We have to request many times the utensils for kitchen. Wait more than 1 day to get them. Before our check out no hot water and no answer when hot water will be available

I stay here once a year for my race event, the hotel itself is basic but clean, parking is included and the front desk staff is always nice and accomodating. Everything I need for a one night stay!

Nie wieder, im Bad lief ein Lüfter in einer Lautstärke, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt wir sollen die Tür schließen, das würde helfen, tat es aber nicht. Der Kühlschrank war auch sehr laut. In der Buchung hieß es inkl. Frühstück, das Frühstück war Kaffee und ein Keks, das ist kein Frühstück. Bei wem der Fehler lag weiß ich nicht, denn bei der Buchung hieß es inklusive Frühstück, das war nicht mal ein kontinentales Frühstück. Auf die Frage nach Shampoo kam die Antwort leider alle. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.
