Veldig gode senger. Stille og rolig område. Vennlige ansatte, hjelpsomme og høflige. Litt skuffet over rommet. Vi hadde delux rom. Fikk ett litt mørkt og kjedelig rom i 7 etasje. Hadde forventet litt mere fasiliteter for pengene. Ønsket meg ett vakkert vindu, fransk veranda. Fikk ikke det. Også skuffet over frokosten. Ingen antydning til fransk frokost. Akkurat det var litt kjedelig. Har hatt fransk frokost tidligere og savnet det veldig. Ellers greit- mellomklassehotell. Liten heis, snaut plass til mer enn to. Den var litt skummel.

The hotel was great. We had one problem when we first checked in. The first room had no heat. The staff got us heaters and moved us to another room the next morning. After that the experience was great. The staff is very accommodating. The concierge, Laurent, was amazing!! He booked us everything we needed to see and he got us good price packages with VIP experiences. Perfect!. We had dinner a few times at the restaurant. The bartender was great! He would take our food orders and make sure we’re satisfied with our orders. The breakfast overall was not bad but the dishes need more flavor. If it weren’t for the heat issue, 5 stars all the way!

We could not have loved staying here more. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and most importantly (to us), it is in a quiet location without any disruptions, but still close to excellent restaurants, shopping and metro stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Housekeeping came each day and left a little treat for us, room service was prompt, and on our second-to-last day, we received a handwritten note from guest relations along with a complementary bottle of wine. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were also exceptional. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had during our travels - merci beacoup, Maison Astor!

This hotel is likely my favorite stsy ever. What sets it appart, besides the impeccable amenities. Lindsay, the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The two concierges redefine the term of excellence. They arttendedti our every way. This should be the ONLY hotel that you consider if you stay in Paris. This is a nice hotel but it was very full the week we were there and the lobby is too small for the amount of people it holds. Our room was not ready until 4 after flying all night and arriving at 10 am. One day during the stay we we were out of our room from 8 am to 4:40 and they did not clean our room. The explained there had until 5 pm to clean it! They brought us towels but no cleaning which for a small room was needed. The toilet paper holder is very sharp near the toilet. We traveled with friends and one of them cut themselves on it! For the money I would chose differently.

Il y avait beaucoup de moisissure au plafond de salle de bain. La bouche d aération dans la salle de bain était brisé. A voir l état du plafond ( j ai des photos) le problème est la depuis longtemps. Dangereux pour la santé. Chambre 217. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous n avons pas reçu la chambre avant 15h30. Quand tu as passé la nuit sur un avion et arrivé à l hôtel à 9h30. L heure du déjeuner pas la même week-end versus semaine les heures n ont pas été communiqués, donc nous avons manqué le petit déjeuner.

Il te facture pour un déjeuner (inclus) pas mangeable ,œuf froid ,bacon froid ,pas fruits ,en plus lorsque je suis arriver là première journée il y vaut déjà une odeur de cigarette ainsi que de mégot de cigarette sur le rebord de la fenêtre (balcon) alors je me suis permis de fumer 2-3 cigarette également comme l’ancien locataire mais à moi il m’ont facturer 150 euro pour la cigarette ce qui es pratiquement impossible car j’ai fumer 2 -3 cigarette sur 2 jours complet anyway je ne conseil pas cette hôtel à personne ,odeur de cigarette des autres locataires facturer à vous ,déjeuner froid et affreux ,chambre ordinaire ,stationnement à 15 minute à pied

We absolutely loved this property. Yes there were some hiccups, but the staff stepped up and did their best to solve the problems. 1. Urine stains on the mattress cover. Problem solved. 2. Broken fridge. Problem solved. 3. Ant infestation in our room. Problem solved. We suppose for $1000 per night the staff would prevent these problems from occurring. Alas, they were responsive. Also. We reserved a room with a terrace on the 6th floor. We Didn’t recall a Major construction project across The street, to include workers and noise. That wasn’t possible to fix this issue, we were basically stuck with this room as the hotel was booked up. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

It was an awesome experience. The staff went above and beyond. Rooms were serviced twice a day at times. Super clean, had everything. We had a 1 year old and it was a great experience.

Location of the hotel is very good! Accessibility to the public transportation such as Metro is good, and easy to access to various famous shops and museum by walking also. Unfortunately, lighting condition in the room was not so good, then it was dark condition in the room even though all of the lightings were turned on. Other points such as service and kindness of the staffs were good I think.

First, the bed... A very comfortable bed! The staff was great .. always ready to assist and positive. The price was very reasonable also considering the location. If I should ever go to Paris again I'd certainly look to staying there again.

Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Als ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte (wegen Baulärm gegenüber) und bei der Reception angerufen hab, hat mich das Personal einfach nicht zurückgerufen, um mir zu berichten, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt. Beim Checkout des Hotels, hat das Personal zu düngt dagestanden und keine Hilfe angeboten bei dem Koffer zu helfen, obwohl ich beim Check In großzügiges Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Schade, , dass man 800 Euro pro Nacht zahlt und einfach schlechtes Zimmer mit schlechtem Service bekommt.

The entire staff was friendly and so helpful! We needed to book some sight seeing excursions and they all helped us figure out the best possible way! Every time they greeted us it was so respectful and kind! Love their rapport! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

This is a boutique hotel that is very well kept and has a friendly staff. If you really enjoy walking, you never have to take a metro or bus to see the sites. One day, we walked from the hotel to the Eifel Tower, La Defense, Norte Dame, the Louvre museum and back to the hotel. It was about 25,000 steps, and we saw so many things you would miss hoping on the Metro.
