World Say Hotel

Ich habe 2 wunderschöne Tage in Van verbracht und der Aufenthalt im World Say Hotel hat dazu sehr beigetragen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Andreas

çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü, oda biraz küçük olsa da temizdi, otelin önüne park etmemiz için yardımcı oldular , her şey için teşekkürler. Tek sıkıntı gece tuvaletten kötü bir koku geliyordu, camı açmamız gerekti, gecenin köründe bağır çağır gezen insanlar yüzünden cam açık olduğu için birkaç kere uyandık.

Bir daha gitmeyeceğim bir oteldi, ses gürültü olsun otelde uyuyamadık bile, dinlenmek isteyen başka bir otel tercih etmeli, merkezi olarak konumu iyi olsa bile çarşı içinde olduğu için çok sesliydi, çalışanlardan güler yüz göremedik ilgi alaka da hiç yoktu.

The locations of the hotel was great. The hotel advertises on-site parking which turned out to be an open municipal lot with uneven grounds broken glass and haphazardly stuffed cars. During our first night the bathroom started smelling sewer gas from the outlet hoke on the ground and we had to keep the bathroom door closed forego the AC to open the window and listen to talking youth on the street all night just to be able to breathe. We reported this in the morning to the receptionist who said they will make a note. When we came back in the evening after dinner we discovered that the same smell had returned to the bathroom so we came down to ask for a room change. We were told there were no free rooms, so we decided to look for a new hotel and ask for a refund. Not only were the staff very rude while denying our refund request saying they cannot rent the room (RM501) to anyone else for the night (as if it was habitable), they told us we could just keep the bathroom door closed all night and that the smell was ‘NOT THAT BAD’ (it burned my lungs). Additionally they claimed that they cannot refund since we paid to hotels.com which we did not because this was a ‘pay at the hotel’ reservation and they continued denying we made the payment to them despite the card statement and receipt evidence. I waited two weeks for the review to see if they would take any responsibility but it seems like they are are happy to rent a health hazard room to whomever takes it. Don’t be the one.
