Inside the room was 10/10 very clean bed very comfortable staff was a 10/10 the free breakfast was 10/10 the location was perfect shopping and restaurants the only bad thing I can say the carpet in the hallways needed updated and clean if in California again I will stay again

직원이 불친절하고 복도 카페트 바닥도 이물질이 많이 묻어 있었습니다. 방안에 에어컨이 별도로 설치되어 있었는데 작동 시 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 무엇보다 복도 카페트는 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 조식이 제공되었는데 먹을만한게 거의 없었습니다. 호텔보다는 모텔 수준처럼 느껴졌습니다.

I booked a this Hotel off of Expedia for ten days in Los Angeles. Opon arrival, we got off the car and OMG, there was black mold on the exterior walls of the Hotel. The water in the pool was yellow due to the mold at the bottom of the pool. I told my kids, No Way are we staying here. I went to the front desk and pointed out the conditions and told them I was not staying there. I was told by the Lady at the front desk that I had to go through Expedia to get a Refund. I brought the trip Insurance incase something happened and they gave me the runaround. Expedia told me there was nothing they could do because it was non refundable. Expedia advertised beautiful pictures of the Hotel along with a nice pool and the price was reasonable. However, it did not look like that at all. As I am writing this review, Expedia has a picture of the Lobby only of this Hotel,I wonder why!!! Anyway, needless to say both Expedia and the Hotel refused to give me a refund. So I am out a ten day stay all paid for upfront. I had to get my credit card company involved with this transaction. It is the end of September 2026 and I am still waiting for the outcome. I will NEVER use Expedia and of course Never book nor stay at this Hotel!!! I strongly recommend you do not stay there.

This was the worst experience ever. Upon checking in we were informed that since we booked with Hotels.com that entity did not know their availability and did not have the room we originally reserved. We drove from Sacramento California down to LA for a funeral we were exhausted. We were ready to go to our room and their solution was to upgrade us to a suite. Then somehow found a found the room we had reserved. It seems that there are under construction. The lobby looked clean and updated the premises looked rundown upon entering into the hotel rooms. The hallways had outdated carpet, which were very filthy patched up with tape and really bad smell. You can see that the baseboard were removed. The elevator was somewhat sketchy, but it worked. The room itself had been updated. Flooring was updated. The bathroom seem to have been also upgraded our shower door would not stay close unless we put a small towel to hold it from sliding back. Needless to say we only lasted one night instead of two nights and could not fathom to go back.
