This was the most perfect stay. My children felt safe. It was close to the train station, 7/11 and Lawsons close by. The place had everything we needed like laundry soap and all the house essentials. I was very lucky to find this place. It exceeded my expectations. Quiet neighborhood, spacious enough for a family or close friends. 10/10 and I would stay here again! (Single mom with 2 kids)

Amazing location, beautiful large home, well stocked with amenities and comfy beds. The outside and inside looks so cool, it’s located right just a few streets from the train station and is quiet. It’s very close to many konbini and beautiful alleyways. I will be staying here any time I can when I’m in Osaka!!

깔끔한 객실, 1층은 간단한 주방, 4인용 식탁과 화장실, 세탁기 등이 있으며 2층은 퀸사이즈 침대 3개와 작은 화장실이 있음. 오사카 루프라인 데라다초 역까지 천천히 걸어서 10분이내 갈 수 있음. 전반적으로 불만없는 곳이었습니다.

駅北口から出て横断歩道を渡り駅を背に右側へ進んでいきます。目印の薬局が古びていているのと目立たなくて曲がるべき場所をはじめ見落としてしまった。 建物はリノベしているようで一階は水廻りとダイニングで2階に寝室が２つあった。 テレビは2階の一部屋のみ。お風呂には桶と椅子がなくちょっと不便でした。湯船も少々小さめ、宿泊のみなのであまり文句は言えません。 洗濯機は他の方が洗剤しかないと口コミに書かれていたので柔軟剤入りのものを用意して行きました。洗濯機を使用される方は注意が必要です。また、洗濯物が洗った後なんだか臭かった。洗濯槽のクリーニングをしていないのかなと思った。子供3人連れてなので洗濯マストだったのでとりあえず洗濯して乾燥かけて服は使用したが家に帰ってきてから再度洗濯をした。 立地的には駅から少し歩くが途中お店もコンビニもあり何かと夕飯には困らなくて助かった。ただし、お箸がなかったので困った。自身で用意する必要あり。また、寺田町の駅には100円ショップ、ドトール、セブンがありちょっとした買い物等でか助かった。 民泊のためチェックインまでが不安だった。送られてきてURLに事前に宿泊者全員の情報を入力しておくのみ。キーボックスの番号が後からメッセージで送られて来るという感じだった。
