Hotellet var exakt som på bilderna om inte bättre. Frukosten otrolig, poolen otrolig, stranden otrolig, servicen var topp! Bra gym och spa, kan satsa än mer på gymmet men finns absolut allt du behöver. Hotellet fixar taxi bilar om du vill åka in till stan och hem, finns gott om taxi bilar, du behöver inte hyra bil om du inte avser att göra utflykter.

Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star service worth €500+ per night. We stayed 5 nights at Odera. The location is incredible, the hotel is beautiful and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, the service is far below what you would expect at this price. We had major noise issues with a family near our room. Despite other rooms being available, the hotel initially refused to move us. We had to complain repeatedly and eventually threaten to leave before they finally offered the obvious solution: changing rooms. A lot of time and energy wasted. The soundproofing is terrible. In room 318, we could hear people upstairs walking, using the toilet and flushing, as well as music and conversations from neighbouring rooms. Our shower was also broken, with water shooting out of the shower head (see video). We reported it, but no one offered to fix it for 3 days. We were repeatedly told the manager would come and speak to us. We never saw him. He finally offered to meet us at the end of our stay, when it was obviously too late. Where was the manager when we actually needed one? WhatsApp service was slow and inconsistent, and one receptionist was particularly condescending. We regularly stay in 5-star hotels and this is the first time I’ve left such a negative review. Luxury is not just a beautiful property, it’s about service when things go wrong. Great deal? Maybe. €500+ per night? Go elsewhere.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay at Odera earlier this July. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our experience truly unforgettable. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels so personal and sincere. The property itself is beautiful, but what really made the difference was your incredible team. Thank you for making our stay so special.
