Outside wasn’t dry clean in the back

The rooms are clean, very quiet and private. Plenty of parking. Appreciate the friendly and respectful staff :)

Parking was easy and front desk was quick to check me in.

Great stay, first time in this area and was so welcoming. Christine in front desk was friendly. All staff were very friendly in the lobby. This hotel is pet friendly, with a pet area. Definitely recommend and keep for future stays.

Very noisy hotel. Dog barking in next room all night. Car parked in front of my room at 9:00 with music blasting in the parking lot with three guys dancing in front of my room. Shady things going on in the parking lot. My wife didn’t feel safe. People above me never went to bed stomped on the ceiling until 3:am. Property around the side parking lot had dog poop everywhere. Dog poop also on the sidewalk by the Lobby. They didn’t clean it up even after told it was there. Bathtub/shower wouldn’t shut off ran constantly. Bathroom fan so loud it wakes my wife up when I turn it on. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast in the lobby was a 6 foot table with coffe and a basket of stale packaged muffins from Walmart that’s it. Staff was nice, room itself was clean.

If you want peace and quiet and relaxation wonderful place to stay if you have dogs amazing place for the dogs they have a lot of land for them to run around I love staying here would recommend for anyone if you have children the children will love it for the space they have shops around you can walk to the local stores very amazing

We have stayed in ESA’s before as they are dog friendly and have a kitchen. Room was clean enough but the outside floors, elevator ect. Were absolutely filthy. Grounds and trash amoung other less disarable tenants in and around the building. Police were present on 3 out of our 7 night stay😢

front desk help was nice and responsive. however, the key card device was not working at the one entrance near our room. people were constantly putting a rock in the door jam so they could get in which made it unsafe. we kept removing the rock. it was probably happening because the door couldn't be opened with door key card. told front desk the night we checked in but assumed it wasn't fixed as it was the weekend

We’ve stayed there many times and were satisfied, but this visit we had ants coming out of the bathroom and kitchen drain. They didn’t care. We checked out a week early.

From the moment we arrived the receptionist was rude. The hotel looked great from the outside but was dirty inside. The room was dirty the bathroom had mold the shower leaked water. It was more than I trickle.

The place is very clean overall inside the room and smelled fresh with some air freshener the staff sprayed beforehand.

Property was filthy dirty. Damaged wall, furniture, carpet etc. I noticed the bathroom tub with pieces of soap and black ashes of smoke. Sink was dirty. No space in lobby to sit around or hang out. Front desk is always unattended. Laundry room for staff is right next to front desk and you can hear and feel the heat and smells dirty clothes. Staff are not friendly at all. Entry to the property is very tight.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had traveled 4 hours for a soccer tournament. Extended Stay has certainly downgraded from what I remember. The carpet was stained, smelly, the rooms weren't clean, the whole experience was a disappointment. I hope corporate reads and more importantly take action for the lack of cleanliness. This Hotel needs a lot of help. Seems like the investors don't care/ Would rather get a fat paycheck than invest in the clients that matter.

It advertises continental breakfast, there really isn’t one. It’s just coffee, granola bars, and muffins. Room dirty and a ton of ants on the bathroom on our 2nd day. Location is great.

No complaints! Clean room, convenient location, courteous staff. Overall, a great stay that met all expectations.

The place was ok. It was nice having the convenience of the kitchen, but the room itself comes with the bare minimum. They have options to ask front desk for cooking supplies and shampoo but it’s a bit inconvenient. The hotel is old and a bit rundown and my bathroom smelled like weed. Also my room key kept deactivating and the front desk would say that happens if you keep your key near your phone or other credit cards, so not sure where they expect you to keep your key card. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, so that is a plus.

The ac did not cool the room

The room was fine just a bit on the older side. You could see rust on the refrigerator. It says free breakfast but it consisted of nutrigrain bars, muffins (which were gone by 9am) and powder coffee packets. And there was no ice machine.

Disappointingly Incomplete "Kitchenette" - Spartan Stay I recently stayed at this hotel specifically because the "kitchenette" feature was important for my needs. Unfortunately, my stay was a significant letdown. The most frustrating aspect was the so-called kitchenette. While it included a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, it was completely devoid of any utensils. There were no pots, pans, plates, cups, or cutlery. Most surprisingly, there wasn't even a coffee maker or a simple water kettle to boil water. For a hotel branded as "Extended Stay," this renders the kitchenette utterly useless unless you travel with a full set of your own cookware, which defeats the entire purpose. The accommodations were exceptionally spartan. The room was clean on a basic level but felt bare-bones and dated. The overall impression was one of a place that provides the absolute minimum required, with no effort made toward comfort or convenience. While the staff I interacted with were polite, the fundamental shortcomings of the room's amenities overshadowed this. For the price point, I expected a functional living space, not an empty room with appliances that can't be used. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who actually needs a kitchenette. You would be better off at a standard hotel room or look for a more fully-equipped alternative.

Not too much foot traffic In and around your room was a plus. Parking was ok. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores near by. Outdated refrigerators and horrible electric stoves. Unreliable wifi service. 2x wifi service avail at very expensive fee but still continues to drop connection more often than not. Save your money and head to Mac 'Ds free wifi across the Street instead.

Nice staff, big room, comfortable

My assigned room is next to freeway, constant traffic noise. The AC unit doesn’t work properly & noisy. Beddings are not comfortable, pillows are very soft. Breakfast is grab & go, coffee ran out by 8:00, granola bars, packaged muffins, instant oats. Location is convenient.

