Great amenities for a traveler! Everything you could need. Loved the library and took 2 books back to my room to relax and savor. Returned then to the library in the morning. Great shower and robe. Cookies in the lobby. ❤️

Nothing negative to say about our stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is comfortable, clean, centrally located and we had a very nice few days stay. The only downside is the parking which is expensive at €20 per day but it is very close to the hotel so you just have to factor it in.

Fint hotel med alt hvad man behøver. Skønt med køleskab, kaffemaskine og vandkoger på værelset. Dejligt badeværelse. Eneste minus er de irriterende hotel TV, hvir man ikke kan bruge HDMI porten. Der er dog mulighed for streaming gennem Apple Play og Screen Mirror. Savner mulighed for at tilslutte PC og Chromcast. Login hverdag på Internettet er også irriterende. Et login, bør være nok til hele opholdet. Ellers skønt hotel med bar, dog alt for dyr morgen buffet. Udvalget er fint, men ingen kan spise for 23 euro. 4 dages parkering løb op i 113 €.

Parksituation ist irreführend bis schrecklich. Das Hotel selbst verweist auf das Parkhaus nebenan, welches als Tagestarif offiziell 20 € ausschreibt. Jedoch werden für 24h 48 € berechnet (2€ pro Stunde). Mehrere Kunden beschwerten sich pro Tag an der Rezeption. Der Rezeptionist reagierte dabei sehr unfreundlich. Man konnte im Parkhaus auch per App reservieren, die Kosten waren allerdings dieselben. Zahlbares Parken war auf den Strassen über EASYPARK möglich (kostet nur 1/3 soviel).

We stayed 4 nights and chose the hotel ad it ws convenient for visiting our daughter. Check in was efficient and we had 2 door keys. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed and a decent shower room, nice toileteries. The hotel is themed on fashion and the decor in our room was a huge mural of a fashion model. Breakfast was a good hot and cold buffet. The restaurant was not open in the evenings nor for lunch but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Its an excellent location.

Hotel is great! Staff are friendly and helpful, room was clean and lovely design. TV’s have Apple TV but ours wasn’t working. Some rooms have a very small balcony. Air con is available.

Wir haben ehrlicherweise mehr erwartet von einen 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, der Balkon war super, das Hotel hatte eine gute Überwachung, dort hat man sich sicher gefühlt. Geparkt haben in der Tiefgarage nebenan, waren 19 Stunden drin, dafür 38€, sind davon ausgegangen das es nur 20€ kostet wegen Tagesticket dachten 24H, aber uns ist dann aufgefallen das dort bei der Tageskarte bis 20Uhr steht jede weitere Stunde 2€, wahrscheinlich deswegen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, haben extra ein teureres Zimmer gebucht, meine 30 Quadratmeter waren es, leider waren die Wände hier und da etwas beschmiert, aber selbst darüber kann man hinwegsehen, was mir absolut gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Dusche, das Silikon sollte mal gewechselt werden, teilweise sieht es aus wie vergammelt Fusspilz Gedanke, und sowas geht gar nicht, da will man eigentlich nicht mit Barfuss rein. Pluspunkte gibt es aber für die Fussbodenheizung im Bad. Wir sind im Jahr bis zu 15x in Hotels, daher hab ich viele Vergleiche um zu wissen das es besser geht. Frühstück für 17€ pro Person, davon waren wir auch nicht begeistert, die Auswahl war sehr klein, und das Rührei, nicht zu empfehlen. Aber der Kaffee war gut. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Umgebung ist auch ok, wir haben 202 € bezahlt mit Frühstück für 2 Personen für 1 Nacht! Klar es war Silvester, aber da haben wir uns wesentlich mehr erhofft. Wir würden eine 6/10 an Bewertung geben.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Service und leckerem Frühstück. Eine Frechheit war es jedoch, dass wir für nicht einmal 24 Stunden, den Parkplatz im Parkhaus nebenan mit 32€ berechnet bekommen haben.

First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay.

Beim einchecken wurde man vehement auf ein besseres Buchungsportal hingewiesen. Die Toilette war schmutzig. Das Frühstück enttäuschend und hinter einer Beschriftungstafel auf dem Buffet lag ein Nürnberger Würstchen vom Vortag. In dieser Preisklasse unmöglich.

