l'hotel correspond tout a fait à ce que l'on peut attendre pour le prix. bien situé pres de l'autoroute, le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied ou 3 en voiture. la piscine est bien.

AC didn't work properly. AC would run and then turn off. The elevator was not working and nothing was noted about this online. Only 3rd floor rooms were available and no one to help with luggage. There were ants on one side of the bedroom and a bug in the bathroom. The one staff at the front desk was very, very nice. The beds comfortable. The refrigerator was cold.

I have stayed at a Stay America hotel before. It was an average hotel. This hotel on the other hand was awful! The bed was more a cot, a lumpy mattress on a fold out metal frame, the rooms refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it. Starting the first night we had an invasion of ants. They sprayed the bathroom, the next day the ants were all over the kitchen area and floor. They sprayed again and the next day the ants were EVERYWHERE! When I called the front desk I was told they were out of bug spray. In addition there was no servicing the rooms at all, which ment I had to clean up all the dead ants with one of the two towels in the room. On the second day the elevator broke. I was on the 3rd floor and climbing stairs is very difficult for me, let alone with bags! I checked out four days early and will never go back.
