Sturbridge Plaza Hotel

La peor experiencia, las habitaciones estaban sucias, el baño , avia basura Machas en las Sabanas, paredes y toallas de baño . La bañera estaba llena de cabello y el el personal era teriiblemente grosera. No sugiero este lugar como estadia, no importa cuan barato sea ninguna persona deveria tener una experiencia tan degradable.

We pulled up to the hotel . People were inside driving and smoking . We checked in and all you can smell was smoking . We went to our rom and people slamming doors . The room was out dated and not very nice . We didn’t stay we left and went t a different hotel . Didn’t feel comfortable there at all

To start with I was hoping to use the pool. Found out that the pool “was not working,” when I called to ask a question about check-in times. The website stated there was a pool. When I turned onto the road next to the truck stop, I had to drive down a long side road that was over grown and creepy looking. As I entered the parking lot I noticed the pool was covered with a beat up black tarp. The building had pieces of siding hanging off of it. There were windows with frames that appeared to be broken. I was trying to be open-minded that maybe the inside was in better shape, but when I pulled into a parking spot, I saw a beat up car with a man sleeping in it. It appeared that he was camping out there. I didn’t feel safe so started to drive home (3 hrs away but it ended up taking 5 hrs). I called the hotel to cancel the reservation. I was told that they couldn’t cancel it; only the 3rd party that made the reservations could cancel it. They said the third party was Expedia. I was confused with that because I had made the reservations using Hotel.com. I tried calling both Hotel.com and Expedia. None of the phone numbers got me to a live person. I tried going through the AI prompts and none of them pertained to my situation. I called the hotel back. The woman (Naomi?) was nice and did listen to me. She took down my information and said she would leave a note for the manager. She said I would get a call from the manager the next day. I did NOT receive a call.
