Really glad I made this choice. Cute place with 2-story 4-plex buildings rather than a high rise with long halls you have to drag your luggage down. Nice layout that allows you to park very close to your suite. Couldn’t be more convenient. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Plenty of hot water/water pressure. Basic kitchenware provided. Windows had strong locks, although the area didn’t feel the slightest bit sketchy. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Best breakfast potatoes my daughter and I have ever had—no kidding. All the standard stuff, all of it tasty and hot. Pool, tennis court, basketball hoop on site. Nothing fancy, but great to have amenities to keep the kids busy when not at Disneyland. City bus picks you up on hotel grounds to take you to Disney (small fee you pay online). Park stays open until 11pm, but we had to leave early to catch the last bus of the night which was scheduled to leave Disney at 10pm. NOT!!! We ran our butts off to make it to the bus stop by 10pm, then waited almost a full hour for that dang bus to arrive. We should have made the 10-minute walk back to the Clementine or better yet called an Uber, but who would have thought the bus would be that late? The bus issue was no fault of the Clementine, of course. I would highly recommend this nice, homey establishment to anyone traveling to Disney.

Always enjoy the Clementine. It is quiet!!!! AC works well. When are you guys going to refurbish your spa and pool? Didn't get up for breakfast this time. Has always been good in the past. The workers at the breakfast are always on top of things. We did ask for our room to be cleaned. That didn't happen but no big deal. We like this place. No frills, just a good room at a good location close to the Toy Story lot. See you next time.

Comfortable layout (king bed w fold-out sofa) for a Disney/work trip for me, hubby & our 15yo son. Appreciated the full kitchen, within walking distance & less than $7 (before tip) by Lyft each way to Disney, $35 daily resort fee. Decent daily breakfast, typical hotel fare with a nice variety of options. Not the cleanest property, rooms a little outdated & we had to remind housekeeping to refill our shower gel & bar soap a couple of times, but other than that, staff were friendly & accommodating. Hot tub temperature was lukewarm which was a bummer at the end of a long day. Would be willing to stay again, but would look for other comparable options first.

Went for a local baseball camp. Hotel was quiet. The rooms spacious (for a hotel) Loved the FULL size fridge Hot breakfast each morning was great. I really liked the bags of ice offered - super convenient. On site basketball court was a plus. I also appreciated that i was able to use by credit card on the washer and dryers. Plan any cooked meals ahead... few utensils to cook with. Pool kind of dirty.... especially that hot tub, wouldn't stick my whole body in.

We have made several trips to Disney and I don’t know how we missed this gem until now. We loved this property, clean, comfortable, close to the parks, great breakfast, pet friendly, in suite kitchen, it felt like home. The front desk provided excellent service! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with nice, comfortable, clean rooms within walking distance to the Disney parks. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Nice grounds. The only downside was deep puddles over sidewalks in low spots - it had been raining and we had to get our shoes wet to get to the room. Still I would rate this hotel at least 9/10. 10/10 without that minor complaint.

Not many breakfast options. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned since there were hairs everywhere and pee on and around the toilet. The maids only come clean every 3 days of your stay.

First thing I noticed when we arrived was the rude front desk person. After traveling in a car for six hours this was the last thing we wanted to deal with, but we were tired and it was late so we tried to hurry it along with our check in and get to our room. As soon as I pulled back the comforter in the beds I noticed food smeared on the pillows, crumbs, hair and makeup stains in the bed. The bedding obviously hadn’t been changed at all from the previous guest. When I tried to call the front desk from the room I got a busy line, six times. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone and the same rude man from reception answered almost immediately. He offered no apologies and was rude yet again. A kind woman showed up shortly after and replaced all the bedding on both beds. We were all very tired and climbed into bed right after she left. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and none of us had a good night sleep. We all took turns sleeping on the pull out sofa the rest of our stay to try and alleviate the horrible back pain we experienced every morning we woke up after sleeping in the beds. The only thing that made sleeping there worse than the mattress was the air conditioning only worked in the living room. The bedroom felt like a furnace all night while the living room felt like an ice box. This hotel has potential, it’s spacious and close to Disney but we won’t be returning.

