Great property. Nice main floor lounge and bar. Fitness center is better than most others. One complaint is having to pay $20/day for parking. Not customary for a hotel that sits right off the highway.

We only stayed a night but we loved that our group of 6 could be in the same room, that’s not very common. The room was spacious. The only minor issue is the toilet is with the bathroom so that was a little inconvenient. The pool was small, but it was just nice to have the option for the kids. The breakfast had great options. It was a great stay and we will definitely book here again.

They have only on weekends transport to the sky station. The menu in the restaurant and bar is simple.

It was fine. Parking and then having to haul luggage to the entrances was inconvenient. There are not many doors leading into the hotel.

The hotel was great! We especially loved the hot tub and pool. The pool was nice and warm, and perfect for the cool evening! It’s open year round. Our room was great. There are six in our family, so my kids always take turns sleeping on the sofa couch in hotels. This was the most comfortable sofa couch yet. No springs!! We did have to ask for a second set of bedding for the couch, as it is a two piece unit. Water bottle filler by the ice machine was nice. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but the hot options (excepting the bacon) were lackluster. If you add enough toppings to the oatmeal, it’s okay, and they had 8-10 great toppings. Waffles, yogurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, cereal. Outdoor games you can borrow were fun—connect 4, putt putt golf, corn hole, ball croquet. I’d stay there again. I’d love to do a women’s thrifting weekend and stay here!

This is by far one of the nicest and cleanest Marriotts I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, and the entire property was spotless. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re planning to visit Vail and explore the area. The rates are affordable, and the complimentary continental breakfast is a great bonus. We stayed in a spacious suite that was ideal for my family. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we’re in Colorado!

The best hotel during our CO trip that we stayed at so far. I love how clean it is, the modern style, comfy bed and furniture and great staff.

Big room, new hotel, excellent breakfast

The hotel was very nice with a mountain view. Breakfast included make your own waffle and other goodies. The room was large and included a nice desk and separate area for coffee. Room was quiet all night.

Gorgeous hotel only a few weeks old! Perfect spot, minutes from food, services and Vail Village! Front desk manager was super friendly, we love that! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our two queen room was huge, also! Thanks for a great stay!

Great facility. Very clean and new. The breakfast was great. I normally don’t sliding bathroom doors, but these were very heavy and sealed well for a high level of privacy. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

We had a nice and quiet stay. The pillows, however, are terrible. Hard and foamy and too thick. Like sleeping on a fat log.

Was hard to seep we kept hearing the flushing toilet on the floor above us. Really unpleasant

Room was clean and the hotel is new. Lobby is nice. Check in was good. Breakfast ok if you appreciate prefabricated food. Room layout is poorly designed. Tv at an angle, whether you are on couch or in bed one cannot get a good view. Charging/power outlets and ports underneath the nightstand! What genius thought of that one! Dirty stained couch. Small fridge.Tiny closet, way too small for 2 room occupants. 3 towels for 2 occupants. Saving money on towels I guess. Pillows very soft, do not hold shape or support during sleep. Paid extra for king bed room with mountain view, got view of a gas station. In front of a mountain. At least I was up to date with the gas prices, thank you for that! Icing on the cake - 20$ a night for parking! On what planet is that ok without advising at booking or at least at check in. Ridiculous. The only Marriott hotel I stayed at where this happened. Called them after I saw it on the bill for incidentals, they said they will make an exception!!! and refund, we shall see. Overall dissapointed of what was supposed to be a nice stay for us. Will avoid Springhill in the future. As a Bonvoy member I will say Marriott this is shamefull. stayed at where this ha check in about that.

The management and staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Rachel Lindsay the assistant general manager went out of her way to help us obtain our lost luggage at the airline and transportation need to various events. Rachel and general manager Ronnie Sanchez went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Overall it was a great hotel. The only issue was, when we got there a day early and rented a room with 2 queen beds and we were told that since we had a dog with us that we would stay in that same room. The next day though, we get a call while we were out hiking and they tell us they overbooked the hotel and we needed to swap rooms asap. So we had to cut our adventure short so they could get the room we were suppose to stay in ready for someone else and we would move to the new room.

I rarely leave reviews, but what I witnessed today was unacceptable and frankly upsetting. My wife and I went downstairs to enjoy the view with a drink. The bartender had the window open on the poolside, so we assumed you could order from there. We stood there for a bit, clearly visible, but he completely ignored us. When my wife asked politely if he was taking orders from the window, he snapped that we needed to come inside. So we went in. My wife waited patiently behind another guest who ordered a drink—no questions asked, no ID requested. But when it was my wife’s turn, the bartender was immediately cold. She ordered a martini and when she said she wanted it with gin—Bombay specifically—he abruptly asked for her ID. Now here’s the issue: he didn’t ask the previous guest for ID. She looked about the same age as my wife, if not younger. The ID check wasn’t the problem—it was the tone, the inconsistency, and the way he treated my wife with clear disrespect from the start. It felt personal. It felt targeted. It felt racist. We’re paying guests at this hotel. My wife did absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Watching her be treated like that—talked down to, dismissed—was infuriating. She walked away feeling humiliated, and I walked away wondering how a hotel like this can allow such behavior from a front-facing staff member. This could have easily been a five-star review. It was quiet and the front desk were extremely nice!

Staff was not welcoming. The amenities were not stocked and ran out for our family of 6. Cold showers. Staff bringing food to the outdoor space asked guests to get up from their table to retrieve their food so the door wouldn't close and lock. Birthday party in outdoor space took over for atleast 4 hours so we couldn't use the grilling space or game area.

I’ve stayed at other locations of Springhill suites and other Marriott hotels. This one was the best by far. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, helpful and made the whole stay just perfect.

The hotel is nice and new but the staff are all bizarre and cold. Felt like we were annoying them to be there.

This was a great property overall! We really enjoyed the location, breakfast, the gym and room! The only issue we had was at check-in. They informed us that since we booked through Expedia, the specific room we had reserved was not available. I was surprised to hear this, we travel a decent amount and have never heard that from a hotel before. The staff was not very accommodating at first. They told us we would be staying in a different room and there’s nothing they could do about it. I expressed my frustration with this, and they made some phone calls to a manager who was offsite. After 15 or 20 minutes and much back-and-forth they were able to put us in the room which we had originally reserved.

If we were only treated with respect during our stay, we would have given this review a 5 star rating. The front desk named Chrissie or Christie was very unpleasant when arrived past midnight. Our family drove 12 hours and was exhausted. She was mean, disrespectful, her gestures and expressions was not meant for a customer service. Her angry tone and sarcasm makes us wonder how we were treated the way she treated us over a question about pet fee. We didn't argue with her, we explained what was told over the phone when we spoke to Ruby. She knows what happened. It's to lengthy to describe. We love the hotel, the friendliness of other workers.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this nice hotel at a good price close to Avon and Vail ski area.

The location was the best, 10 minute drive to Vail Village.

The property was great! New, clean, modern. The sitting are within the room was very nice, no need to sit on the beds. Front desk gentleman was friendly and witty. Fun guy! The coffee on the breakfast bar was very weak, but the breakfast was very nice. Good selection.

The room was fine. Like any Springhill Suites. But I felt completely taken advantage of when they charged $20 for parking. If we were in the city or at the base of the mountain, I would expect to pay for parking, but this hotel is off the side of the highway in a rather remote area. I can’t imagine that there is any way to get to that hotel except to drive. And it was not transparent - that parking charge was buried pretty deep in the website. The breakfast was awful as well. My kids would not even eat it.
