perfect house and location for our stay - our fur babies came along as well and we were grateful for the fenced yard to be able to allow them play time and exercise - check in and out was easy - will recommend and look to stay again.

My husband, mother and adult son met here from three different cities for a long weekend. Great, well-equippes house. Cozy yet roomy. Our pup loved the front porch almost as much as we did. Beds were great. Owner communication nice and easy! Great house.

The property is about 25 minutes from Savannah but easy route using Highway 80. From the front door, your view is a beautiful church. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing a breather from the hustle bustle of the fast paced Savannah crowds. Wonderful wrap-around porch from past era had many areas to rest, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy the fresh air after a busy touring day. Inside was nicely decorated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and inviting, and a washer and dryer were available for use. The property had all needed necessities and ample rooms for a larger family or group. Very large fenced yard was available and pups were allowed. The double fence gate at the driveway did not have a latch so you would need to carry a cord to secure it. Hopefully, that will be remedied since management was informed. Overall, we enjoyed the bungalow and would recommend it to others.

The pictures do no justice! The chem of this old home is everywhere. The porch is an amazing place to sit and enjoy the weather and watching the world around you. The neighbors were a super sweet couple who gave our dogs treats and gave us some homemade Cactus jelly! Comfortable bed (we only used master) plenty of towels. Kitchen has the bare necessities to cook anything, but if you’re into cooking you have to get a little creative as there are limited prep materials. The yard is fenced in, but if you have a small and/or mischievous pup you’ll want to supervise as there are some potential escape points. The gates have to be manually opened/closed, and don’t latch, but they won’t just blow open either. We had no issues with our dogs and felt they were safe.Close to so many things to do, and of course downtown Savannah. Communication with property owner was returned quickly and there were no surprises or moments left questioning what we could or could not do.Highly recommend! It’s a great, quiet little corner!

We stayed on Cherry St for a family reunion right around the corner. The house is very charming. Lots of wood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was charming, comfortable, and met all of our needs for our stay. The yard and playroom was perfect for my grandson to play. The porch and chairs were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wind down. The location was close to my family and convenient to stores and restaurants.

This is truly a GREAT place!! My two friends and I enjoyed our stay here - the house is Indeed Charming! and comfortable and clean and exactly as described + more. Everything was just perfect; there were no problems - we had no need to contact the host for anything. We met the neighbors next door (while outside looking at the Eclipse) and they were so friendly and nice! Highly recommend and would look forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the area. It exceeds the 5 Stars for all the ratings!

Great house and great location! Home was very clean and had everything we needed! Beds were super comfortable! Host responded to messages right away! Our dogs loved running around the yard and we enjoyed speaking with the neighbors about their amazing gardens! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again in the near future!

My family had a great Christmas week at this property. Making cookies and opening presents around a tree while away from home was so lovely. Just as described, it is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

A historic house in a nice neighborhood close to Pooler and a 25 minute drive to Savannah. My children loved the front porch swing. Nice fenced in yard for my dog. We did enjoy the home for our Christmas getaway with family, however, we do have some complaints. 1. Blood on a towel. That’s gross! 2. The floors were dirty. 3. Lots of dust. 4. The pillows were not pillows. They were dirty. They were so flat it was like sleeping without a pillow. 5. The decorative pillows everywhere were pretty dirty. One pillow had white stuff all over the backside. 6. Doorknob on one bathroom door kept falling off. 7. A couple bedroom doors would not close. 8. White blankets on the beds are stained. Anyway, other than the complaints listed above it was a good stay.

Rustic but had modern amenities. Master bathroom was very nice. Walk in glass shower door was loose at the top and you had to lift up on the door to stop it from leaking on to the floor. The side porch ceiling had a bad leak near the ceiling fan. My wife went to get a grocery order and the first step at the top of the steps was too long and a fall hazard. Overall a very nice stay.

Great house! Stocked well, comfy beds and was more than enough space for our family of 5. Unique floor plan and charm of an old house. Wish we’d been able to stay longer. It was nice to be away from the city but still close enough to sightsee. If we find ourselves in Savannah again, we’ll definitely pick this house again.

I've stayed in a number of VRBOs around the country. This cottage was one of the very best places I have stayed. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were perfect, the porch was a gem, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly at the same time. It was exactly what we needed, and the owner could not have been more accommodating.

The cute and comfortable bungalow matched its pictures. Amber the Host was EXTREMELY responsive to the few issues we needed addressed. My only suggestion is that one of the bedroom doors that connects to another bedroom needs to be able to completely close and lock. It just gives you more of a sense of privacy. The neighborhood was nice and we were within a comfortable driving distance to Savannah and Tybee Island. We would stay here again for sure!