This is a nice cozy place and they have a good breakfast. It is a bit dated and you can see there is some water and structural damage. We do like staying here, but I think some of the issues are causing mold allergies so we’ve had to start looking elsewhere.

Service was great, but the hotel itself needs updated. They have twin size pillows for king beds, the extra towels were stored on the back of the toilet, the carpet should be ripped out and replaced, half of the plugs didn’t work, just needs a major overhaul.

Everything was clean, kids enjoyed the pool and we were so grateful for cheap laundry after camping for a few days. Beds were a little stiff but not bad. The kitchen had some pots but no pot holders and no filters for the coffee pot even though grounds were provided. Short on toilet paper with no extra rolls and no hair dryer. Good space for our family of 6 in the loft room.

Not the cleanest property, rooms a little outdated & we had to remind housekeeping to refill our shower gel & bar soap a couple of times, but other than that, staff were friendly & accommodating. Hot tub temperature was lukewarm which was a bummer at the end of a long day. Would be willing to stay again, but would look for other comparable options first.

Lots of parking spots. Room is fairly big. It's definitely on the older side. There was no sound proof of any kind. We had the lower room, and everything that was going on in the upper floor, can be heard. Every foot steps can be heard. The people upstairs wasn't lound, so it's nothing on them. The one laundry room they have, all of the machines was out of service. The very last day we were there, is when they had it fix. With a family of 5 people, and staying for 5 days. Having to drive out to a laundromat was a little much. And room service is every 3rd day of the stay. I think we'll stick to a hotel from now on.

We loved the bi-level loft, we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen, it was great! Free breakfast and free parking was fantastic as well, we got to park really close to the room. The bus stop being in the parking lot was incredibly convenient. Our biggest complaint were the beds were hard and towels were thin.

We were in building 3 right along the road. It was loud and you could hear sirens from the fire station at all times of night. The glass slider had water damage/a broken seal and you couldn't even see out the door. The door to the unit had no door sweep so it was loud and the gap allowed bugs/spiders to get inside. The air conditioning vent was positioned to blow right in your face as you're laying in bed. The #1 worst thing about this room was that the bed was like sleeping on concrete. After long days at Disneyland you can't even get good rest. I had to sleep with two blankets underneath me for padding. There was water damage above the bed and the general aesthetic and upkeep needs help. A good refresh could make a big difference. I did not read or see anything about a resort fee when booking and upon checkout it was $30/day for a mediocre breakfast that we didn't eat and pool/hot tub that need some TLC. The pool area only had 2 umbrellas which is not sufficient for the capacity. I will not return to this hotel.

Nice space for a family of 4. Bi-level room features a king bed upstairs, with an opening behind the bed as it is a loft. Other separate bedroom (with full walls and door) is off living room with 2 queens and tiny little desk furniture (our kids are in their 20s so didn't quite fit). Both have full bathrooms. Kitchen is basic with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster but not a lot of silverware or tools - good for breakfast or take out. Not a lot of air circulation in loft on a hot day and windows don't open much (2", no screen). There's a ceiling fan in LR but the air doesn't come up there very much. Excellent coffee in breakfast area (much better than the packets given in room).

The room is clean. The staff are super nice. Parking is easy. about 12-15 min walk distance to Disneyland entrance. Only thing we don't like is the noise insulation is very poor. We can hear the upper stair every single step squeak the floor :). For both night, it seems our upper stair guest sleep late and wake up earlier, they walk normal but we can hear loudly.

Check in was a breeze! Angel was the young man who checked me in, and i was throughly impressed with his efficiency and thoughtfulness. I smoke a tobacco pipe, and the first thing i asked him was if they had a smoking section, or did i have to go off campus. He informed me that they did have a smoking section, he then produced a map of the campus, and pointed it out. He then proceeded to fill me in on all of the other amenities, the breakfast buffets the pool etc. All this took less.than a minute. He was articulate and to the point. He then produced my room keys and again.Referring to the map showed me my room , which was immediately adjacent to the smoking area you said I placed you in Room 512.If you walk out your front door you'll be in this looking pit. AWSOME! He passed me my keys and informed me that if I needed anything else to just dial zero. And i was on my way to my room. The entire exchange took less than five minutes. The room was spotless is comfortable and spacious. This is now my goto when im in O.C.

