Aston Court Derby City Centre by Belvilla

Room was very dirty with multiple mystery stains on the floor, bed, sofa, pillows and ceiling. Staff were polite and changed the stained sheets without any problems but the rest of the room still remained dirty and stained No mechanical lock on the inside of the room door, only the electric one. So the door could not be dead locked while inside the room Paid this hotel car park at the back of the hotel Fan in the room- always a bonus for me! Mouse trap on the floor in the room under the draws was concerning Arround a 20/25min walk from city centre but close to the train station Reasonable price at under £90 per night but the room was very dirty. Not good value Room did not fully represent the pictures on hotels.com. Personally would not stay at this hotel again.

Mouldy milk pots in the room, dirty towels, TV didn't work... Not a nice place!

We were on a leisure break and as well as cleanliness the staff were A1. Also short walk to both the city centre and the riverside walk

No breakfast available, no lift/elevator available, smells bad, dark, the heating system not available.

Staff was lovely and welcoming Parking was not advertised as an extra charge Sheets had holes and yellow spots Room was smelly Carpet was heavily stained No hand soap Windows very drafty and room cold Toilet was making noises in the night
