Really needs a good refresh to the facility. Old, doors were present in lobby and room. The room itself was okay but could hear noise from room above complete night till morning.

When we got to the motel room to check in and got the key card went to 2nd floor and elevator was not very clean and it smelled bad. Got to the room and it was clean but bathroom faucet was very loosen, pillows were very uncomfortable. We ask for another pillow and the lady at the front desk said she has to ask manger and if there's any she will bring it up to us which she didn't. Breakfast didn't look good, orange juice was nasty. Didn't like the way you had to go up the hill to get there which is very dangerous. So we won't be booking there again. 1 time is enough for us, we will go somewhere else that's better and more cleaner.

This property is currently being renovated. Our room was finished, but the TV and phone had not been re-connected, so we were moved to another room. The hallways and elevators were trampled with construction dust & dirt, not awful, but not pristine by any stretch. The folks at the front desk were very honest up front, and very accommodating moving our room. We've always had good luck with Microtel, so we will definitely return here. Once the reno is finished, I'm sure all the spaces will be beautiful!

The interior of the elevator was real bad. The phone in the room and the tray where the ice bucket was were super dirty. I was surprised.

They have remodeled 3rd and 4th floor rooms. They need to finish carpet in the halls but the remodeled rooms are really nice. Our room still needed the smoke detector attached to the ceiling but it was connected. I reported this to the manager. He was really great to work with. We couldn’t figure out how to open door ( pull up handle) or how to get the television to work (one remote turns tv off and on & volume. The other changes channels) But the manager and desk clerk took of us. The ice machine hadn’t been turned on on the 3rd floor yet but I went to the first floor to get ice. Breakfast had make your own pancakes which was fun to watch (I might be easily entertained). The desk clerk was nice and took care of our needs but I just felt as if I was an inconvenience to her. Just a word of warning- our GPS took us up and behind the motel and we had to back track. The motel said some other GPS have taken people down the road 5 miles out of the way. Just be aware GPS doesn’t always work well. We would stay here again. They were in the process of remodeling the rooms on the 2nd floor and all of the construction workers were pretty nice too.

I needed a handy cap room, not available, it's cool. 2nd floor is fine but, my room, 202 is at the end of the hallway, could not get any farther away from the elevator. Christmas day the elevator was out of order, redoing the floor. I got no notification, I made it but I am not good with stairs. Alot of extra steps, I have # very bad knees. Breakfast bar was disappointing, but free is worth what I paid for it. Hot water was warm at best. My room was clean and comfortable. Christmas morning, I needed to sleep in, impossible because the people remodeling the place had a truck parked at the end of the building with music blasting so loud I heard it while in the shower, noway to sleep. But the worst part was no refrigerator, I had meds that need to be cold, had to get ice from first floor, good thing I had my cooler. I got a great rate, close to my daughter's house, really good people working there, just don't know why my room was at the end of the building, when I can barely walk?why the shower was warm at best? Will rethink any further plans to stay there again

Finding the driveway entrance is difficult. The area outside was littered with trash. The TV in the room didn't work; the cover for the light was standing up against the wall. I didn't investigate to see why that was broken. Humidity has rusted all the metal in the bath. Bottom sheet was covered in little pill balls and there was a big spot that looked like tape had stuck on it. No ice bucket or drinking glasses. Not recommended.

The third floor stunk so bad from cigarette smoke that we had to hold our breath to get from the elevator to our room. Even then, we had to leave the bathroom exhaust fan on to limit the amount of hallway-stench leaking into our room as we slept. The walls were so thin that you could hear the people in the next rooms talking - NOT yelling, just conversations. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work. The candy machine had maybe 20 pieces of candy in the entire machine. The staff was friendly, but limited in what they could do about the smell. They no longer use "Do Not Disturb" signs, but instead require you to stop at the desk as you leave to request cleaning or to request that the room NOT be cleaned. Cheap price - so I guess you get what you pay for. Do NOT recommend.

Although the staff was friendly, the property was not clean. The carpet was disgusting. Our room smelled thickly of mold/mildew. There were bugs in the clothing draws. Thankfully the bed sheets appeared to be clean. The shower also appeared clean, but the exhaust fan did not work so taking a shower with the door closed was not an option. Definitely will not ever being staying at this location again.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The entrance was dirty the elevator was filthy and the room was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain and stains on the pillows and sheets. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy. Definitely will never stay here again.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes the moment we walked in. The bedding was stained, the bathroom had hair in it, and mold on the shower wall. The booking was non-refundable. The television did not work upon arrival. When the front desk was notified of it, the employee said they knew it worked because they “heard it yesterday” and “we can’t charge you because there’s not a card on file.”

We came in late and our room hadn’t been cleaned. It was 11:00 pm so we just slept on top of the beds and left early. The shower had hair and soap scum, dirty plate left on the table. Really gross.

The bathroom floor was filthy. I wiped the corners to remove bugs and hair. I understand not washing towels and changing sheets daily but a ceramic floor shows dust and germs! Another issue was no closet! There was only multi colored knobs to hang clothes on! Even in the bathroom! The a/c wasn’t cooling even though it run all night at 65. The colorful stools in breakfast area were worn to dull gray . They need to be replaced ! The place looked remodeled on the outside but inside was unpleasant .

