Whoever issues this sort of review request should check carefully before sending it. We were not able to stay at the Retreat because our flights to Vietnam were cancelled because of the war in Iran. We knew that the Retreat booking was not cancellable, but they would not offer us credit towards a future stay if we manage to re-arrange this once in a lifetime holiday. All we can say is that the Retreat was the most expensive of the places we were due to stay on our travels and therefore would hope that it lived up to the cost. We wish them well but are not likely to go there when we finally get to Vietnam.

A truly peaceful and luxurious stay. The resort’s atmosphere and nature are unmatched, with warm, attentive service throughout. Check-in was smooth, and we loved the free shuttle, bike rentals, and the helpful resort app. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly cared for. I also had one of the best massages ever, and the gym, pool, and sauna were excellent. Highly recommended.
