Property is nice but missing some little things in the kitchen , not enough towels, tub and sink clogged. The parking is really not well indicated, feel like a maze to find the right spot.

The location was fantastic! The property was clean and a good value. The building itself was a little difficult to navigate with multiple entrances and finding the free parking spot was a challenge. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Realize that this is an apartment building with a lot of security. Getting in and out is fiddly, and there is only one key fob so your family can't really separate without advance planning with the key. The parking garage, as others have mentioned, is difficult to navigate. However! The location of this rental and the availability of included parking is incredible. We walked almost everywhere, or took the train otherwise. There was a movie in the park across the street one evening and my kids played soccer over there in between outings. Having two separate bedrooms was great for our family and we cooked meals easily in the apartment. I definitely recommend. Another note is that you WILL get a link to leave a deposit through an outside website. Even after calling Expedia they assured us this was above board and it still felt weird but we did in fact receive our deposit back. I wish the deposit could be done within the Expedia platform along with everything else.

Beautiful condo with view of the lake. Great location. Everything ypu need: washer/dryer, iron, kitchen utensils. Very secure building. Gorgeous view and a great location. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants on the same block. Also very quiet. Easy check in. We needed early check in and when I called they were able to accommodate me. Only thing a little confusing was the parking. You have to open the resident parking with the key fob at the bottom of the ramp. We figured it out and the parking was free so a great perk. We plan on coming back to Toronto and will stay here again. Loved it.

The elevator only works if you have a fob, and to get the fob you have to go up the elevator. Had to rely on someone else for help. Also, batteries in the TV remote were dead. I had to replace them.

The communication to access the property was not sent timely. I had to call 3 times requesting it. Finally shared after calling after checkin time passed. Also, standard checkin at 5 pm is late. Can pay extra to checkin early. Locating the parking spot was challenging, signs in the parking area were very unclear!! Nice that parking was included. Space was nice. Thermostat seemed to override/reset. It was too hot! use of fob was unclear for parking & elevators it is required. I won’t stay here again although now I know the tips that should have been shared /communicated well before checkin time. People don’t want to have to call at checkin time. They want to be prepared, especially when traveling to a different country. Checkin & parking should not be such a hassle! Decent enough place. May not be suitable for elderly folks as the couch is low (and stained) and hard to get on/off. Beds are low and soft which could be a good thing or not depending on your taste. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms or wash cloths. Very sparsely appointed. We drank our wine out of coffee mugs. The video of how to find the parking space helped make that easier. Wanted to do a load of laundry but the detergent was empty. Fine for the lower price point we paid and a nice area of Toronto close to the water and within a ten minute walk of major attractions.

Directions for parking are terrible. Multiple dead ends in the garage with little recourse to turn around. Took along time to find p3 and then the parking spot. Sleep was hard to come by. It is extremely loud due to highway noise, nearby airport and reving cars for no reason as though theyre on the indi 500. Aside for the apartment and parking the area around is nice with alot in walking distance. Left tired.

Everything is a 5-star except for the parking. It lacks detail instructions how to get to the P3 parking area. No single sign showing where it is once we reached P2. We spent about 30 minutes to find the way to get to P3. When we get there, it adds a misery to find the designated lot. Hopefully, the host can add detail instructions by guiding which turn we should take. FYI, although the host is responsive, it's useless to reach out as no signal for the mobile phone in the basement.

Céntrica, pero la entrada y estacionamiento está muy complicado. La comunicación la tienen de último momento; no hay buena vista ni se ve el lago; le faltan cajones, estantes y donde poner tus cosas en recámara y en baño; no me dejaron extender check out ni con pago y me avisaron de último momento. No hay limpieza solo con pago adicional. Los pasillos siempre huelen a hierba.

Don't expect attentive service; comms are brief and scripted. The place was dirty (no detailed cleaning), and the beds were filthy. However, there is a washer, dishwasher, and cleaning tools, so you can spend time cleaning it up yourself. The location is very good. The area seems safe and within walking distance (walkway) to the CN Tower, Aquarium, and Arena. There is a Tim Hortons across the street from the main entrance.

The room was disgustingly dirty and falling apart. Floors had not been cleaned, cigarette butts on the balcony, found a used bandaid on my bedsheet. The front door does not close properly, and does not lock, security does not care who comes or goes from their easily accessible door. You do not, in fact, need a code to get the elevators working. We were in an out throughout the day, going to our unit on the 18th floor, without ever putting in a code. It was not until about 1am, when I went to retrieve a food delivery order, that the security guard began yelling at me about entering a code. I followed his instructions, put the code in, and opened the front door. He then yelled at me for opening the door, saying that I had done it wrong, and was supposed to wait for the door to unlock and automatically open. The door was obviously unlocked, or I would not have been able to open it, but we also hadn't needed to do that previously. Security stated that "the door is always locked, this is a private property", but it does not properly lock, and the security guard pulled the door shut himself so that it did lock, but clearly had not realized that until accusing me of doing things incorrectly, and I had pointed out several times that the door did not lock.