My family and loved this home. It was peaceful and the wraparound porch was amazing. Host was very polite, attentive and flexible. This will definitely be my stay whenever I am in the Savannah area.

The house is truly charming and comfortable. Great place to unwind. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Customer service was awesome (- an appliance broke and was replaced within 4 hours of calling on a Sunday evening). We would definitely return when visiting Savannah area. Thank you!

The neighbors were a super sweet couple who gave our dogs treats and gave us some homemade Cactus jelly! Comfortable bed (we only used master) plenty of towels. Kitchen has the bare necessities to cook anything, but if you’re into cooking you have to get a little creative as there are limited prep materials. The yard is fenced in, but if you have a small and/or mischievous pup you’ll want to supervise as there are some potential escape points. The gates have to be manually opened/closed, and don’t latch, but they won’t just blow open either. We had no issues with our dogs and felt they were safe.Close to so many things to do, and of course downtown Savannah. Communication with property owner was returned quickly and there were no surprises or moments left questioning what we could or could not do.Highly recommend! It’s a great, quiet little corner!

I've stayed in a number of VRBOs around the country. This cottage was one of the very best places I have stayed. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were perfect, the porch was a gem, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly at the same time. It was exactly what we needed, and the owner could not have been more accommodating.

We came down for family Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was equips and the location was perfect for us. I wanted to contact the owner and the response was super fast. I would definitely recommend this home.

The property is about 25 minutes from Savannah but easy route using Highway 80. From the front door, your view is a beautiful church. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing a breather from the hustle bustle of the fast paced Savannah crowds. Wonderful wrap-around porch from past era had many areas to rest, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy the fresh air after a busy touring day. Inside was nicely decorated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and inviting, and a washer and dryer were available for use. The property had all needed necessities and ample rooms for a larger family or group. Very large fenced yard was available and pups were allowed. The double fence gate at the driveway did not have a latch so you would need to carry a cord to secure it. Hopefully, that will be remedied since management was informed. Overall, we enjoyed the bungalow and would recommend it to others.

Great house! Stocked well, comfy beds and was more than enough space for our family of 5. Unique floor plan and charm of an old house. Wish we’d been able to stay longer. It was nice to be away from the city but still close enough to sightsee. If we find ourselves in Savannah again, we’ll definitely pick this house again.

We had a great stay! The house is a beauty, renovated historic home with a huge porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Everything you’ll need is there. We didn’t have many people, mostly rented because it’s pet-friendly, but if you have a good size group there’s plenty of space. My dogs loved the huge fenced yard? They ran and ran and ran. The location was great, 15 minutes from Tanger Outlets and lots of restaurants and other shopping, 30 minutes to Savannah. Don’t wait, just book it!

The cute and comfortable bungalow matched its pictures. Amber the Host was EXTREMELY responsive to the few issues we needed addressed. My only suggestion is that one of the bedroom doors that connects to another bedroom needs to be able to completely close and lock. It just gives you more of a sense of privacy. The neighborhood was nice and we were within a comfortable driving distance to Savannah and Tybee Island. We would stay here again for sure!

This was a great property and well maintained. It was roomy and spacious for all of us to have our own space when needed. My minor suggestions include, add a light to the back door, stepping stones to walk to the front door and black out drapes because the sun rises earlier in Savannah. Loved that we were very close to Pooler which offered great restaurant options, shopping and good vibes. The drive to River Street in Savannah was a straight shot of about 20 minutes. Overall, it will be kept on the list for future stays.

Wonderful relaxing getaway home with so many special touches! We enjoyed coffee on the front porch watching the birds and catching up with each other. The beds, bedding and towels were excellent and added to the homey feel. We had a rainy day and enjoyed watching a movie and playing games. Kitchen well equipped, extra blankets, towels and pillows. The donut shop down the road was nice too, we highly recommend it. Great communication and everything was even better than described.

This home was better than expected! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is CLEAN. The host was great and very responsive. We had a great time and we are already planning on returning soon. The location was quiet, my dogs loved the fenced in yard. Quick ride to downtown Savannah. Also, about 5 mins away is many shops in Pooler. Everything you need. We had a great family vacation.

Rustic but had modern amenities. Master bathroom was very nice. Walk in glass shower door was loose at the top and you had to lift up on the door to stop it from leaking on to the floor. The side porch ceiling had a bad leak near the ceiling fan. My wife went to get a grocery order and the first step at the top of the steps was too long and a fall hazard. Overall a very nice stay.
