I made the mistake of booking here for a business trip. Upon check-in, I realized this hotel is a hub for drugs. Lots of unsavory characters looking strung out and carrying in their 'luggage' in the form of, black plastic trash bags. It was so uncomfortable that up at 2 a.m. I decided I didn't feel safe and would rather check out and drive home where I could get a good night's sleep. Inside the rooms were clean enough, but previous tweakers must have wreaked havoc on the in-room amenities at this extended stay. They don't stock extra blankets or pillows. Even with a full fridge and stove in the kitchen, you don't even have so much as a plate or utensil. All of the cabinets were bare. Truly a sign of the crime happening in this place. 122 rooms and no cameras in their poorly lit parking lot?! Nor so much as a patrolling security vendor. Just one non-observant hotel employee in a back office. Do not suggest anyone taking the risk booking here. Just pay $75 extra to stay at a better hotel across the freeway that's not a drug haven.

Extended Livermore is super convenient given the fact that you have restaurants and access to last minute supplies. parking is awesome, now I can see why it's always full. The staff there is friendly and they are always very helpful with accommodating to their customers needs and wants.

First the good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was very quiet although it is directly adjacent to the city airport. Yes you have some airplane noise but not bad. Unfortunately, it seems to also be an alternate housing place for homeless perhaps on vouchers. Lots of sketchy folks camped in the parking lot smoking all day long and at every exit. But, they don’t actually even go outside. You can smell the stink of cigarette smoke walking down the hallways. My room stank of stale cigarettes the four days I stayed there. The best they could offer was a can of air freshener. Carpet was strangely damp for some reason. Didn’t really dry out. Left the windows open the whole time I was there. Loud trucks waking you up in the morning as people went off to work. Also it is in a very secluded area with only a Carl’s Jr. around. You’re going to have to drive a significant distance to get any kind of stores. An inconvenience for an extended stay where you might want to bring some groceries. This would be an OK hotel for $50-$75 a night. But for the prices they charge it is ridiculously poor quality.

There was nothing in the room. Not plates, no silverware, no coffee cups not glasses. No coffee pot or coffee. Not even tea bags. No shampoo. I could not believe it. Will never stay there again. The carpets were very dirty and stink was horrible. The tv didn't even work. Had to keep taking the plug in and out to turn it on and off. Very very difficult to even change a channel. The clock was even still an hour off. What a dump. Not worth the money at all.

I did not expect this hotel train to be so rundown. I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past, so I was surprised at the state of this location. There seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel. Some of the staff was very friendly, while others were extremely rude. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, low quality muffins, and do it yourself oatmeal. Worst though, the bathroom was disgusting. The showerhead was coming out of a wall that was completely rotted. Water from the showerhead was dripping down into the drywall and there was black mold on the walls. Just horrible.

Brought my ps5 to have activity’s during my stay. Wasn’t able to log onto the WiFi with the ps5 due to router restrictions. That was the worse part.

Outdated, but not dirty. The silver part on the bathroom faucet was peeling, and not all of the light fixtures worked. The door and table that should have been where I ate or worked from was sticky, so I did not use the table. The sheets were thin, but the bed was comfortable enough. The first night people were having a conversation in the parking lot at 2am and woke me up.

The air conditioner would not work and the toilet ran continuously as did the shower ( constant drip) The door handle to the bathroom was broken and when these things were brought to front desk I got a shrug from the person manning the desk. Also saw a costumer wait for over 30 minutes to be assisted . The property itself was semi clean and it was quiet.

We got here at 11:30pm, and the desk person was gone. There was another guy waiting there since 11:00 I found a laundry guy who said the desk guy is gone for the night. No one to get our keys. Finally found another laundry person who came to the desk and our invoices were ready but no keys. Wouldn’t recommend

Be prepared for bare minimum of customer service...no housekeeping. You have to be here for 7 days before housekeepers come & clean the room. The marijuana aroma seeps through the vents & floors. The "breakfast" are instant oatmeal and granola bars. One has to go down to the desk for towels, coffee pot, etc.

The area around the place was dark and felt unsafe, people hanging around the parking lot. Staff was unhelpful we called the front desk to ask if they could bring up toilet paper there wasn’t any in the restroom and they said we could come get it ourselves.

Nice lodging tucked in by the Livermore Airport and close to dining (Cattlemens) and casual (Subway) restaruants. Very easy on/off I-580 freeway. At check-in, they had no record of my reservation despite it being made over a week before and I'd received multiple communications from Expedia about the stay. It all got straightened out, but I still need to check I was not double-billed. Also, the "breakfast" (on Saturday) consisted of a granola bar and coffee; not what I was expecting (at least a bagel or some toast; would have been really nice to have bacon)

Easy to get to and clean. Downside...found the beds too firm...the free "breakfast" is too minimal. Would have been nice if cinnamin rolls etc were offered in stead of just tiny muffins or nutrigrain bars, oatmeal packs and maybe orange juice

Very few amenities, no in room coffee no shampoo only bar soap. No hair dryer and the breakfast was minimal muffins packaged oatmeal and coffee. Don't think we will stay at these properties again.

The woman at the front desk during check-out was also deeply apologetic, mortified, and disgusted when I brought the issue to her attention—she immediately called her boss to try and resolve it. **Cons:** The stay took a sharp downhill turn the next morning. At 10:00 AM, I woke up to find a nickel-sized cockroach in the bathroom (which I managed to trap in a container). Around the same time, housekeeping began aggressively knocking and loudly yelling "housekeeping," despite check-out not being until 11:00 AM. When we packed up to leave early, the hallway was completely blocked by housekeeping carts. When I asked if we could squeeze past, one worker ignored me entirely. Another housekeeper moved a cart while screaming at the first worker. To make matters worse, the first housekeeper then came out and loudly insisted I was staying; when I told her we were checking out, she threw her hands up in the air in frustration. **Verdict:** While the front desk staff tried their best and were genuinely kind, a pest infestation combined with hostile, chaotic housekeeping makes this property a hard pass. We had to evacuate our house, therefore we had to book this place at the last minute. We had to check in late in the evening once finally settled, and ready for bed noticed that there was a very strong odor of urine throughout the room. Ended up having to leave the room and stay elsewhere because couldn’t get comfortable with a strong smell.

The hotel itself was presentable, the staff were kind and professional and the location was safe. The only negative thing I have to say is the odor. There was a strong musty urine smell in the hallway and only the hallway. The rooms did not have the smell.