All other stays were excellent service. Breakfast set up ready to go when we arrived and all appliances in the room worked. This time we arrived to breakfast band there were only little pates available. When I asked the dining room attendant she told me that was all they were putting out. After we served ourselves - on many plates - the bigger plates were brought out. In the room our coffee maker did not work. I called twice. First night I was told they would bring one out. It never came. In morning I asked Shaun and was told they would send one out. When we got back to room after being out all day - no change. Called again that evening and again was told they would send one out. Checked out on third day without ever getting a working coffee maker. I asked for room service and to be honest the service was not like other times we’ve stayed. We come snd stay at least once a month - if not more during the holidays and I have never had such inferior service in either of these areas. But to be honest I did not recognize any of the people I dealt with this last visit.

First thing I noticed when we arrived was the rude front desk person. After traveling in a car for six hours this was the last thing we wanted to deal with, but we were tired and it was late so we tried to hurry it along with our check in and get to our room. As soon as I pulled back the comforter in the beds I noticed food smeared on the pillows, crumbs, hair and makeup stains in the bed. The bedding obviously hadn’t been changed at all from the previous guest. When I tried to call the front desk from the room I got a busy line, six times. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone and the same rude man from reception answered almost immediately. He offered no apologies and was rude yet again. A kind woman showed up shortly after and replaced all the bedding on both beds. We were all very tired and climbed into bed right after she left. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and none of us had a good night sleep. We all took turns sleeping on the pull out sofa the rest of our stay to try and alleviate the horrible back pain we experienced every morning we woke up after sleeping in the beds. The only thing that made sleeping there worse than the mattress was the air conditioning only worked in the living room. The bedroom felt like a furnace all night while the living room felt like an ice box. This hotel has potential, it’s spacious and close to Disney but we won’t be returning.

Loved the stay at this hotel. They unfortunately did not have the crib and crib mattresses as advertised upon our arrival. But after a word with their management team, they were quick to remedy the situation and as we were ending our stay they had multiple new cribs and crib mattresses purchased to fix the situation in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to Disneyland- walkable and the garden walk is also walkable distance for restaurants like Cheesecake factory and California pizza kitchen etc. Great for families as rooms feature pull out sofa bed, and full kitchens so you can put milk in the fridge and wash baby bottles. All in all highly recommend. Best value in the area.

Great location. Supposed to be a 15 min walk but we decided to just uber for about $8 each way. Our room faced Disney way and we could see the fireworks on Sunday! The downside is that the street is very loud but being so tired each day I slept well with earplugs. Hotel breakfast has got to be the highlight of the hotel - large comfy dining room with staff clearing tables, hot DIY waffles, but also good scambled eggs, sausage/ham, french toast (mine was rock hard), cut fruit, plus cold options. Lobby was amazing with a little market with $3.25 sodas and all sorts of snacks and even beer. Didn't use pool / hot tub / basketball court but saw it. This used to be a residence inn so each room has a full kitchen. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy. The only real downside was road noise but if you're tired you'll sleep anyways.

I stayed here with my wife for a visit to Disney. The Room: The room (1 king suite) was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had enough cups, plates and cooking stuff for two people. The bathroom does not have any sort of exhaust fan, so humidity from the shower came in your bedroom area, but seemed to dissipate within an hour. The air conditioning didn't work at all, and actually increased the temperatue of the room when enabled. Our key card stopped working twice, which was frustrating with sore feet needing to visit the desk. Overall we were pleased with the room. The Facility: There is a small pool and two hot tubs that always had kids and parents in, as you would expect. The basketball court had a lot of use too. Breakfast was a very welcome benefit since so many Anaheim hotels didn't offer it. The staff were amazing and worked tirelessly trying to keep all the food stocked, but it just didn't seem like there was enough seating. Every morning regardless of time, every table was full and people were hovering over you waiting for you to leave. There were more tables outdoors but it was raining every day we were there, so your experience may vary. The Area: The Anaheim Garden Walk was a one and done. The Cheesecake Factory was the best place to eat. Research the Anaheim Resort Transportation system. There's a bus stop in the Clementine parking lot! Otherwise it's a 12-15 minute walk to the Disney gates.

