Gated parking was nice because of the neighborhood it's in. $50 cash deposit was NOT listed in the Expedia listing. Located close to GCU campus. Price was reasonable for a bed and shower.

The room had need of renovation. The trim leading to the bathroom area was sticking up to trip you and cut your feet. Table only had 3 legs. No Ice machine. Very bad area. Homeless were inside the dumpster looking for food and sneaking in through the bars and security frnces. Otherwise the walls were so thin heard room next doors music until about 2 am. Nice bed

The hotel was fairly clean. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel is in a rough part of town, with razor wire on top of fences surrounding the property and a gate to enter the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice, but we arrived late and had a security guard check us in wearing tactical gear. Definitely a bit unsettling. The lonny was closed so we had to wait outside for our ride the next day, which felt a bit unsafe. Definitely not somewhere to stay with kids.

I booked three nights and had to get my room key card reprogrammed 6 times as it would stop working which was very annoying as I couldn’t get onto the premise, especially when the front desk person took a break of 10 min around midnight. Also, the location is a bit sketchy. No WiFi available at all.

It did the job one thing that I would say that was poorly was the condition of the room and the cleanliness of it. My coworker who had booked another room told me that his bedspread had cigarette burn marks in it and in the pictures I will include there was many mysterious stains and questionable marks on walls. If I had to get a hotel in a hurry, I would get this but next time I will probably pass on this property.

The room was ok but the front desk clerk sweared the property was safe and gated however there was an entrance on the north side of the parking lot was wide open with no gate. People were yelling and fighting until 4am at 5am a woman starts pounding on the door telling me to open it and I told her to go away. I called the office spoke to sam he said he couldn't do anything for me and to talk to the morning person. I didnt get any sleep and I had a work meeting on Tuesday. I complained to the front desk person in the morning and told him I wanted a refund because I was lied to and the experience was miserable. He would only talk to me through the outdoor window. He only kept telling me no refunds no refunds. He didn't even seemed to care at all. I was so disappointed! NEVER AGAIN AT THAT UNSAFE PLACE!

The look of the room was OK but the closer I looked more things were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and they start hiding underneath the comforter. It looked like it fell from the ceiling. The whole complex is filled with hookers. But it was comfortable enough for one day. Only thing that was good was the price and the water is hot. The day after we checked out, their system went down, a third-party system where they use it for money transactions. The manager is very much angry about this and gave everyone including me an attitude.

Dead cockroaches so the room wasn’t clean my next-door neighbor partied all night long with music that I could hear through the walls and then they proceeded to stand outside in front of my door, smoke cigarettes that was then sucked into my room through the air conditioner. no sleep at all. Horrible stay I said something to the front office they tried to blame it on remodeling. I informed them the man was not remodeling. He was partying. He was still sitting out on the front balcony drinking beer when we left at 4:30 in the morning.

Do not stay here- it is dirty, in the ghetto, as in don’t even feel safe walking from outside the gate, through the locked gate to my room by myself. Woke up one morning to strong smell of skunk. Shower and bathroom was disgusting and had several bugs in the room. Small flying insects, and maybe a cockroach?

This was the absolute worst hotel experience in my life, and I stayed at many hotels and motels. Nothing was advertised about its location in the danger of its location. The keys didn’t work when I first checked in it took an hour for the management to get the key to work. They had to reprogram the door replace batteries something I’ve never experienced at any hotel hookers walked the facilities. There was no hot water And I checked out two nights early and management refused to give me a refund despite the many and terrible inconveniences we had to experience. I will never stay out of traveling again, and I will never use Expedia or trivago again. And I’m telling everyone that I can.

They had to reprogram the door replace batteries something I’ve never experienced at any hotel hookers walked the facilities. There was no hot water And I checked out two nights early and management refused to give me a refund despite the many and terrible inconveniences we had to experience. I will never stay out of traveling again, and I will never use Expedia or trivago again. And I’m telling everyone that I can.

The look of the room was OK but the closer I looked more things were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and they start hiding underneath the comforter. It looked like it fell from the ceiling. The whole complex is filled with hookers. But it was comfortable enough for one day. Only thing that was good was the price and the water is hot. The day after we checked out, their system went down, a third-party system where they use it for money transactions. The manager is very much angry about this and gave everyone including me an attitude.

Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have.

The hotel was fairly clean. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel is in a rough part of town, with razor wire on top of fences surrounding the property and a gate to enter the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice, but we arrived late and had a security guard check us in wearing tactical gear. Definitely a bit unsettling. The lonny was closed so we had to wait outside for our ride the next day, which felt a bit unsafe. Definitely not somewhere to stay with kids.

Dead cockroaches so the room wasn’t clean my next-door neighbor partied all night long with music that I could hear through the walls and then they proceeded to stand outside in front of my door, smoke cigarettes that was then sucked into my room through the air conditioner. no sleep at all. Horrible stay I said something to the front office they tried to blame it on remodeling. I informed them the man was not remodeling. He was partying. He was still sitting out on the front balcony drinking beer when we left at 4:30 in the morning.

The room was ok but the front desk clerk sweared the property was safe and gated however there was an entrance on the north side of the parking lot was wide open with no gate. People were yelling and fighting until 4am at 5am a woman starts pounding on the door telling me to open it and I told her to go away. I called the office spoke to sam he said he couldn't do anything for me and to talk to the morning person. I didnt get any sleep and I had a work meeting on Tuesday. I complained to the front desk person in the morning and told him I wanted a refund because I was lied to and the experience was miserable. He would only talk to me through the outdoor window. He only kept telling me no refunds no refunds. He didn't even seemed to care at all. I was so disappointed! NEVER AGAIN AT THAT UNSAFE PLACE!

Gated parking was nice because of the neighborhood it's in. $50 cash deposit was NOT listed in the Expedia listing. Located close to GCU campus. Price was reasonable for a bed and shower.

The room had need of renovation. The trim leading to the bathroom area was sticking up to trip you and cut your feet. Table only had 3 legs. No Ice machine. Very bad area. Homeless were inside the dumpster looking for food and sneaking in through the bars and security frnces. Otherwise the walls were so thin heard room next doors music until about 2 am. Nice bed

Do not stay here- it is dirty, in the ghetto, as in don’t even feel safe walking from outside the gate, through the locked gate to my room by myself. Woke up one morning to strong smell of skunk. Shower and bathroom was disgusting and had several bugs in the room. Small flying insects, and maybe a cockroach?

The area it is located in is pretty scary but all in all the property itself is safe security gates in and out very quiet very peaceful and very well kept up the rooms are really nice have no complaints

No water in swimming pool, people in hallways were loud. In my room was very clean the air conditioner worked great. My TV didn't turn on at all so I went to bed early bed was compgy it was a good stay overall

The room had marijuana buds under the bed, smelled horrible…marijuana and smoke. The parking lot is full of mails and screws. The air conditioning unit has no cover. The room has no chairs, lamps, etc. the remote has no cover or batteries. The door lock is not working on the inside. The only nice thing was the lady at the front desk checking in. She was a much better person than the men who worked here the first time I stayed. Overall, the amount of noise, the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen and the most unsafe and uncomfortable hotel room I have ever been in. Book elsewhere unless you’re in the drug scene. That is all that stays here. Wyndham, pull your branding from here, please.