We stayed in a double den room. One of the beds had a huge dip on the mattress making it super uncomfortable. The floors were clearly dirty. The tub had rust and was clearly old. We asked for extra pillows and towels that never arrived. When I went to the front office to ask a question the woman there seemed bothered. I would not stay here again.

Angie,Vandalina, and Elena made my day with their hospitality and smiles. It helps to see people smiling early in the morning and go out of there way for you . I would also like to mention Rebecca. She made checking in easy and also had a good attitude. Because of them, i will definitely consider staying here again when passing through.

The front desk staff were cold and seems not willing to help. I arrived around 1:30pm and the lady just said no room available for early check in without even looking at the computer. She said as soon as there is a room available she would call me. Never received the call. Next day I went to the lobby for breakfast, there was only coffee and some snack bar. That's it. No muffin as promised. I asked the same lady and she said it was not delivered on that day. But the following day still the same. Then I realized she never told the truth. The check out guy was also cold. However, there is one front desk guy Jordan was really helpful and kindly response to all my enquiries and requests.

They need a completely new staff!!! (After 3 previous nights of staying at the location) I was informed that the current chime card I was using as per hotel rules to keep a card on file. I try to extend my stay at the hotel for a 4th day and the manager informed me that my chime card is no good for a hold and that the staff should of informed me of this information. Even though I was physically able to use my car the previous nights, Im now out of money and need to wait for a refund, as well as no action was taken for the inconvenience. For anyone that comes and stays, be prepared to deal with incompetent workers and uninformed staff members where you might hear different versions of policies, depending whom is clocked in for their shift. This does not negate that the night prior from me making this complaint that me and my Wife were both locked outside of the hotel due to a access card malfunction, and no one on staff was able to attend to us both BANGING on the window/door for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The clerk at the time came out looking like she just got woken out of a nap claiming she did not hear the emergency phone line directly outside the sliding doors where we were trapped. Highly unprofessional!!!

Check-in was a mess—we arrived well after the posted time and still waited over two hours for a room. Staff kept giving conflicting updates and even joked about us leaving. The GM was rude and unprofessional. When we finally got in, the room wasn’t clean and lacked basic amenities—no soap, shampoo, and no kitchen supplies (although we were given a steak knife, a cooking pot, and 4 plates, no silverware). I’ve stayed at many extended stay hotels, and this was by far the worst. Not worth the stress.

The front desk staff was awesome! Jordan went Out of his way to help me when I had issues with reservation. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean, and the property is well-maintained. Overall excellent service - the staff are prompt, organized, and always ready to help. Thank you for an excellent stay!

We booked a room here, checked in late due to our softball schedule. When we arrived, they told us they did not have a room for us. They told us they would call a sister hotel to see if they had any bookings. they told us we were all set and to head over to the hotel. We called ahead to verify there was a room, and when we called, they only had a single bed not two queen size beds like we had originally booked. They ended up finding us to that, but took over an hour to figure out our situation. We will never stay at another extended stay America hotel.

The manager Jordan went out of his way and was so helpful, so was Evan at the front desk very clean and quiet and safe. Will come back again.

The drain in my shower was backed up, and then the water supply went to none at all. My right burner on the stove did not function. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude over the phone. This is a good location, and most of the workers were wonderful. Unfortunately, a sour grap manager

The halls smelled terrible and were stained. Homeless were sleeping in their cars both days i was there. Wasnt happy with this hotel.

It was decent for a overnight stay. The hotel's proximity to the freeway was an issue because of traffic noise.

My stay was a week very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and organized would stay again. Safe area close to food and shopping and freeway

My second stay at this hotel, I love that it has a kitchen and refrigerator as well as a microwave. The morning coffee and snacks is a plus. I like that it’s in a Tuckaway area where you’re not fighting traffic to get there.

The carpets were stained in the room and the halls. The parking had homeless living in their cars. Not a place i will ever stay at again.

Close to shopping.

This place has some of the wiredest crowd I've ever seen. It feels a bit unsafe around to walk around the area.

Clean rooms for the price. Quick process to checkin. Only issue is that the breakfast provided is a coffee pot and a basket of granola bars. I don’t believe they should advertise breakfast as an amenity.

There was a disturbance in the room next to us (cops were called) that lasted till the next day. We asked front desk if we can switch room the night of and rudely said no rooms available. I checked Expedia and a room was available. Breakfast was not breakfast (coffee and bags of oatmeal).

This place is terrible for the price. Room was okay. My problem is when you advertise free breakfast!!! Free granola bars dont qualify as free breakfast!!! Thats a snack. Coffee, hot water for tea, and instant oatmeal. I stayed at the Aryes down the street. They had the full spread for continental breakfast. Plus they had build your own omelets and eggs your way. Protien changed everyday I was there. Granola bars!!! Will never stay here again.

The staff was probably doing the best they could. Seems like this is an older facility that has not been given many helpful upgrades in the building itself. The "breakfast" listed on the website was a joke. Well, the coffee was good, but the "breakfast" consisted of hot cereal packets to which they could provide no spoons (I asked) and then the 2nd morning, they didn't even have any hot cereal packets. Trying to get help from the front desk was futile, and after standing there for several minutes each time, no one was there at the front desk to mitigate my issues.
