It’s a decent place to stay. Not too far from nightlife and good in a pinch. Parking is available but not included so they charge you for use of the very small and tight lot they have.

This place isn't anything special. Simply a place to sleep if that's all that you need. The front desk clerk was very helpful checking in, and also provided is some extra towels when asked. The room was quite small, but that was expected. There was a lot of stray hair on the floor when we arrived, and a small ball of it where it looked like somebody had just swiped the floor with a mop. Bathroom was decent, but the door wouldn't lock. The biggest issue I had was that there is no where to plug in my phone and CPAP near the bed. We had to move the bed and unplug the lamps in order to charge my phone and use my CPAP.

Things went well my first night. The room, though very basic and somewhat run down and dated, was reasonably clean-looking and check-in went fine (I arrived by bicycle). In fact, the person at the desk gave me a different room on the first floor so I wouldn’t have to lug my bike and heavy gear up all those stairs. It was my second night stay that the problem happened. I had to get up to use the bathroom at 1:30 AM. As I was in there I felt a tingling on my bare foot. I looked down to discover a 1” shiny black cockroach crawling on it. I tried chasing it around so I could capture it and throw it outside. After I failed, I couldn’t get back to sleep knowing that the vermin was running loose in the room. Finally at 3:30 AM I went looking again and found it. I took a picture to show the guy at the desk, then managed to catch it with a towel and I flushed it down the toilet. After that I got no more sleep because I thought the roach probably had brothers and sisters in the room. When I told my tale of woe, the desk guy showed little sympathy other than to say he never saw one that big (I showed him the picture). He was nice enough to let me leave my luggage in the office until I could claim it later in the afternoon after check-out time. Needless to say though, I would never stay here again and would recommend that you do the same. P.S. the air conditioning doesn’t work in the room and the bathroom floor is slick with some kind of soap cleaner. I slipped and nearly fell (twice).