First night, we didnt have enough blankets for the 3 beds and no facecloths. The next day they brought us some sheets but no facecloths. They should of had spare blankets at the hotel for these situations. Otherwise, some stained couches and curtains but everything else was clean and good location. Close to the ball game, the aquarium and the water.

Our trip began badly as we were not sent the email requesting our passport details and a security deposit. Without these they will not give you details of how to enter the apartment. Our attempts to request this email before flying were ignored. So upon landing at Toronto we tried to ring the agents. This met with some success in that they did answer the phone. We ended up having to photograph our passports in the airport and WhatsApp them to the agents. After all this we still did NOT receive entry details and communication dried up. We decided to make our way to the apartment and try again. Eventually we got an answer that our details and deposit were acceptable and entry details were forthcoming. The apartment is generally a disappointment. The cleanliness is only skin deep. Fresh sheets on the beds, but that is about it. The oven had the remains of the previous occupants pizza stuck to the shelf, fridge and microwave equally dirty. These we cleaned ourselves. Top of the fridge covered in dirt so thick you can write your name in it. This we left. The dishwasher had so much food debris in the bottom we chose to wash by hand. If you run the dishwasher it leaks water. Television remote had no batteries in it. Blinds on the windows were missing a number of slats. The balcony floor is bare concrete. The photos in the advert are NOT from this apartment.

The place was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been swept in days, laundry was going in the dryer, and wet towels and sheets were hanging up in the bedroom closet. Checking in was a mess. We tried buzzing in multiple times, but it just went to the operator. When we would try to talk to the operator, they would hang up before we could say hello. We called, and they were confused why it wasn’t working. They said to wait 10-15 minutes and if nothing prevales, to call them back. Well 5 minutes goes by and the security is feeling bad for us I guess so they let us in the lobby. They argued with us saying there is no rentals in the building until finally he let’s us up to the right floor. We get in (thankfully) and the door is unlocked and you read how it looked when we got there. The next day (about 7pm) the owners of the condo try getting in. We thought at first it was someone at the wrong building, but they then came back with a master key ring and was trying different keys to get in. We go to the door and explain we’re renting and they were flabbergasted that there was someome there. I guess the rental company didn’t inform them there would be people there that week. They did apologize and told us to enjoy our trip, but after that we didnt feel safe and put the table in front of the door. Overall would not recommend! Spend your money at a safer and better location!

The power went out on my final night. The concierge suggested the power bill was possibly not paid (there was an envelope from Toronto Hydro in the door). Also, no toilet paper and very dirty bathroom walls

Great location to explore Toronto. Super comfy beds for a fab nights sleep but could maybe do with some new blinds to stop the morning sunshine coming in. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Lovely space for a one night stay. Quiet building. The only downside was the flooring in the main area. Gaps in the floor boards and pieces missing. I got a sliver in my foot and my partner snagged their sock and put a hole in it. Would definitely stay again but would bring slippers.

Good space close to everything little rough around the edges but clean safe and quiet and for the price was a very good value beds were comphy 2 bathrooms was a plus nothing extravagant but great place to come crash after some fun in the city

Nice room, the alarm for the room beeped the entire time we were there. Also, the floors are awful. A trip and safety hazard. That is something that should be fixed asap. For the price you pay thar should not be how the floor looks. The room itself it nice, spacious and has a nice balcony. The check in process stressed me out as the instructions when booking are not correct and I didn’t receive any emails leading up so I had to call a couple of times, I’m from the states so I needed someone else to call for me, so communication could be better. Besides that the rom was nice.

Decent enough place. May not be suitable for elderly folks as the couch is low (and stained) and hard to get on/off. Beds are low and soft which could be a good thing or not depending on your taste. Check-in was terrible, didn’t receive code til well after 5pm & couldn’t reach anyone on the phone despite multiple calls. Communication/instructions were poor (use of key fob in elevator, check out requirements, etc). Also the unit was badly damaged: stained couches, dented fridge, holes in walls, washing machine didn’t work, garbage from past guests left in closet, weak water pressure in the showers. Wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price.

