Cabaña del Gato Rojo • Dunsborough

We (extended family) had a wonderful short stay at Red Cat Shack. The property was inviting, comfortable, very clean and only a short walk to Geographe Bay. We didn't bring our dog on this occasion, but can see it would be a wonderful place for her, with a beautiful enclosed grass back garden and a dog beach up the street.There was everything there that you could think of, but please note that although linen is provided, bath towels are not, which is unusual. It is written very clearly in the description but in my rush I overlooked it and had to purchase towels from Dunsborough. Completely my error, but something to keep in mind.We loved our stay and will hopefully be back again with our dog in tow.

Wonderful Stay at the Red Car Shack!We loved our stay here—beautifully styled, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. The location is peaceful and close to everything in Dunsborough. The hosts were warm and attentive, and the space felt instantly relaxing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely property well equipped and very well located. Clean and comfortable. Communication great. Happy to recommend. Just a note that you need to BYO towels. Although it was advised in the description, we all got caught out by this!

I love the red cat shack. I’ve stayed a few times over the years. It’s fantastic for my little dog who likes a holiday too. My grandchildren can come and stay with me or visit me and it’s easy to walk to playground and beach. It’s a character filled home ready for relaxing

Lost count of how many times we’ve stayed here now, but will be back again later in the year!
