Mais uma experiência incrível! Começando pelo atendimento do pessoal recepção, Fábio, Jonathas, Gabriel, entre outros, educadíssimos e atenciosos. Café da manhã maravilhoso como sempre, variedade, sabor, a cordialidade e simpatia da equipe de funcionários, todos eles. O gerente, Diego, sempre atencioso e gentil. E mais uma vez, destacamos o senhor Raimundo, que dessa vez nos atendeu também no restaurante na hora do jantar, educadíssimo, com uma simpatia contagiante. Somente alguns pontos nos deixaram frustrados desta vez: a limpeza do quarto (a poeira continuava embaixo da cama e nos móveis, mesmo depois da manutenção, infelizmente, diferente das nossas últimas hospedagens no hotel), sem desmerecer, claro, o conforto e silêncio do quarto, que é muito bom. A piscina (estava suja, água turva), mesmo com o calor, não conseguimos aproveitar. E o bebedouro da academia (a água estava com gosto ruim), com o filtro precisando de troca. No mais, o Mercure Curitiba Batel é maravilhoso, perto de tudo, fácil acesso, em um dos bairros mais lindos e tranquilos de Curitiba. Vale a pena cada segundo da hospedagem.