Do not stay here. Be careful of this place. My son and i were staying in Toronto for a fun Mum & son weekend. I was speaking with the staff at BaySuites before we arrived (to get door code, etc). They were so kind and gave me early access. Wonderful! Thanks...but when we got to the "hotel", we couldn't get in with the code. Someone opened the door and let us in. So, we tried to get the elevator to work. No such luck, if you haven't been buzzed in by BaySuites. So, on the phone I get...my son and I spent the next hour and fifteen minutes trying the code, trying the elevator WITH BaySuites on the phone...and to add, my son and I were both wet and cold because of the rain. As well, during this time I spoke with the security guard and he said to tell the person on the phone that they DON'T ALLOW Air BNB type companies in the building but the BaySuites person insisted on continuing to try to get up to the "hotel room". After that one hr and fifteen min debacle, we were sent to another building close by. We tried our code and got in. Thankfully!! But we missed meeting up with family that had a small window of time in Toronto. We got to the room and it looked clean and bright! I was impressed but then my son sat on the couch, I was looking around until he asked, "Why is there a wrinkly sheet on the couch?" I pulled up the sheet and revealed disgusting stains! Everywhere. Gross. I tried communicating w/BaySuites for compensation but they are talking to me anymore.

Avoid- this is a scam- we booked RS Boutique suites as the place was central location and not too high of a building 20 floors max when we had a child travelling with us - instead we ended up being with Bay Suites - received terrible customer service costing me £27 to phone Expedia to find out what was going on- then not being able to check in until 5pm and having to meet a stranger outside an ATM to be taken to a completely different property 47 floors high- there was no net over the door meaning we couldn't leave the patio door open. The apartment was small and nothing similar to the pictures on the room selection. Air con didn't work either and the apparent. Could be doing with a paint and a proper clean .Would never book with Expedia or RS Boutique/bay suites again and the service from Expedia was also shocking!

Beautiful condo with view of the lake. Great location. Everything ypu need: washer/dryer, iron, kitchen utensils. Very secure building. Gorgeous view and a great location. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants on the same block. Also very quiet. Easy check in. We needed early check in and when I called they were able to accommodate me. Our trip began badly as we were not sent the email requesting our passport details and a security deposit. Without these they will not give you details of how to enter the apartment. Our attempts to request this email before flying were ignored. So upon landing at Toronto we tried to ring the agents. This met with some success in that they did answer the phone. We ended up having to photograph our passports in the airport and WhatsApp them to the agents. After all this we still did NOT receive entry details and communication dried up. We decided to make our way to the apartment and try again. Eventually we got an answer that our details and deposit were acceptable and entry details were forthcoming. The apartment is generally a disappointment. The cleanliness is only skin deep. Fresh sheets on the beds, but that is about it. The oven had the remains of the previous occupants pizza stuck to the shelf, fridge and microwave equally dirty. These we cleaned ourselves. Top of the fridge covered in dirt so thick you can write your name in it. This we left. The dishwasher had so much food debris in the bottom we chose to wash by hand. If you run the dishwasher it leaks water. Television remote had no batteries in it. Blinds on the windows were missing a number of slats. The balcony floor is bare concrete. The photos in the advert are NOT from this apartment.

The property itself was fine, but the management/customer service here was terrible. Management apparently forgot I was booked and I had to stay elsewhere (a 15 minute walk away at 11PM in downtown Toronto) for the first night of my stay. Although this new unit was offered at no extra cost, that place did not have running water. When we finally DID get to check into our unit the next day, cleaning staff was still in our unit which caused us to leave our room unlocked while they finished cleaning and we went to work. Not secure for any party involved. Half way through our stay, the property manger contacted me asking if we were still in the unit, and asked when we would be back. They didn't explain why they needed to know this which made us worry that someone was attempting to enter the unit without us there. I will not be booking with this property again.

Nice property and staff was very nice and accommodating. Tim Hortons was right across the street and ALOT of dining options with in a few blocks. Stayed for concert at Budweiser Stadium and was a nice easy walk.

Realize that this is an apartment building with a lot of security. Getting in and out is fiddly, and there is only one key fob so your family can't really separate without advance planning with the key. The parking garage, as others have mentioned, is difficult to navigate. However! The location of this rental and the availability of included parking is incredible. We walked almost everywhere, or took the train otherwise. There was a movie in the park across the street one evening and my kids played soccer over there in between outings. Having two separate bedrooms was great for our family and we cooked meals easily in the apartment. I definitely recommend. Another note is that you WILL get a link to leave a deposit through an outside website. Even after calling Expedia they assured us this was above board and it still felt weird but we did in fact receive our deposit back. I wish the deposit could be done within the Expedia platform along with everything else.

First night, we didnt have enough blankets for the 3 beds and no facecloths. The next day they brought us some sheets but no facecloths. They should of had spare blankets at the hotel for these situations. Otherwise, some stained couches and curtains but everything else was clean and good location. Close to the ball game, the aquarium and the water.

Slight hiccup when booking from Expedia - There is an automated e-mail system that requests pre check-in details, this caused double charges on my credit card. Calling the property cleared this up as they reversed the charges. Unit was mostly well kept but some furniture items were outdated and worn. TV was limited (no cable and mirroring provided for Samsung products). These are the only things that kept it from a perfect 5 star rating. Would stay again and would recommend still.