친절하고 깨끗함. It is a good place to stay when you are visiting Messe exhibition. Close by downtown, old city, easy to visit Mess by Metro or Bus. 10min. Enjoyed breakfast. front dest ladies are kind enough. Will stay again. Thank Indigo teams.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a little gem. The hotel staff spoke English and were incredibly helpful and let me check in early after a very long morning travelling. The room was beautiful, clean and very quiet. I was away with business so coming back to the quiet hotel was a very welcomed relief. The firmer pillow they offered was also one of the best I’ve slept on! Breakfast was brilliant and they offered a large range of high quality foods. You could also request your own eggs and various other hot choices. Overall a superb hotel and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m visiting on business again.

Ausgerechnet ist in der Landeshauptstadt das WDR-Fernsehen nicht zu empfangen. Der Provider soll Schuld sein.

Warm welcome; very spacious and clean room. Close to underground and tram - short journey to city centre. Quiet at night. Great selection of restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of smoke coming up from guests smoking on the terrace area on the ground floor of the hotel - we had to close the window.

First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for Euro cup trip. 15 minute walk to Old Town or short taxi trip. I was however I was charged more per room than my hotels.com booking confirmation which I'm still waiting for the hotel to resolve. So make sure you check your hotels.com quote first before you pay.

An easy 20minute walk into the town centre and ten minutes from the Rhine .this great hotel has been my home from home in Düsseldorf on my last two visits. clean and comfortable hotel with fantastic friendly staff , it is just amazing and I will definitely stay here next time I visit Düsseldorf

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a little gem. The hotel staff spoke English and were incredibly helpful and let me check in early after a very long morning travelling. The room was beautiful, clean and very quiet. I was away with business so coming back to the quiet hotel was a very welcomed relief. The firmer pillow they offered was also one of the best I’ve slept on! Breakfast was brilliant and they offered a large range of high quality foods. You could also request your own eggs and various other hot choices. Overall a superb hotel and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m visiting on business again.

We stayed 4 nights and chose the hotel ad it ws convenient for visiting our daughter. Check in was efficient and we had 2 door keys. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed and a decent shower room, nice toileteries. The hotel is themed on fashion and the decor in our room was a huge mural of a fashion model. Breakfast was a good hot and cold buffet. The restaurant was not open in the evenings nor for lunch but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Its an excellent location.

Wir haben ehrlicherweise mehr erwartet von einen 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, der Balkon war super, das Hotel hatte eine gute Überwachung, dort hat man sich sicher gefühlt. Geparkt haben in der Tiefgarage nebenan, waren 19 Stunden drin, dafür 38€, sind davon ausgegangen das es nur 20€ kostet wegen Tagesticket dachten 24H, aber uns ist dann aufgefallen das dort bei der Tageskarte bis 20Uhr steht jede weitere Stunde 2€, wahrscheinlich deswegen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, haben extra ein teureres Zimmer gebucht, meine 30 Quadratmeter waren es, leider waren die Wände hier und da etwas beschmiert, aber selbst darüber kann man hinwegsehen, was mir absolut gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Dusche, das Silikon sollte mal gewechselt werden, teilweise sieht es aus wie vergammelt Fusspilz Gedanke, und sowas geht gar nicht, da will man eigentlich nicht mit Barfuss rein. Pluspunkte gibt es aber für die Fussbodenheizung im Bad. Wir sind im Jahr bis zu 15x in Hotels, daher hab ich viele Vergleiche um zu wissen das es besser geht. Frühstück für 17€ pro Person, davon waren wir auch nicht begeistert, die Auswahl war sehr klein, und das Rührei, nicht zu empfehlen. Aber der Kaffee war gut. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Umgebung ist auch ok, wir haben 202 € bezahlt mit Frühstück für 2 Personen für 1 Nacht! Klar es war Silvester, aber da haben wir uns wesentlich mehr erhofft. Loved staying here, will stay again in the future. The hotel is only 3 stops on the tram from the city centre, in a lovely neighborhood with shops, coffee houses and a REWE supermarked by the tram-stop. The housekeeping was fantastic and even though there were some very hot days during my stay, the room was cool and had curtains to keep out the light and heat. Breakfast was delicious, more than adequate to keep you going for the day. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and comfortable with the hotel and the surrounding area.
Loved staying here, will stay again in the future. I was staying for two nights on business. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was on the 5th floor and didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was good and there was a broad selection of different items that were available. As I went during at the end of June when it was extremely hot in Dusseldorf, I was very grateful for the excellent air conditioning both in the room and the hotel in general. I did not use the gym but I heard from other colleagues that it was not the best and only had a limited selection of weights.
