The people at this hotel are so nice making it an absolute pleasure to stay there. The location is great and just a block or two from the Orly M14 subway and the M1 which goes along towards the Arch and past. The accommodations are a bit tight by American standards but all the more reason to be out and exploring Paris. A couple negatives though. The breakfast is just ok for 20e. And there is a beautiful sauna and steam room but we were advised that we must ask ahead of time to use them as I assume they need to be heated up. They are only available between 2pm - 7pm which is practically useless for travelers who are out during the day.

All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly, welcoming and nice. As expected, the rooms are very small. I feel that the price for the lack of amenities is not really worth it. Our room had 2 beautiful windows that opened towards the street. While this was nice, it could be very noisy early in the mornings.

It’s a small hotel with about 16 rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is clean and in good condition. Not fancy but great for a 2 night business trip. The amenities are pretty limited and there isn’t really a sitting area for relaxing or work.

Absolutely beautiful Boutique in the heart of everything! The simple things that go a long way, croissants, coffee, mints in the lobby! Walking distance to the Louvre, the shopping stores Chanel, Burberry, Versace, walking distance (7 min). This hotel has charm and the service from Je’rome and Fadid was 5 star! Mil Gracias to a great 5 star boutique!!

We stayed 4 nights. The room was reasonable size wise for Paris. It had separate toilet and had a bath which was unexpected but welcome. The beds were comfy. There was air conditioning so it was a relief to come back into it after a day sightseeing. There were many options for food, particularly a little tea salon where we breakfasted.

Super great stay at Hotel le Relais St. Honore! This hotel is very well located in the coeur of Paris. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A quick note, their elevator is on the small side and anyone over about 6' 6" may struggle but there are stairs. Anyway, the bed was fantastically comfortable and the 5 nights we had here we simply magnifique! Highly recommend this hotel. Merci beaucoup a tous et a toutes de l'hotel le Relais st. Honore!

Good location near Louvre. The rooms are very tiny, the shower is tiny too. The carpet was very dirty, the hotel should replace it with floor, since it has a lot of stains that make it look bad. The staff was friendly. The area is nice and safe.

Conveniently situated on rue Saint Honore. Rooms are clean, very helpful and friendly staffs which makes a big difference and gave a very positive stay. I would only recommend for carpet cleaning in the room and it would be a perfect 10!

Bathroom is a bit outdated and could be maintained better (some fungus spots in the corners). Breakfast is disappointing (in a humid cellar, no direct light and standards not what you except from a 4 star hotel).

It was a 10 to 15 walk to The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Musée d'Orsay and many exclusive shops and the famous flagship Galeries Lafayette mall. It’s also close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries, the Christmas markets and the Seine River. Our room was nice and provided a nice place to come home to after busy days on the town. The carpet was wet opposite the shower wall. Likely a leak. We hung our towels to reuse to be eco friendly, but maid service still replaced them daily. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

The location is second to none. The neighborhood is a hub for high fashion, perfume shops, great restaurants. Walkable to amazing parks, plazas, The Louve, and the famous Departments stores. Even the taxi driver commented that we were staying in the best area in Paris. The hotel is small, very clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The price is reasonable for the location. Our room on the ground floor was a two room family suite at street level with two bathrooms, shower and big tub. In spite of being at street level it, it was very quiet and spacious. We had to keep the drapes closed for privacy but they had sheers also to let in light. Great amenities in the room including good air conditioning, nice toiletries, a small clear pouch to take with you, and a mini fridge, Nexpresso maker, and a large closet. It was great for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Le Relais St Honoré was the prefect hotel for a few days in Paris! I arrived around noon on a Friday, my room was ready. The desk attendant was very friendly and informational about the options both in and around the hotel. The room was standard size and overlooked the street. Bed was very comfortable, and quiet at night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Merci!

Room was a decent size with exception of toilet (very small and difficult to close door without having to strateling the toilet) other than that everything else was good. Staff very helpful and attentive. The breakfast area was pretty cool looking. Very great area walkable to all the great landmarks

Room was recently redone, and decor was chosen really nicely. Updated to be fresh but still read very ‘Paris’. Consistent with the city, the room was small, but we made it work and it’s charm made up for its size. Bathroom was terrific. What really made our stay though was our concierge. He was amazing. My son has a serious peanut allergy and he bent over backwards to try to find things that would work for us. Just a terrific stay. I can hardly wait to go back.

this was one of the loveliest hotels i have ever stayed in. the staff was beyond kind and helpful. the location is probably the best in the city, you can walk everywhere. we are a family of 5 and stayed in one of their larger suites. it was so spacious, plenty of beds and room for everyone. It was extremely quiet and so clean. We will forever stay here when we are in Paris. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had the most wonderful experience at Le Relais Saint Honore. Everyone we encountered was so kind, warm, and welcoming. The room was beautiful and everything was well appointed. The location could not have been better and the air outside smelled like perfume due to the many perfumeries on the street. We would love to come back again. Thank you for a 10/10 experience.