The shower head was GREAT. Towels were horrible; very rough & thin. Looked as if mascara was on all of towels. Ice maker was broken on 3rd floor. The entire place needed a good Vacuuming & mopping. Entrance was horrible as well as the exterior. The breakfast wasn’t much. All pastries were dry; not fresh. The Yougart was almost out of date. Staff was VERY nice. GREAT PRICE & SHOWER HEAD made up for it all. This was a one night stay!

The top of the wardrobe was covered with a thick layer of dust. Bedsheets were dirty and contained hair. Offered second room. At first appearance it seemed acceptable, but there was no Kleenex, small roaches in the toilet, the toilet was cracked on the bottom and I found a toenail on the bathroom floor. I had stayed at the property before and was stunned by the neglect. I took pictures of all issues and will be sharing them with corporate.

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip. Pros: it’s very clean and the mattress was decent. The air conditioning was nice and cold. There is breakfast but it’s VERY basic. Cons: the parking lot is on a hill and very narrow spaces. The walls are not sound proofed well - I could hear the entire conversation my neighbors had each night. Even on the fourth floor someone walking around makes loud thumps in your room. The part that really annoyed me about this stay was as soon as I got into my room I found that the toilet seat was only attached by one screw so it would slide around. Notified the front desk the next morning and the next evening. It was never fixed.

This is an older facility with some updated features inside. Our room was redone with new carpet and bathroom shower. However vanity in bathroom barely had room for a toothbrush and brush. No tissues provided and no coffee pot in room. The toilet was not a comfortable height. Breakfast was minimal with packets of oatmeal, some bagels, bread and a pancake machine. No covers for the coffee containers. No closet. Some pegs protrude from the wall to hang things on. OK for a night if you’re traveling through.

Quite room and location were accessible to shopping and restaurants. only thing that struck me odd was the room had no microwave or refrigerator. And when i asked the manager about it? he said oh no. not all our rooms have them. Sorry but that's a first for me. But if you're looking to put your head down on a pillow. it will do.

We got in late the front desk was very nice. However, the ac was rattling and making a horrible smell and would not cool the room. By the time we realized the ac was not going to cool it was about 2AM and we were too tired to even call and see about changing rooms. We did tell the front desk when we left and they really didn’t seem to care. The Manager wasn’t in either to offer any assistance in the matter. This was our first experience with this chain and not sure we would attempt another try.

Checked in and asked the lady if she change cards and the woman got mad that I did not book directly with them. The drink/snack machines are cash only. The bedding had some rips in it, but did smell clean. The side lamps, usb ports, alarm clocks and hotel phone did not work. Still had to pay the hotel an extra deposit fee upon arrival.

Our first room, the a/c didnt work. My husband cleaned the vents that were about 3 inches deep in dust. It still didnt work. He went downstairs to tell the front desk and see if we could swap rooms. Her response to the a/c was, 'what do you want me to do about it?' Anyway, we switched rooms, this one needed major updates but a/c worked. Told front desk person that the "free breakfast" was pitiful and her response was 'well, he doesn't have to provide anything '

Nothing about the hotel I liked. Do not stay here - photos advertised is not what you will get (nothing like the photos). This hotel is very outdated with a horrible smell and cleanliness was not great. The manager had poor customer service after complaining about the room and the features/amenities and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Ended up checking out about less than a hour and getting another hotel. The manager did not provide receipt upon checkout and refused to give a refund although we did not stay the night.

When we got to the motel room to check in and got the key card went to 2nd floor and elevator was not very clean and it smelled bad. Got to the room and it was clean but bathroom faucet was very loosen, pillows were very uncomfortable. We ask for another pillow and the lady at the front desk said she has to ask manger and if there's any she will bring it up to us which she didn't. Breakfast didn't look good, orange juice was nasty. Didn't like the way you had to go up the hill to get there which is very dangerous. So we won't be booking there again. 1 time is enough for us, we will go somewhere else that's better and more cleaner.

The shower head was GREAT. Towels were horrible; very rough & thin. Looked as if mascara was on all of towels. Ice maker was broken on 3rd floor. The entire place needed a good Vacuuming & mopping. Entrance was horrible as well as the exterior. The breakfast wasn’t much. All pastries were dry; not fresh. The Yougart was almost out of date. Staff was VERY nice. GREAT PRICE & SHOWER HEAD made up for it all. This was a one night stay!

But if you are looking for a good breakfast this is not the place to stay. It is also a little tricky to find the driveway via Google maps. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. Maybe a night stay for business or travel.

I was read the riot act when I asked how to use the 2 remotes from the room. Called was not at desk so walked down to desk . Asked about the remotes and was immediately attacked saying I had an Attitude! Al I di was ask how to use the remotes. Not very friendly!

All of the staff was very helpful and nice. The room we stayed in had holes or dips in the floor, bad ones too, right by the ac unit. We felt uneasy the whole time because we could feel the floor vibrating a lot. We felt uneasy because we can tell that the hotel will not be standing much longer. A lot of structural issues. None of the 4 floor was even. Literally the fist thing I seen when I put my key in my door to open it, there was a big water bug right in the floor as soon as you opened the door. It was dead. We also seen baby roaches in the bathroom. There was 2 washers and 2 dryers on the 4th floor. One of the washer, the staff put a chair on top of it because he said the lid would open however its didn't even ring the waster out of my clothes. I had to manually ring each item out by hand. One of the dryers, you had to put a chair Infront of that too because the door would come open. I think both of the dryers cost 2 different prices also. We wanted to eat breakfast there but honestly we couldn't trust it based on the roaches we seen. The staff where all so nice to us.
