We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and the location was great, plenty of food and shopping nearby! We enjoyed the pool our entire stay!!

Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and breakfast had great options including a make your own pancake machine. Located near all my favorites including Target and In and Out Burgers. A+ stay.

Staff: Zen at the front desk was lovely. They should promote her to manager. Rooms: the bathrooms could be cleaned better (specifically, the tub and shower walls). Additionally, I left about 9:45am and returned a little after 3. The cleaning crew knocked on my door just before 4. So that was disappointing, not coming back to a clean room. I don't know why they started so late. Breakfast: lots of options. The cinnamon rolls were warmed and delicious. Standard buffet fare. Wasn't crazy about the pancake machine; they were raw on the inside. Parking: highly accessible. I saw many complaints about the In N Out across the lot before arrival, but the reality is, you just have to not get in their lane to get to the hotel. Stay to the far right and you'll do fine. Amenities: pool was cool, and a hot tub. However, the furniture needs updates. Specifically, get higher quality items, and they'll last longer. Lots of chairs with holes and such, for example. Severe wear for items that were bought within the last three years. Would I go back? I would. The pros outweigh the very fixable cons.
