes. Nous avons finalement payé la bonne taxe de séjour et avons pu prendre notre avion. Je tiens à noter que le réceptionniste savait que nous avions un avion à prendre rapidement. Il semble avoir essayé d’en profiter pour nous faire payer rapidement sans poser de questions.

What should have been an unforgettable trip to Marrakech became a nightmare because of this hotel. When I checked in, I asked for the key to the room safe so I could securely store my cash and valuables. The staff told me they would check, but they never provided the key. Before leaving for the day, I left USD 400 in my room. When my friend and I returned, USD 300 was missing. I am absolutely certain of the amount because I counted the money before leaving. I immediately informed the reception. Shockingly, they told me that a similar incident had happened before and that they would investigate. Later, they reviewed their security cameras and informed me that only the housekeeper had entered my room while we were away. However, they simply told me that she denied taking anything and therefore no action would be taken. To make matters worse, I had also paid for a guide arranged by the riad. Instead of taking me to the places I specifically requested, he repeatedly took me to stores where he appeared to receive commissions, completely ignoring what I had asked for. After the hotel’s response, I no longer felt safe staying there. I had to leave immediately and drag my luggage through the streets of Marrakech to find another place to stay. It caused enormous stress, unexpected expenses, and completely ruined what should have been wonderful vacation. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. The lack of security and the way this situation was handled were completely unacceptable

Chambre plutôt spacieuse, parfaite pour 3, climatisée et plutôt propre. Très beau riad, avec un personnel extrêmement serviable et sympathique. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et très bon. Très bon emplacement pour la Médina, mais un peu éloigné du centre de Marrakech.

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was honestly great.
