Hidden Orchard - Pet Friendly - 4 Mins Walk to Beach

We loved our sat at The Hidden Orchid. The property was lovely with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. The home was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Lots of games and activities for the whole family. Highly recommend. We will definitely return.

Nice place for a large family. A few cosmetic updates would make a huge difference. Regrout the bathroom floors and some fresh paint and clean the mold on the ceiling. Other than that it was lovely. Kids enjoyed it. Plenty of games and things for them to do. Very warm and homely feeling. Great location. Definitely recommend

Check in was easy, but once there, there was mice dropping on the bed, ants coming in and out of the bathroom door, the ensuite shower had water pooling outside of the shower so you’d be stepping into water and inch high, creating water damage at the base of the door frame, where the ants came in and out of. The mould in the ensuite was all over the ceiling. When I went to talk to the staff he was sarcastic and rude, it says the place is pet friendly but my partner and I found a dead rat outside that could’ve been poisoned and harmed my dog (it would also explain the scratching sounds coming from in the walls). Air-conditioning was advertised but only covered the kitchen area. All in all it was an unpleasant house to be holidaying in and not worth the money.

Place was poorly maintained and not clean upon arrival

Nice place with some original character but modernised amenities. Good layout with central communal octagon, using only half house for couple or separation from kids if that's the case.House got quite warm with lots of northern glass and AC struggled a bit to keep up. At 8.30 lots of the TV channels parental blocked but I'm sure if we had reported it it would have been fixed. Nothing on anyway!!