Hotels.com and the hotel changed the price mid-reservation $100. They also wanted a resort fee. There is nothing there, let alone a resort. Jerome, the reception, was rude, dishonest, & was flat out wrong about the plays, exhibitions, and musicals for the evenings. Because of this, I missed a show I would have loved to have seen. The toilet room is the opposite side from the bath/shower/sink room. It's so small you cannot close the door or get to the toilet paper if you are using the facilities. The room is small. The closet was full of extra bedding so no room there. The heating rack for the towels didn't work. The air conditioning & the heating didn't work.

I’d like to start with the staff. The manager Chloe and Lucia made our stay incredibly comfortable. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, responsive and helpful. They truly made the experience fantastic. The location is central and provides easy walkability. You can hear quit a bit between rooms but that is to be expected in a building of this age. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the staff and location.

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location close to the Tuilleries, the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. The bedroom was quite small but charming. There were quite a few restaurants close by including a great Italian restaurant Gambino in Rue Gomboust.

The location is second to none. The neighborhood is a hub for high fashion, perfume shops, great restaurants. Walkable to amazing parks, plazas, The Louve, and the famous Departments stores. Even the taxi driver commented that we were staying in the best area in Paris. The hotel is small, very clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The price is reasonable for the location. Our room on the ground floor was a two room family suite at street level with two bathrooms, shower and big tub. In spite of being at street level it, it was very quiet and spacious. We had to keep the drapes closed for privacy but they had sheers also to let in light. Great amenities in the room including good air conditioning, nice toiletries, a small clear pouch to take with you, and a mini fridge, Nexpresso maker, and a large closet. It was great for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This property was extremely well appointed & clean. The location was excellent … walking distance to the Louvre, D’Orsay, Tuileries, and many major museums and attractions. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made recommendations for dinner that were wonderful. I plan on returning to Oaris and staying here again.

this was one of the loveliest hotels i have ever stayed in. the staff was beyond kind and helpful. the location is probably the best in the city, you can walk everywhere. we are a family of 5 and stayed in one of their larger suites. it was so spacious, plenty of beds and room for everyone. It was extremely quiet and so clean. We will forever stay here when we are in Paris. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Loved everything about it. Perfume Heaven!! Omg all the designer Fragrance Houses were up and down that street. Also many other designer shops all around there. Walking distance to many restaurants/caafes and the train station was close by as well. The hotel itself was very cute. Clean and very tres chic. I loved our cozy room. It was on the top floor (5th floor) if I remember correctly and was quiet, clean and peaceful.

This is a little gem of a hotel. We immediately felt very welcomed and taken care of. There is a small but comfortable reception area with coffee. A small elevator took us to the first floor front bedroom, which is small but very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and very nicely served. Easy to locate, in safe neighborhood, central to a wide variety of tourist interests (as long as you can walk, train or Uber to places you want to go). Staff available 24/7, very friendly and accommodating, all spoke English. Daily housekeeping service, French-style breakfast available for $20/person/day (we didn't participate).

Mil Gracias to a great 5 star boutique!!

This hotel is small and room is also small but elegant. The staffs greet you everyday by your name which is kind of nice and first time experience. The breakfast buffet was great. Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing and also fresh brewed coffee. The breakfast menu does not change, scramble eggs and bacons for hot dishes. There are plenty of choices of breads and pastries. There are fruits and cheese, etc.

What a gem of a hotel. Our group occupied 3 rooms and all were unique and clean, with a great staff. Breakfast was also spectacular. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping choices. It is very convenient to the Louvre and the Hop on Hop off bus service. This is an A++ choice for your visit to Paris.

Enviei ao hotel fotos comparando o anúncio com o que vimos pessoalmente. O quarto 303 é anunciado com 16 m², mas essa medida inclui um corredor sem uso prático. A área onde realmente ficamos parecia ter apenas 10 ou 11 m². A descrição também mencionava roupões e alguns mimos, que não encontramos. Não havia nem água de cortesia no quarto, algo que considero básico em um hotel de quatro estrelas. Até os pequenos detalhes decepcionam: há café na entrada, mas, quando fomos pegá-lo, não havia copos. Reclamamos ao hotel, que reconheceu estar passando por mudanças, mas não ofereceu nenhuma solução durante a nossa estadia. Não recomendo.
