Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the air conditioning unit worked well. The only inconvenience is that there are no ice machines. The front office will give a small bag if ice upon request. Other than that, the location is great and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s very close to the London bridge which is also very convenient.

"Interesting" hotel. The Sway had good reviews when compared to other hotels in the immediate area. Chose to book here based on that. I assume (I HOPE) they are under construction with a complete renovation. The grounds and lobby were pretty much a disaster. The person at the front desk noted that we would need to call a number at a nearby sister property if we wanted assistance after 9:00pm. The front, sliding-glass door did not work. You had to push it open and closed by hand. Rooms showed signs of a very recent update AND significant wear (new paint and fixtures next to years-old peeling paint). Small room, small bathroom, bad fake hardwood floors, huge TV mounted very high on the wall. Horrible room lighting. Overly bright fluorescent(?) lighting on starkly bare white walls. On the other hand, the room was reasonably clean and the beds were very comfortable. As is often the case, much of the issue was the other folks staying at the property. Not many folks here on a Tuesday, but the few we saw were a little sketchy. Had a real "motel" feel with fellas hanging out on the balcony and a couple of other fellas doing what looked like truck repair in the parking lot. Both the neighbors to one side and those above us were rather loud well into the night. Did not like the location much. Dark secondary road with a few similar hotels and small businesses. However, there are several restaurants close by. We would not plan to stay at this property again.

The hotel is open during construction, so if that's an issue then I wouldn't recommend, but rooms were nice and comfortable. They don't have a 24 hr desk keep that mind, if you come in late you will have to pick up your key from the travelodge. Location is good, it's around a lot of food options and the lake.

Very welcoming host, who gave us lots of info about the area, we were meant to only stay one night but in the end we stayed two nights as the hotel was very convenient, the swimming pool was great. Always very warm, bedroom was on the small side but had everything in it that one might need, we were recommended a lovely local Italian restaurant booking was made for us we would definitely come back. Thx you for a great stay!

We were very happy with the customer service they provide us. The Pool was super clean and my kids enjoyed it.

The property was remodeled and looks very nice. Check in closed early and had to check in at different location wished they had posted that on website prior to arriving.

Remodeled rooms a plus…even though outside grounds were still a work in-process. Great staff. Limited parking when rooms are fully filled.

Loved the Shay Hotel. Desiree was wonderful. We had àn upgraded room that was clean with all new digital features. Bed was quite comfy. The hotel is under construction so parking was smaller. This did not inconvenience us. Delightful. Thank you Desiree.

They've been remodeling this property for a couple years They put us in what was remodeled room the shower wasn't finished the floors were dirty water leaking out of the frigerator They need to close their doors until they get finished remodeling

I wanted to give a fair rating on the hotel. Price was wonderful at $69/night and the staff was extremely friendly. You can tell they are putting a lot of effort into revamping the hotel for sure. However my overall rating of 2 stars is because 1- the water pressure was TERRIBLE, 2- the hotel room was Dirty, the floors were not swept or vacuumed the bed sheets were dirty, we found a bug in the bed, the “fitted sheet” wasn’t a true fitted sheet and when it moved you can see the stained, yellow very gross mattress cover underneath. 3- finally when I was walking around I passed a room that the guests just left and the cleaning lady only changed the sheets and pillow cases and put the same exact blanket back on the bed… very gross. Like I said staff was very friendly but I will not be staying here again.

Some staff was great, others were awful. the rooms were gross. we got barked at for asking for new sheets as ours looked like they weren't even clean. there were only flat sheets and mattress covers. No others. And the mattress covers were NASTY. Some of the staff were great and super friendly. But one younger lady. Was just awful.

Our stay was okay. It was clean except for the floor, which looked clean but our bare feet were black after walking on it. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly basic. It has everything we needed though minus breakfast & coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Inn. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is undergoing some renovations, so we were overwhelmed by the very nice room we had. It looked like they had just finished renovating it. It was immaculate and very comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back to this Inn.

I would absolutely recommend staying at this property. It was very clean, and the staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly.

We were only here for one night. The room was good, a little small and could use a fix here and there. But it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The area is quite nice.

TV channels were limited, No CNN or Fox news and difficult to use remote. Bed was too big for small room and made it hard to move around

The hotel is under renovation but what they have done is very nice. Beds comfortable but pillows not great very hard. One negative is the Rooms are very small especially if you have 4 people. No breakfast available it would be nice if they had coffee pots in the rooms. The hotel had a good view of the lake and very walkable to restaurants, the bridge and the lake.

Newly updated and very modern. Very clean. Only downside, there was no coffee maker in the room. That was a first experience.

The rooms were recently remodeled and very modern. They are in the middle of their renovation. So one of the actual hotel rooms is used as their office/check in. The staff is helpful friendly and efficient. Pro tip. Walls are thin room to room and ceiling. Stay upstairs if you want to sleep well.

Dope place to stay!! Got a call one hour before closing time (9pm) to see if i was going to make it on time!??? Like who does that! They called to make sure we were aware of closing time, what to do if we got there after closing, who to speak to and where to go for our room keys. Truly the best customer service. Great staff, dope location, and they are remodeling. They actually care and are not just money hungry. Support this location, and enjoy!

Photos misleading. Property is under construction. Renovations in room were shoddy with gaps between plastic shower liner and ceiling, tile work was lacking, hole in bottom sheet and the list goes on. Exterior had a rusted out car frame on a trailer that was replaced by a broken truck on a trailer. Oil is cold and dirty.

What a wonderful experience! I booked this hotel because of price and close vicinity to my medical appointments. But wow, the room was so cute and had everything I needed! They are in the middle of redoing the entire property, so the front desk was a little ummm... not formal. Erica checked me in and was delightful :) I will definitely stay here next time I visit Lake Havasu!

Property was under renovations. A little inconvenient. But London Bridge, shops, restaurants, bars, Ferry ride are all walking distance. Right off the river. Would stay there again.

We stayed here memorial day weekend and this place has a great location right down the road from the London Bridge and a lot of the tourist attractions. There’s a good restaurant right across the way that you can walk to also. It’s a very nice steakhouse.

The place is new and its reasonably priced and NICE AND CLEAN! All of the staff are very sweet. The only changes i would like to see is maybe adding a coffee pot in the room. While they do offer it in the office, its not great tasting coffee. Other than that, you cant ask for much more.

Very close to the London Bridge and lots of shops/dining. The hotel is being renovated so the lobby and outside are still a bit of a mess but the room was very comfortable and updated. Very good value. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is the a/c unit started malfunctioning around 9:30 at night and there is no one in the lobby after 9 pm and no number for maintenance. Had to unplug the unit and sleep with no a/c but it was a nice night so no big deal, just think they should have an on call service if issues arise. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

The staff was very courteous & gave great suggestions for restaurants. It was very convenient to restaurants & shops that you could walk to. We were there for the Rockabily car show & so it was great. The walls are a little thin so you could hear people talking & snoring, but it didn't bother us.

it is a small boutique property. But the people that run it are very personable without being intrusive free coffee every morning.

Pretty bare bones but ok for a night or two. Busted window covering. No coffee maker in room but office had coffee in the morning. Good bed and linens. We didn’t have a view but maybe can see lake from some rooms? Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.

This way hotel was very clean and accommodating. The person at the desk was very helpful giving us suggestions on things to do and where to dine in the area. We were looking for a place to stay at an affordable price point, and this was perfect!

I come here frequently on business. It is consistently the same. Clean, great beds, linens- The staff is exceptional!! Coffee is at 7 - the best in town. 💖
