Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Das angebotene Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und bot eine gute Vielfalt. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um von dort aus schnell fußläufig an die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt zu kommen. Es ist gleichzeitig eine eher ruhigere Gegend, die nicht sehr von Touristen überlaufen ist. Es gibt umliegende Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings nur maximal für 2 Stunden am Stück. Daher war die hoteleigene Garage sehr praktisch.

Habitación 105, ruido del aparato de aire acondicionado en patio, toda la noche. Nos cambiaron a la 505, y lo mismo. Las x04, x05 y x06 no son aconsejables. El lavabo del baño muy pequeño. No puedes apoyar nada de aseo. Desayuno correcto. El servicio de cafetería amables, pero muy limitado en oferta.

Séjour très agréable, chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner bien diversifié sucré et salé. Le snack bar présente deux types de repas (tout au moins en mars début de saison peut-etre) : salade de thon ou pizzas mais les plats sont de qualité et copieux.

El hotel bien pero ojito que cuando entregamos la llave para marchar nos querian cobrar 3 euros por consumicion en la cafeteria del hotel No consumimos nada es más ni tan solo pisé el recinto de la cafetería. Cuando les dije que no habiamos consumido nada me dijeron que vale que daba igual Pero es lo que yo les dije que por 3 euros yo no iba a quedar mal. Pero que no los iba a pagar que lo mirasen bien Esto hizo que marchase con un mala sensacion

le ménage du premier jour n'a pas été fait car il fallait donner l'heure du ménage! fallait-il le savoir! j'ai fait des tas d'hotels et c'est le premier ou l'on me demande cela.nous avons donné les horaires et ensuite cela a été fait.il y avait 2 verres,nous avons bu le soir après nos ballades mais ils n'ont jamais été changés ainsi que le verre a dent qui est resté sale pendant 7 jours.en moyenne 145 euros dej compris la nuit c'est bien loin de valoir ce prix...excellents dejeuners mais l'hotel ne vaut pas plus de 70 euros la nuit.déçu pour la premiere fois par hotel.com

- Un problème de plomberie au niveau des WC. 2 interventions en 2 jours. - pas de room service , le personnel à l'accueil m'expliquant qu'il n'y avait pas assez de personnel. Ce n'est pas une excuse recevable pour un 4*. C'est très décevant

The staff were great and breakfast offering was surprisingly good for a small hotel. Although it’s on the outskirts of the tourist area, for most people the location is walkable to most attractions and amenities. If it concerns you, know that there are some homeless folks are in the area, although they were quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss but overall it’s a decent place and good value for the price. We would stay again.

Although it’s on the outskirts of the tourist area, for most people the location is walkable to most attractions and amenities. If it concerns you, know that there are some homeless folks are in the area, although they were quiet and peaceful. Preis Leistung ist top. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, ca. 5 Minuten zur Metro Station Trindade. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber, ebenso ein Café mit Snacks und Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Obwohl das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Straße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Dejligt nyt hotel med flinkt personale, fantastisk morgenmad og fine værelser med dejligt brusebad. Tæt på metrostation og supermarked. Eneste minus er en del gade- og trafikstøj, hvis man - som os - boede på 1. sal. Jeg bad om at flytte højere op, men der var desværre ingen ledige værelser, da jeg spurgte. Pladsen er under renovering.

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. A equipe muito simpática e fomos muito bem atendida pelo oram que ficamos e um local onde existe supermercado peoxima e tb ao conercio e o mercado pois sai sempre a pé e retornava de uber.O carioca nos deu uma indicaccao de restaurantes.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't realise how far the hotel was from the river. The outward walk was fine but going back seemed a long way as it's all uphill.

Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Das angebotene Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und bot eine gute Vielfalt. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um von dort aus schnell fußläufig an die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt zu kommen. Es ist gleichzeitig eine eher ruhigere Gegend, die nicht sehr von Touristen überlaufen ist. Es gibt umliegende Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings nur maximal für 2 Stunden am Stück. Daher war die hoteleigene Garage sehr praktisch.

Preis Leistung ist top. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, ca. 5 Minuten zur Metro Station Trindade. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber, ebenso ein Café mit Snacks und Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Obwohl das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Straße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

The staff were great and breakfast offering was surprisingly good for a small hotel. Although it’s on the outskirts of the tourist area, for most people the location is walkable to most attractions and amenities. If it concerns you, know that there are some homeless folks are in the area, although they were quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss but overall it’s a decent place and good value for the price. We would stay again.

Hôtel bien situé très proche du métro pour l'aéroport et à à moins de 10 minutes du centre ville. Notre chambre était très propre, située sur l'arrière au calme. Très bon déjeuner varié. Personnel agréable.

Fantastic hotel. Very easy and fast check in and check out. Not expensive at all. Very polite and helpful staff. Large and clean room and bathroom with a frigobar there. The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

Habitación 105, ruido del aparato de aire acondicionado en patio, toda la noche. Nos cambiaron a la 505, y lo mismo. Las x04, x05 y x06 no son aconsejables. El lavabo del baño muy pequeño. No puedes apoyar nada de aseo. Desayuno correcto. El servicio de cafetería amables, pero muy limitado en oferta.

Séjour très agréable, chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner bien diversifié sucré et salé. Le snack bar présente deux types de repas (tout au moins en mars début de saison peut-etre) : salade de thon ou pizzas mais les plats sont de qualité et copieux.

- Un problème de plomberie au niveau des WC. 2 interventions en 2 jours. - pas de room service , le personnel à l'accueil m'expliquant qu'il n'y avait pas assez de personnel. Ce n'est pas une excuse recevable pour un 4*. C'est très décevant

Dejligt nyt hotel med flinkt personale, fantastisk morgenmad og fine værelser med dejligt brusebad. Tæt på metrostation og supermarked. Eneste minus er en del gade- og trafikstøj, hvis man - som os - boede på 1. sal. Jeg bad om at flytte højere op, men der var desværre ingen ledige værelser, da jeg spurgte. Pladsen er under renovering.

Very soon after arrival, while resting in the room, a horrible smell invaded the room. It was obviously coming from the sewage pipes in the toilet. One staff member suggested a spray when I first told him… The issue I have with this hotel Is that the second staff member who eventually got us another room, began our interaction with ‘We are fully booked. What can I do?’ He repeated this sentiment a few times. Though I understand how stressed he must have felt, the onus is on the hotel to look after the guests and find solutions to problems like this. Two other rooms ending on 05 but on different floors were offered and the smell just got worse the higher you moved into that line of rooms. Finally, after coming upstairs with us he ascertained by himself how foul the smell was and thus staying in any of those three rooms was impossible. He then apologised. We should have started with that. We are the guests, how can WE solve this issue? When checking out I asked for my medication kept in their fridge and offered to show this new staff member at reception which one it was. He turned around without a word and left me standing there! He came back, annoyed and said that he thought I would follow him. I told him that that behaviour was very rude as he had left me standing without a word. Overall, the exchange that followed, was absolutely unnecessary, rude and showed no customer service skills at all. From the moment we approached him, he looked annoyed. Dreadful!
