The basement apartment was light and spacious. The beautiful setting in a neighborhood below towering red rock cliffs was so beautiful. Everything was seamless and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Appreciated easy check-in process with clear signage. Very clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and supportive. Enjoyed the spaciousness and quiet night stay!

Overall very pleased with our stay! The location is about 30 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Kolob Canyon. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. We liked the coffee and food at River Rock Roasting Company. Bed was comfortable. Access and instructions were great. Only one thing to note which is also in the listing, you can hear the people upstairs so if you are bothered by that you might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs to muffle the noise while you sleep. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay!

Spacious and cool basement apartment was exactly as advertised, easy to find, and a perfect base for visiting the Canyonlands NP region.

We had a wonderful time. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating! They responded to our texts promptly and it’s a great place to stay! We would love to stay again some time ! Thanks so very much!