Really glad I made this choice. Cute place with 2-story 4-plex buildings rather than a high rise with long halls you have to drag your luggage down. Nice layout that allows you to park very close to your suite. Couldn’t be more convenient. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Plenty of hot water/water pressure. Basic kitchenware provided. Windows had strong locks, although the area didn’t feel the slightest bit sketchy. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Best breakfast potatoes my daughter and I have ever had—no kidding. All the standard stuff, all of it tasty and hot. Pool, tennis court, basketball hoop on site. Nothing fancy, but great to have amenities to keep the kids busy when not at Disneyland. City bus picks you up on hotel grounds to take you to Disney (small fee you pay online). Park stays open until 11pm, but we had to leave early to catch the last bus of the night which was scheduled to leave Disney at 10pm. NOT!!! We ran our butts off to make it to the bus stop by 10pm, then waited almost a full hour for that dang bus to arrive. We should have made the 10-minute walk back to the Clementine or better yet called an Uber, but who would have thought the bus would be that late? The bus issue was no fault of the Clementine, of course. I would highly recommend this nice, homey establishment to anyone traveling to Disney.

Great stay for a family of 4. We did find a goldfish cracker and candy wrapper on the floor by the bed but other than that it was clean and the service was great. All the staff members were kind and helpful and the breakfast was good considering the junk food that characterizes American breakfast. More fruit and Whole Foods would be appreciated.

Mostly everything was great. The only negative, which may prevent us from visiting again, is that it’s an obvious Disneyland hotel destination, and they start the breakfast at the exact same time as the first bus departure time (to make the park when it opens). Starting breakfast just 30 minutes earlier would be a huge plus and would make this the easy choice to come again! When I asked the front desk why they don’t open in time to accommodate the guests wanting to get into the parks when they open, they just shrugged and said “those guests just forfeit the breakfast altogether”. While maybe not strategic, it seemed like that’s a way to prevent feeding guests that are paying extra for the breakfast.

Stayed two nights in the 2 bath room with loft. Very roomy. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. No elevator to second floor. The stairs to second floor rooms were steep and hard to get heavy suitcases into the room so ask for ground floor if that is an issue. Sufficient parking. Breakfast was standard eggs and waffles buffet but just ok. Overall, would stay again on first floor.

Throughout the day, we repeatedly confirmed with the hotel that a Pack ’n Play would be available for our 11-month-old, and staff assured us it would be provided. We relied on those assurances. It wasn’t until around 11:00 p.m. that we were finally told they did not have one available. The hotel had our working cell phone number but never contacted us earlier to let us know. Had we known sooner, we could have made other arrangements. Instead, at 11:00 p.m. we were left without the separate sleeping space we had planned for our baby and had to bed-share, which we specifically wanted to avoid because of infant sleep-safety concerns.

A great large family hotel within walking distance from the Disneyland Resort. The room was clean and felt like a home-away-from-home. The staff was friendly, kind, and so helpful. As well, the location was quiet. Highly recommend!

The one drawback to our stay was the cleanliness of the room. I noted other people’s hair, eyelashes, and sand-like particles throughout the top of the fitted sheet. This instantly made me significantly concerned as to what I had potentially exposed my son and I to. Additionally, there was strands of long black hair in our bath tub that just added to my concern in regard to the cleanliness of our room and although the amenities were great and the staff was wonderful and the location was close enough to walk, these components of uncleanliness placed a real damper in my opinion of the hotel and unfortunately, I don’t know if I could in good faith ever book another stay at this hotel.
