Top Hotel, Self-Check-in/out. Über den Browser können Türen in der Nähe geöffnet werden. Moderne Kunst, sei es handwerklich oder mit Bildern und Accessoires im Zimmer und im ganzen Gebäude, innen und außen. Sehr freundliches Personal, via WhatsApp erreichbar und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Vielen Dank

Highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location- minutes from the train station (exit at platform 4). Easy access to the beautiful Lugano using the cable car which is every 3 minutes and takes less than one minute. Area around the hotel. Room was comfortable and very well decorated. The hotel has many pieces of art work which are a joy to look at. Some quirky things look at. The hotel website has a picture of breakfast - this is exactly how it was presented. Another work of art for eyes (and stomachs) to feast upon. Coffee made to order. You can help yourself to water and make a coffee anytime of the day. Rated as 3 star but should be higher.

Design Lovers will love this hotel. It‘s very stylish. Close to the train station. Clean. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Bit pricy for the reduced staff on duty. But in total: very, very nice.

The hotel is very basic. Throughout our 2 night stay we didn't meet a single member of staff. We weren't prepared for the online check in or the self check out at all - since the instructions said that the hotel has staff at the front desk until 6pm and we arrived at 5.30pm. Their self check is unnecessarily complicated as well as their key free rooms. Breakfast is expensive at 25 CHF per person per night for what it is - and hence we opted for no breakfast. It is ok - but it feels very basic and doesn't give you the feeling of being on vacation.
The hotel is very basic. Throughout our 2 night stay we didn't meet a single member of staff.
