Everything was wonderful and the ground floor room that we had at its own patio right onto the beach The only negative is there should’ve been a dedicated parking space But other than that, it was wonderful

I think the Staff was nice and helpful. I loved how I can walk right outside to the beach and the view was beautiful. I would recommend labelling the umbrellas with a sticker or but the logo on them, because it seemed like random people would take the chairs and umbrellas that were immediately in front of our room. I would stay there again. Maybe just set my towels on the chairs we would plan to use I guess. Thanks!

Awful experience. Do not be fooled by the photos. This hotel is wildly overpriced for how bad it actually is. The room was ugly, poorly designed, and completely tasteless, nowhere near what they advertise. The service was absolutely terrible — unprofessional, dismissive, and careless. On top of that, the hotel deliberately misleads guests about the room type. The photos show rooms with a patio and direct beach access, but once you arrive, they dump you into an upstairs room with no patio and no beach access whatsoever. A classic bait-and-switch. To make it even worse, this stay was over New Year’s, and the hotel made zero effort to acknowledge a special date — no detail, no gesture, no courtesy of any kind. Absolutely nothing. Upon arrival, I found out my room was assigned to one of the rooms upstairs. The listing is a little misleading. They don’t mention anything that your room may be assigned upstairs but they are huge. I had the opportunity to stay in both rooms because my room door was broken so it couldn’t lock. Besides being bigger upstairs, it has a walk-in closet and shower. The downstairs room is connected to the patio which leads to the beach. The room is more small, almost more than half, and the bathroom is extremely small. I guess the trade off is the patio. Staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Location is extremely good the space on the rooms on The Second Flor Are Great the only inconvenience was that the room has not locker when you step out of the room

If you’re looking for the ultimate beach experience in AMI, this place is it. The location is unbeatable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The access to the beach is phenomenal we were able to go into water multiple times throughout the day effortlessly.

Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.

Don’t stay upstairs because the you will be asked to keep it down. Which we were asked several times to keep the noise level down. One night just opening the sofa bed and the next day in the afternoon. The property is not even updated.

Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks.

Rooms were very clean. Nearby restaurants, and convenience stores made it perfect. Rented a golf cart to go up and down to the beaches on Ana Maria awesome. Staff was very helpful with information and if we needed anything, they were there to help. Will be going back soon.
